Will there be a Brokered Democratic Convention?

It appears that there is no clear frontrunner in the Democratic race for the leadership of the party.

The Iowa caucuses are less than six weeks away and there is no outright favorite. In more than a half of a century we have not seen a convention that goes beyond a first ballot but we may see it happen.

If this first ballot does not work out, and it certainly looks like that is a possibility,  we will see a brokered or contested convention.

The last time that either of the major party nominating conventions went past a first ballot was 1952. In that year Adlai Stevenson won the Democratic nomination on the third ballot.

Kathy Sullivan, the Democratic National Committee member from New Hampshire, recently said, “It could happen, it would be exciting to see it go past the first ballot because it would be so unusual.”

Sullivan added, “It’s been a long, long, long time since there’s been a second ballot at a Democratic convention.”

Even if the possibility of a brokered convention is not a strong possibility, conditions in this race could possibly lead to no candidate holding a clear majority of delegates when they head into the July Democratic convention in Milwaukee.

Here’s where the electoral college comes into play. We’ve all heard about superdelegates. These delegates are the party elders and insiders. But the superdelegates were stripped of their power in the 2016 primary battle. After all, Hillary Clinton was destined to win, if only in the minds of the Democrats.

This upcoming election does not have a presumed frontrunner so the superdelegates could become important and their powers would be activated.

They would be free to boost the candidates of their choosing. Their choice is not an easy task. Who could possibly beat the incumbent, President Trump? None, as far as I can see.

The top tier consists of four candidates. They are former Vice President Joe Biden, Sens. Bernie Sanders of Vermont and Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts, and South Bend, Ind., Mayor Pete Buttigieg.

The donors to the Democrats are a diverse group. Sanders, Warren and even a long shot candidate like tech entrepreneur Andrew Yang could see their campaigns funded by people-powered donations into the primary process.

Online contributions are interfering with the once powerful wealthy donors  who still back more establishment candidates and those candidates would be Biden or possibly Buttigieg.

Former New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg and environmental advocate Tom Steyer are pouring hundreds of millions of their own money into their own campaigns. That alone could keep them going if they can manage to hang in the race long enough.

If three or four contenders are still standing when heading into April, they would all fall short of the 1,919 delegates that are needed to clinch the nomination on the first ballot.

Sullivan explained, “You’d have to have a situation where multiple candidates come out of the first four states with wins. You’d go into Super Tuesday and have some candidates concentrating in certain states, others in other states, because it’s very expensive to run in all the states on Super Tuesday. Not all the candidates can afford to do that.”

She went on to say, “So if we come out of Super Tuesday with no clear leader and then it becomes a state-by-state contest and then we end up in New York towards the end of April. If after that point we still don’t have [a clear leader], then yes, it goes to the convention and conceivably a second ballot.”

Democratic governors, senators, representatives, former high-ranking lawmakers and leading party officials, who make up the superdelegates, all backed their favorite candidate, Clinton, in 2016.

But after the 2016 election, the DNC pulled back the influence of superdelegates because of the anger of Sanders and his army of progressive supporters.

Now, the superdelegates are only unbound if the convention reaches a second round.

Then there is another scenario.

If one of the candidate gets strong in the early states, the nomination race could be over pretty fast.

In 2004 when then Sen. John Kerry of Massachusetts wrapped his nomination early.

If the battle between the candidates goes to a second ballot in Milwaukee, Sullivan maintains that we shouldn’t expect to see a repeat of the contested conventions from the history books.

Sullivan said, “People refer to brokered conventions, which leads you to think of people in smoke-filled rooms making deals, cutting deals. I don’t think you’re going to see deal-making going on because all these people [delegates] are free agents. It would be a very democratic process.”

A Democratic process? Is she suggesting that the 2016 process wasn’t? No, Clinton was the clear choice for everyone in the party even if they cheated Sanders out of it.

Unfortunately for them, they were all wrong. They backed their candidate without any thought that Trump would or could defeat their choice for president.

Personally, I believe Trump will be the winner no matter who the Democrats put up against him.

If I were a Democrat, which I am not, I’d be panicking about now.

Union Leaders Spending Exposed

Federal prosecutors have unearthed a number of pretty lavish lifestyles of some former United Automobile Workers top officials.

It appears some details of high-end cigars, four-figure dining and even California villas are some of the luxuries that appeal to union bosses.

Gary Jones resigned last month as union president amid pressure when a complaint was filed in September in Michigan federal court against union leader Vance Pearson. The name “Vance Pearson” actually refers to several unnamed individuals. Union officials and have alleged UAW “Official A,” is Jones. It was Jones’ home that was raided by federal agents.

One example of expenses that were brought to light, in the documents in question, allegedly included expenditures made by Jones, Pearson and others of $13,000 spent at a cigar store.

“A December 2015 Gary’s Sales invoice issued to ‘UAW c/o [UAW Official A]’ for a $13,046.91 purchase.

The purchase allegedly included an order for  12 boxes of Ashton Double Magnum cigars at $268.00 per box which totaled $3,216.

Also on the list were 12 boxes of Ashton Monarch Tubos cigars at $274.50 a box which totaled $3,294.

A $13,000 purchase invoiced to Pearson from the same store the following year was part of an alleged $60,000 expenditure on cigar and tobacco related purchases between 2014 and 2018.

That’s a lot of money going up in smoke.

Prosecutors have said the spending was made via accounts set up with hotels such as the Royal Palm Springs Hotel (RPSH) and Loews Coronado Bay Resort.

These hotels were where the unions had training conferences. The hotels then paid outside vendors on the UAW officials’ behalf. This was done as a way to conceal the embezzling of union funds for their own personal use, according to the complaint.

Another official who was referenced anonymously in court documents is Jones’ predecessor as president, Dennis Williams.

Neither one of them has been officially charged. An attorney for Jones has made the allegations look less serious as part of filings.

Jones was not charged and Williams allegedly rejected accusations that he urged the misuse of funds.

Prosecutors are claiming that union officials, through the RPSH, during the years from 2015 to 2017, spent more than $400,000 at local businesses on expenses including off-site condominiums and villas for themselves.

In addition, an amount of nearly $400,000 was spent on “training” and “conference” expenditures at the Loews Coronado Bay Resort.

These alleged expenditures included meals and excursion expenses for senior union officials and their spouses. This allegedly includes the San Diego Zoo’s Safari Park and horseback riding on the beach.

Allegedly, a master account was billed for rather expensive dinners that included one at LG’s Prime Steakhouse which was priced at over $6,500.

The steaks must have been good.

The Detroit Free Press reported prosecutors allege top union officials misused more than $1.5 million.

Pearson is facing charges which include embezzlement of union funds, filing false reports and maintaining false union records, money laundering, conspiracy, and mail and wire fraud.

Jones’ decision to resign, allegedly according to his attorney, Bruce Maffeo, was reached before learning of the internal charges that had been filed in court.

Pearson’s case is part of a larger investigation of UAW and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.

That case has gone on since 2015 and has already resulted in nine convictions.

UAW officials convicted were related too improperly receiving things of value from Fiat Chrysler. Another involved a UAW official taking kickbacks from vendors in exchange for union contracts.

It appears to me that if you have a high ranking job and you are inclined to use unlawful means to obtain money, the opportunities are all out there for the grabbing.

Personally, I couldn’t  steal from others, but if you are so inclined, don’t get caught because the penalties are harsh!

Is Nancy Pelosi Getting Coal for Christmas?

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi D-CA., cannot be celebrating Christmas in a cheerful way. After all, she is holding onto the articles of impeachment that were supposed to go to the Senate.

Pelosi has had some frustration with the press when asked about why she broke tradition and rules for the first time in the nation’s history and did not hand the articles of impeachment to the Senate.

She actually snapped at a reporter who asked her about why she didn’t give the articles to the Senate and said, “Any other questions because I’m not going to answer any more questions on this… I’m not going to go there anymore.”

Does Pelosi think she can extend her rule to the Senate as well as the House? Maybe she’s living in an alternate universe? That universe must have a nice collection of spirits, in particular, vodka.

She has explained that she wants to make sure that the trial in the Senate, which holds a Republican majority is fair.

Watching the impeachment hearings to investigate if impeachment had cause in the House of Representatives was painful for me. There was no fairness. But then, the House has a Democratic majority and Pelosi is their leader.

Pelosi has no constitutional authority to make demands on the Senate’s procedure. But, would she even understand that? The Founding Fathers must be rolling over in their graves after being referred to more during the past few weeks than in decades. Democratic lawmakers seem to believe that by evoking the Constitution, you make the public think that you are doing things in a lawful manner.

Unfortunately, Republicans are much more intelligent than Democrats give us credit for. We actually pay attention to politics and we’re very aware when we are being fooled or lied to by the mainstream media.

Our system of government was created to not let government get out of control with power.

The truth of the matter is that Madame Speaker is obsessed with power and she is mistaken if she believes that the House has any power over the Senate.

Maybe Pelosi would like to change the rules, but fortunately for us, she can’t.

In responses to criticism from across the aisle that questioned her motives, she  answered, “Frankly, I don’t care what the Republicans say.”

Needless to say, Pelosi has two comrades in her quest. Adam Schiff D-CA., and  D-NY., are Pelosi’s chief clowns. They have created an unfair and unjust atmosphere that is beyond what I ever could have fathomed could actually take place.

Democrats have claimed that President Trump presents an immediate threat to our country and its security. They maintain that the need to eject him from office is an urgent matter. They could not afford to wait until November when voters, through an election, will have the chance to decide the fate of the president.

Because of such an emergency, people were told that House Democrats did not have the time to subpoena the witnesses they thought would make their case. Acting White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney and former National Security Advisor John Bolton were not subpoenaed because of the lack of time.

The urgency seems to have dwindled.

The White House did bar some of the president’s aides from testifying but Schiff and Nadler could have challenged in the courts if they wanted to. They declined to do so.

Maybe Pelosi sees that the articles she has a grip on are not worth the paper that they are written on. She needs more evidence and she could actually think that witnesses of her picking, could provide that.

Nancy seems to be stressed to the max. When you impeach a sitting President, in this case, President Trump, on flimsy charges that even their own constituents are bewildered about, it cannot have a happy ending.

She was asked not long ago whether she hated Trump, she didn’t respond well. Pelosi ranted about being raised a Catholic and that she doesn’t hate anyone. Really? Her hatred for Trump has been her driving force to impeach him.

Pelosi, in trying to act somber, wore black to announce the impeachment partisan vote results. Her black attire didn’t fool anyone, including me. I saw the smirk on her face.

But even with the looming of impeachment hanging over Trump’s head, his approval ratings have improved. In the 48 hours following the partisan vote, the Trump campaign collected more than $10 million and the Republican National Committee raised a record $20.6 million in November.

I believe that money talks and in this case it is the voters who are speaking with their wallets.

I must assume that the vodka will be flowing at the Pelosi household during the holidays. Drowning your sorrows in a bottle seems to be a rather popular sport for Pelosi.

It’s probable that Pelosi may get coal for Christmas.

In War There is no Substitute for Victory

A week ago Nancy Pelosi feigned a pious attempt at finding the Lord.

The media lapped it up like sweet cream.

Others were disgusted by her usage of a higher power, in which prior to that moment, she has had no need.

I on the other hand was reminded of a line in a song titled Breakeven.

“Just prayed to a God that I don’t believe in.”

Here’s the song:

Desperation can do that to the faithless and without a doubt the Liberals are desperate as they fear they are losing their grip on America.

We are witnessing the effects of decades of corruption and the breakdown of government at every level.

Crushing debt, secret courts, the return of certain infectious diseases, lack of the enforcement of Law and currency manipulation are just a few of the symptoms.

As the stench has grown their behavior has become even more erratic (and will continue to do so) and someone in the Swamp decided that the ruination of a President could stem the tide.

They are wildly incorrect.

In fact their Pelosi Pocket Impeachment of President Trump has proven Clausewitz correct.

Politics/War are one in the same and the War has now officially begun.

Although many shots had previously been fired, this particular move forces those feigning blindness, to now see and choose a side.

Freedom or Oppression.

America or Tyranny.

Over the years I’ve written about many subjects pertaining to the protection of these United States.

I’ve exercised the Pen.

Sadly to no avail.

It is now time to remove the Sword and hone her blade.

“In war there is no substitute for victory.”

Human behavior is quite easy to predict.

A diseased organism will continue to maim, infect, and destroy until and only until it is eradicated.

For those righteous souls who will stand at the front, shoulder to shoulder, and deliver the parasites unto deaths door, I guarantee you will not stand alone.

It is time to put away the asking of patience, of compassion, of anything at all.

For those who pray that God is with America I say this.

God has done enough.

The rest is up to us.

Still, for those who continue to tilt their eyes to the sky let us pray, as Lincoln stated, that God is not with us rather We the People are with God.

The time is near.

Be ready to move.

Prepare your bodies and minds to have the strength of our ancestors who realized early at Lexington and Concord one simple truth.

Freedom isn’t free.

This won’t be decided by trials, scribes, “Q” or kangaroo courts.

This will be decided by the People of The Great Experiment.

From this point on our decisions will decide whether “great” will be deservedly attached to our generations.

It is time to do unto others as they have done unto us.

Impeachment panting, Progressive ranting and holiday music.

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Only eleven more to go according to AOClueless, then again we may never see another, as stated by the current Tweaker Speaker, if President Trump is re-elected.

It is beyond the written word to explain the lack of intelligence that must occur in those who vote Democrat.

Cutting off one’s nose to spite one’s face doesn’t even come close.

The Progressives continued forward with Impeachment through the “Contempt of Congress” television holiday dramedy known as Here’s Your Sign.

I’m beginning to miss Hallmark.

If “contempt” is the charge the entire country could be impeached as our contempt for these soulless mongrels far surpasses impeachment and screams for their dangling from a pendulum that sways back and forth until each mutt is permanently silenced.

All I want for Christmas is a coup!

Democrats carried on with their attempted removal of Mr. Trump and whatever is left of our Southern border.

The House passed a BI-PARTISAN Bill giving de facto citizenship to criminal foreign nationals found around the nation on our farms.

Feliz Navidad!

As if America wasn’t already shackled with enough illegal interference Time Magazine decided to reiterate their self-loathing and place a face of hate, and a fabricated childhood, known as persona non Greta, on their cover.

The little Thorn Bird has forever changed the perception of Swedish meatballs and bikinis to Frosty the Bitter Snow Troll.

Gender neutered and carrot free of course.

Rashida Tlaib pushed forward with her joy of tweeting, and hatred, of everything America.

The lover of Sharia blamed White Supremacy for murder and the targeting of Jews at the hands of men who resembled Obama’s son known as Trayvon.

It was later reported by the Babylon Bee that she deleted the tweet while listening to I’m Dreaming of a White Christmas and a bizarre holiday rendition of Stevie Wonder’s Ebony and Ivory.

Obama appointed Inspector General Michael Horowitz found no “political bias” in his attempt to provide the Democrats with an early present.

When oh when will Donald Trump realize his keeping ANYONE from the previous Administration is the gift that keeps on giving CNN and MSNBS daily storylines.

Finally, in a moment of Christmas spirit it was a reported that the Catholic Church spent only ten percent of their annual collection on charity.

In other words they kept ninety percent of their “income” and spent it on themselves.

Bah humbug!

Sounds like a Progressive Sanders/Warren/Francis tax plan.

The atheist Bernie, Cherokee Warren, and a Godless Pope.

Rape, Lies, and Video tape.

It’s very clear the animal known as Progressive/Liberal/RINO is inexhaustible when it comes to verbal ranting. Over and over again they continue to give credence to the paraphrased proverb that it is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.

Not that any further proof was needed, but after a week of “professorial” regurgitation, no one with a modicum of intelligence is listening anymore.

Ah, the thought process of the Liberal that supports Late-Term Abortion, Sharia, and the trafficking of little boys throughout the Catholic Church, known as Nancy Pelosi, must be a staggering collection of blind squirrels all asking themselves when one will finally find a nut.

Of course her mirror would provide the answer but one must be willing to look to find the truth.

Something that will never happen with those who practice Oppression.

Piggish Pelosi and her gaggle will continue to crush any and all in their path until they are stopped.

Although President Trump fires off a good Tweet the Liberals have learned that his bark is worse than his bite.

They’ve broken laws, threatened to rape his child, bragged about a coup that they are currently exacting, slandered, smeared, and stalked him.

They’ve blamed him for everything under the sun, including being a Russian spy.

They’ve told us that our civilization will end in 2020 and the world will die in twelve years.

The Party of the Apocalypse who promised flexibility to Putin, sold Uranium to Russia (yes it did happen), referred to Hamas as a Humanitarian organization and helicopter dropped pallets of U. S. and other currencies to Iran in the middle of the night, is now about to Impeach Donald Trump for “crimes” against the United States.

President Trump’s only “crime” is that he is too nice and as amazing as it is to say, he might be too nice to do the job, as the only people to go prison under his Justice Department have been his own supporters.

His unwillingness to prosecute Hillary, and refusal to not only fire James Comey but keep the man, were both crucial errors.

The hiring of Reince Preibus as Chief of Staff was absurd.

Jeff Sessions as Attorney General and the retaining of the Assistants from the Obama Administration was even worse.

It is exactly these decisions and many others including but not limited to the hiring of John Kelly, John Bolton, and Rex Tillerson that have excited, emboldened, and frankly strengthened his enemies, and more importantly the enemies of America.

Over the years I have defended Mr. Trump at every turn, even when I disagreed with some of his policies.

Interest rate suppression, reauthorizing illegal FISA courts, and constant social media bickering is antithetical to Freedom.

With that said I still support Donald Trump for very specific reasons.

(1) I do believe he wants what is best for America.

(2) There are no other options.

Dear President Trump,

The rabid Liberals are indeed coming for you.

They’ve instituted a rallying cry and have absolutely no fear that you will do anything to stop them.

So far they are correct.

As I’ve stated many times, You are the carrot.

We the People are the stick.

It appears Progressives are unwilling to eat their vegetables and are going to Impeach you.

I know many think nothing will happen in the Senate but the “Swamp” is strong and by the time the complicit media is done Wagging the Dog there is a very real possibility that you will indeed be removed.

I say this without hesitation or reservation, if this does take place, plenty of us will be on our way to deal with every single politician that voted for this outcome.

We will do what needs to be done but your time and opportunity as President will be over.

Fortunately for us all, this juncture, has not yet arrived.

You currently have all the power to stop these traitors in their tracks but the head of your Justice Department sits quietly making worthless speeches, waiting for putrid IG reports, or indicting low level criminals for campaign finance crimes.

When you were a candidate you told “The Big Lady” to her face if you were President she “would be in jail.”

When you were a candidate you said you would do what it took to build a great big wall and stop the drugs, cartels, human trafficking and invasion of our country.

We believed you and gave you the Bully Pulpit.

None of these things have happened.

We the American People are still with you but it is time you start listening to us and stop listening to your echo chamber.

We aren’t winning.

We lost the House.

Democratic GOVERNORS are being elected.

Illegal Sanctuary States exist.

The country is being overrun by criminal foreign nationals who are doing tremendous damage, including the Wahhabis who struck again in Florida.

I personally heard three different languages spoken in a store this week in Northern California.

None of them were English.

We didn’t elect you to inflate the stock markets or “create” jobs.

Both of these things are cyclical and will move up and down, just as they historically, always have.

We elected you because WE ARE IN TROUBLE and WE KNOW that YOU KNOW.

We believe in your intelligence.

We believe in your heart.

Now, give us that New York Don and start dropping these traitors.

Biden Calls Man a Damn Liar at Iowa Town Hall

Joe Biden, who is vying for the Democratic presidential nomination, wasn’t very happy with questions that were asked of him in Iowa at a town hall.

During some back and forth questions and answers, a man in the audience threw Biden for a loop when he stated that he wasn’t a Republican but he had concerns with Biden as the presidential candidate.

The man then said, “I’ve got two problems with you. One, is you’re damn near as old as I am. You’re too old. I’m 83 and I know damn well I don’t have the mental faculties I did [inaudible.]”

The subject was then changed to “Ukraine” and Biden’s son Hunter working for natural gas firm Burisma Holdings.

The man went on to say, “But on the other hand, you sent your son over there to get a job and work for a gas company where he had no experience. … In order to get access for the president … you’re selling access to the president just like he was.”

That must of hit a nerve because Biden shot back, “You’re a damn liar, man. That’s not true and no one has ever said that.”

Someone in the room seemed to make an attempt to take the microphone away from the man in the audience, but Biden stopped them, saying, “let him go.”

Biden came back with, “Look, the reason I’m running is because I’ve been around a long time and I know more than most people and I can get things done. And you want to check my shape? Let’s do push-ups together man, let’s run, let’s do whatever you wanna do.”

Biden went on and said, “And number two, no one has said my son has done anything wrong and I did not, on any occasion.”

Then Biden was cut off by the man who yelled out that he “never said” Biden was “doing anything wrong.”

Biden shot back, “You said I set my son up to work at an oil company! Isn’t that what you said? Get your words straight…”

The man retorted, “I hear it on MSNBC.”

Biden came back with, “You don’t hear that on MSNBC. You did not hear that at all. I’m not gonna get into an argument here.”

Well, maybe Biden has certain knowledge of what MSNBC would and would not report because it is unclear what MSNBC actually related to the man in the audience.

The man shrugged that off and said, “You don’t have any more backbone than Trump does.”

That comment was greeted with boos from the rest of the room.

The man went back to the microphone and said, “I’m not voting for you.”

Biden shot back, “Well, I knew you weren’t voting for me man. You think I thought you’d stand up and vote for me? You’re too old to vote for me.”

Biden, who is 77 years old, has been saying that with age “comes wisdom.”

Do the two go hand in hand? I’d say, not always. No one has to be intelligent to get old.

Where to begin?

Why not at the beginning.

The Thanksgiving week started for me with a wonderful couple and a combination conversation. The first story kicked off with the man telling me a story that happened to him decades ago as a teenager on a golf course when he drove a beautiful shot into the group ahead.

One day I will write this up entirely, including the backstory with a bully who received his just desserts, but in the mean time I will continue with the abbreviated version of him later seeing the man, who he almost smashed in the back of the head, in the clubhouse.

As he began to apologize the tall fit man turned, clapped him on the shoulder, and said in a low raspy voice “never apologize for a great shot.”

With that Clint Eastwood gave a nod, smiled, and walked away.

The best part of the story may have been my friend’s imitation of The OutLaw Josey Wales.

Switching gears his fabulous wife took the reins and started to talk about the idiotic Liberals, the beer chugging Warren, and Impeachment.

We all laughed at the stupidity of the Dems, including but not limited to the second coming of Obama known as Deval Patrick and Michael “Mike” Bloomberg who once reportedly stated his place in heaven was already set aside.

There’s a joke here somewhere that starts with The Pope, Bloomberg, and Bill Cosby all expectantly standing in front of St. Peter.

I’ll have to come back to that.

So much Progressive/Rapist material . . . so little time.

Our lovely conversation ended with a statement about a Liberal “friend” to who she would enjoy “introducing” me.

I get this quite a bit.

Jason, I would love to see you talk to my (insert moronic Liberal friend, co-worker, relative here). That would be so much fun!

I generally laugh and ask do you like this (insert moronic Liberal friend, co-worker, relative here) because if you do it would be better for them if we don’t meet as Progressives are wildly insecure and also believe they live in a world where they can say anything they want without repercussion. I continued as I’ve said many times, “Liberals can’t handle the truth or being embarrassed when they are put on the spot with simple facts and immediately fall back into smug condescension. At that point I invite them to meander outside and work this out non-verbally.”

It doesn’t get prettier from there.

She laughed, implied she might enjoy seeing that too, and then asked the question we’ve all struggled to answer.

“How stupid are these people?”

Let me answer this with a quote from a Liberal writer.

“Elizabeth Warren is dynamic and brilliant.”

This was the first line written by a bonafide moron named Rick Newman.

Newman’s title is Senior Columnist for Yahoo Finance.

So many oxymorons here but let’s just deal with the statement.

Elizabeth Warren is dynamic and brilliant.

One definition of dynamic is “characterized by constant change.”

Now that I think about it maybe Newman is “punking” her as she has “constantly changed” from a poor Oklahoma white girl with cheekbones, to a Native American, to a Cherokee, and finally into the last real protected Class of the Democratic Party.

The woman who wants to be President.

I’d continue on with his description of Fauxcahontas but any person who needs a sippy cup to consume a malted beverage is a lot of things.

Brilliant isn’t one of them.

Besides, it is highly unlikely the Party of Diversity, also known as the Biden, Buttigiggy, Bernie Klan, is going to nominate Warren.

There’s only one “white woman” who has a chance in the Party of Bigotry.

Hillary the Horrible is standing by awaiting a brokered convention.

A gift afforded her because Jeff Sessions and Bill Barr refuse(d) to do their job.

Prepare and make ready to do the job ourselves.

For Freedom to continue it must be done.

One way or another.

What Does Hunter Biden Want to be Kept Secret?

Hunter Biden, who is the son of former Vice President Joe Biden, filed a protective order to have his financial records sealed.

It appears that the younger Biden’s lawyers are afraid that information of Biden’s finances could cause problems if the details were used by the media.

The filing, according to the Daily Mail, says, “The likelihood that [Biden’s] private records will be used in an inappropriate or malicious manner for reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with these proceedings is exceedingly high and should not be tolerated by the court.”

Attorneys for the former Vice President’s son claim that because of the high public profile, the media could use details maliciously and that could allegedly cause Biden public embarrassment.

The motion was filed on Wednesday in Arkansas as part of an ongoing child support suit in which an earlier court filing in the case alleged that DNA tests confirm with “scientific certainty” that Hunter is the biological father of a child born to Lunden Alexis Roberts in August 2018.

The 49 year old Biden had denied having sexual intercourse with the 28 year old Roberts and she filed paternity suit which proved that Hunter is the biological father of her child after DNA tests confirmed it with “scientific certainty.”

Roberts had allegedly claimed that Biden had privately admitted to her that he is the father of her child but continued to deny it publicly.

At the time of Roberts’ pregnancy, Hunter was in a relationship with his late brother Beau’s widow, Hallie.

Biden then married 32-year-old Melissa Cohen in May of this year, a month after splitting from Hallie. Beau died from brain cancer.

Biden left his first wife, Kathleen, who is the mother of his three daughters, in 2016 after a marriage of 22 years. It was then that he moved in with Hallie Biden,

In the divorce, his wife claimed he had spent extravagantly on his own interests (including drugs, alcohol, prostitutes, strip clubs and gifts for women with whom he has sexual relations), while leaving the family with no funds to pay legitimate bills.

Roberts is demanding $11,000  in legal fees as well as child support, and has agreed that a protective order is appropriate.

In a sworn statement, Biden says that he has incurred “significant debts” in part due to his 2017 divorce from Kathleen Biden and that he is unemployed at this time and has had no monthly income since May 2019.

Well, we know that Hunter allegedly made money when he was on the Board of the Ukraine energy company, Burisma. He also allegedly made money in other foreign companies.

Maybe Hunter’s first wife nailed it about Hunter’s extravagant lifestyle? Well, in my opinion, Hunter either blew an exorbitant amount of money or he has some stashed somewhere.

House Judiciary Committee Set to Take on Impeachment Probe

It appears that the circus is coming to town. Yes, the House Judiciary Committee has set a December date to take over the impeachment probe of President Donald Trump.

The probe has been set to start on December 4th and the question of  “high crimes and misdemeanors” will be the focus. The Constitution allows for such an impeachment probe to take place.

The chairman of the committee is Democrat Jerrold Nadler of New York, and the ranking minority member is Republican Doug Collins of Georgia.

Featured will be legal experts who will examine the constitutional grounds for impeachment. It is alleged Democratic aides discussed the schedule on the condition that they remain anonymous before an official announcement.

The House intelligence committee is expected to submit a report which is allegedly a compilation of evidence of the committee’s probe on Trump’s dealings with Ukraine and requests for Ukraine to investigate Democrats as the U.S. withheld military aid.

Nadler penned a letter to the president on Tuesday. In it he announced a hearing for Dec. 4th at 10:00 a.m. The president was also notified of the committee’s intentions to provide him with “certain privileges” while they consider “whether to recommend articles of impeachment to the full House.”

Nadler also invited the president by asking him whether “you and your counsel plan to attend the hearing or make a request to question the witness panel.”

In the letter Nadler wrote, “If you would like to participate in the hearing, please provide the Committee with notice as soon as possible, but no later than by 6 p.m. December 1, 2019. By that time, I ask that you also indicate who will act as your counsel for these proceedings.”

Nadler went on to say in the letter, “I remain committed to ensuring a fair and informative process. To that end, I remind you that participation by the President or his counsel has been described by the Committee in past inquiries as ‘not a right but a privilege or a courtesy which is being extended to the President’s counsel.'”

We saw what kind of a circus that the intelligence panel put on and now another circus is coming to Washington D.C. and this time Nadler will be the head clown.

We saw what was accomplished during the two weeks of the impeachment inquiry, a lot of hearsay.

The report that is due is likely full of that same hearsay but Democrats are going full steam ahead with that kind of evidence that would clearly not be allowed to be presented if the hearings went to the Senate floor.
