Trump Puts a Damper on Cohen’s Book Manuscript

On Friday President Trump sought to discredit his onetime lawyer, Michael Cohen, by tweeting some of his thoughts on a book deal that Cohen was seeking.

The book deal that has been reportedly proposed paints Trump in a very different light that what was described by Cohen while he testified to Congress this week.

Cohen testified before a Congressional committee for three days in both public and private hearings on Capitol Hill.

Cohen was shopping the book to publishers weeks before the FBI raid on his office. It was reported that Cohen promised chapters would focus on first lady Melania Trump and Trump’s children, as well as the “unfortunate saga” of Stormy Daniels.

Trump’s tweets reflected his feeling on the matter:

The now-disbarred attorney gave disdainful testimony about Trump before the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday. Cohen out rightly called Trump a “racist,” a “conman” and “a cheat.”

Cohen’s testimony came after he pleaded guilty to lying to Congress about a Trump real estate project in Russia as part of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian meddling and potential collusion with Trump campaign associates.

Cohen has pleaded guilty to five counts of tax evasion, one count of making false statements to a financial institution, one count of willfully causing an unlawful corporate contribution, and one count of making an excessive campaign contribution.

Now the president and his Republican allies have aggressively sought to discredit the former Trump loyalist.

On Thursday, Reps. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) and Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) wrote to Attorney General William P. Barr, asking him to investigate whether Cohen had perjured himself this week when he insisted during his testimony that he had not wanted a job in the Trump administration. Cohen said that he had been content to serve as Trump’s personal lawyer.

On Friday Republicans seized a video clip that has recently resurfaced from a November 2016 appearance by Cohen on CNN.

During the interview, Cohen is pressed by CNN’s Chris Cuomo about whether he would move from New York to Washington with Trump.

When asked if there was a chance Trump would ask him to take a job on either “the political side” or the “governmental side,” Cohen says, “I certainly hope so.” Asked if he’d go to Washington, Cohen says, “One hundred percent.”

During Wednesday’s congressional testimony, Cohen told lawmakers he was “extremely proud” to be the personal attorney for Trump as he became president.

But during his testimony Cohen said, “I did not want to go to the White House. I was offered jobs.”

Alleged contradictions seem to be surfacing from every which way. Cohen has promised to return to Capitol Hill and testify on March 6, 2019.

Cohen’s lawyer is Lanny Davis who is a longtime Clinton ally. From 1996 to 1998, he served as a special counsel to former President Bill Clinton. That fact alone makes me think that there is something rather fishy going on.

Trump said prosecutors should start looking at Democrats “where real crimes were committed.”

I agree with that 100 percent. As a Republican, I’ve been waiting for the real criminals to be arrested for what feels like a very long time.

President Trump and Chairman Kim in Vietnam Ready for Summit

When we think of Vietnam, the obvious meets the memory to those of us old enough. We remember a war that left many dead. In fact, 58,220 U.S. military fatal casualties are recorded of the Vietnam War.

Younger people may see the Vietnamese people as nail techs who we see in the salons where we get manicures and pedicures.

Well, things have certainly changed.

Chairman Kim Jong Un arrived in Vietnam by armored train a few hours before President Trump arrived by plane.

Kim arrived at Vietnam’s Dong Dang railway station on the China-Vietnam border on Tuesday where he later travelled by armed car to Hanoi.

Trump disembarked from Air Force One at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi in the early morning hours of Feb 26, 2019. Both leaders were welcomed by spectators and Vietnam officials.

The two leaders are expected to discuss denuclearization during the summit.

“Security will be at the maximum level,” Vietnamese Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung told reporters.

Vietnam has become a booming economy and the country’s leaders are eager to show off the huge economic and development improvements since the destruction of the Vietnam War.

If Chairman Kim wants North Korea to become a thriving nation, Kim will have to weigh the importance of the nuclear power his country now has.

This summit will be an important one but we must keep in mind that total denuclearization is not easily attained. Right now Kim is hanging on to what he believes is keeping him in power and protecting his stature in the rogue nation.

Hopefully summits with both leaders will build a bonding trust. Kim cannot avoid seeing how Hanoi has flourished and has manufacturing bringing in economic strength.

Vietnam may be the fastest-growing of the world’s economies, with a potential annual GDP growth rate of about 5.1%, which would make its economy the 20th-largest in the world by 2050.

Trump has repeatedly hailed his meeting with Kim in Singapore last June as a success. Trump did accomplish the stopping of weapons being launched by North Korea although it has been said that there were few concrete outcomes from the summit.

Schumer Insults Trump in this Letter: See What it Says

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer sent a letter referencing President Trump and it wasn’t very polite.

Trump had been tweeting and in a tweet said that the nation’s intelligence chiefs were “naive” about Iran and perhaps should “go back to school and Schumer came back with a nasty reply in a letter to director of national intelligence Dan Coats.

Schumer D-N.Y., suggested that it was the president who needed tutoring.

On Tuesday during a Senate Intelligence Community hearing Coats spoke about ISIS’ strength, North Korea nuclear weapons program and the Iran nuclear deal in extremely different terms than Trump does.

Coats, FBI Director Chris Wray and CIA Director Gina Haspel, became the target of Trump’s anger on Wednesday morning for their statements.

Schumer wrote to Coats and later said, “I believe it is incumbent on you, Director Wray and Director Haspel … to impress upon him how critically important it is for him to join you and the leadership of our Intelligence Community in speaking with a unified and accurate voice about national security threats.”

Schumer tweeted:

The intelligence chiefs had told the Senate panel that North Korea was unlikely to dismantle its nuclear arsenal and that the Iran nuclear deal was working.  It was this verbiage that drew responses from the president via Twitter:

Trump was adamant that U.S. relationship with North Korea “is the best it has ever been.” He also pointed to a halt in nuclear and missile tests by North Korea, the return of some U.S. service members’ remains and the release of detained Americans as signs of progress.

A second Trump-Kim meeting or summit is expected in February.

The U.S. intelligence agencies also said that Iran continues to work with other parties to the nuclear deal it reached with the U.S. and other world powers. They said it has at least temporarily lessened the nuclear threat.

Trump withdrew the U.S. from that Obama-era accord in May 2018, which he called a terrible deal that would not stop Iran from going nuclear.
Schumer’s letter to Coats brought to light what many Democrats said about Trump’s tweets.

Sen. Mark Warner, the senior Democrat on the Senate’s intelligence panel, said in a tweet:

What did you expect a nice tweet? No, the Dems don’t play that way.

Keep in mind that Democrats will keep up their bashing of Republicans especially our President. Trump is under attack every day.

Roger Stone Speaks Out After Arrest

On Friday Roger Stone was arrested in the wee hours of the morning. Stone was awakened in his Florida home by a slew of FBI SWAT team. CNN just happened to be there to film the arrest.

The SWAT team, with helmets on and with guns drawn, banged on Stone’s door and demanded that he come outside. They barraged into Stone’s home in Fort Lauderdale. Stone was asleep but woke up and went to the door in his pajamas.

President Trump had this to say:

Stone, aged 66, was taken into custody after being indicted by a federal grand jury yesterday as part of Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian meddling and potential collusion with Trump campaign associates during the 2016 presidential election.

During a press conference Stone said that his wife and dogs were frightened by the flashing lights and manner in which he was taken into custody.

For months, Stone has warned that he could be indicted. He has repeatedly denied the accusation that he actually had advance knowledge of WikiLeaks releasing hacked emails of Democrats during the 2016 campaign.

Stone spoke with reporters as he left the court. Stone said, “I will plead not guilty to these charges. I will defeat them in court. This is a politically-motivated investigation.”

Stone adamantly proclaimed that he will not dish dirt on the president to prosecutors.

Stone said, “There is no circumstance whatsoever under which I will bear false witness against the president, nor will I make up lies to ease the pressure on myself.”

The sealed indictment was unsealed on Friday. It does not charge Stone with conspiring with WikiLeaks or with the Russian officers Mueller says hacked them.

WikiLeaks is the anti-secrecy website that published emails about the Clinton campaign in 2016. or with the Russian officers Mueller says hacked them. with guns banging on Stone’s door and demanding that he come outside.

The indictment accuses Stone of lying about his interactions related to the WikiLeaks’ release during probes by Congress and Mueller’s team.

The indictment does raise questions about the hacked emails.

Stone is a former Trump adviser. He advised Trump for years but left the Trump campaign in August 2015. He served as an adviser to Trump for years before he ran for president. He left Trump’s campaign but kept regular contact with and publicly supported the Trump campaign through the 2016 election.

The indictment states that during the summer of 2016, Stone spoke to senior Trump campaign officials about WikiLeaks and information it might have had that would be damaging to Democrat Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

The indictment says that Stone was contacted by senior Trump campaign officials to inquire about future releases. It also says Stone continued to communicate with members of the Trump campaign about WikiLeaks.

On Friday a lawyer for Trump, Jay Sekulow, said, “The indictment today does not allege Russian collusion by Roger Stone or anyone else. Rather, the indictment focuses on alleged false statements Mr. Stone made to Congress.”

The indictment, which is 24 pages, alleges that Stone worked to obstruct the House Intelligence Committee’s investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election.

Mueller’s team alleges Stone made false statements to the committee and denied he had records that were sought by the committee and persuaded a witness to provide false testimony.

Mueller’s investigation has gone on for more than a year and half but no collusion has be uncovered.

A week to be remembered. A week to be forgotten.

To say this last week was interesting wouldn’t do it justice. It wasn’t any one thing in particular rather the culmination of events, that drew my attention. After having an interesting discussion with a Sunni Muslim, a wayward homeless traveling musician and finally a friend, I arrived at the same conclusion I’ve had for a while.

It’s just a matter of time.

To those Liberals who don’t understand what they’ve just read.

Stop.

It will just be a waste of my words.

You will never comprehend love of country.

While our work continues Nancy Pelosi vacations in Hawaii under Secret Service Protection while another member of law enforcement was murdered again by an enemy foreign combatant otherwise known as an illegal.

Some form of abuse by “illegals” on Americans happens every day.

As Democrats and RINOS continue to protect each other more children are trafficked, raped and murdered through our open border.

The aforementioned Sunni Muslim, Omar, provoked thought as he told me over and over how much he loved America.

I don’t know if he really does but at least he’s willing to say so, unlike Democratic-Socialist-Liberal-Progressives.

He also said Saudi Arabia and Iran are actually in cahoots. Cahoots is my word but it is difficult to argue with his assessment as they are both members of OPEC.

That Sunni/Shiite thing only seems to matter when they think it benefits them.

Iran’s (Shiite) been funding Hamas (Sunni) for a very long time.

Yes, I’m glad you asked, the same Iran that Obama’s Democrats gave 150 BILLION dollars to, yes BILLION with a B, but can’t find 5 BILLION for a wall that will save American lives.

Mullah Barack sent our tax dollars to the Ayatollah who then sent them to Hamas, as though Obama sending his minions to infiltrate Israel’s elections wasn’t enough.

Speaking of Hamas supporters good ol Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is garnering even more attention as the SheBigot continues to try and sell herself as a poor misunderstood servant of the People.

The homeless traveling musician (Teresa) was young (31) but the road and what sounded like a brutal childhood had aged her well beyond three decades. Still, she had an energy that resonated, as well as two dogs.

Man’s best friend otherwise known as God spelled backwards.

We spoke for about 10 minutes as she fed them and thanked me for the dog treats I’d given her. Her animals were in great shape and appeared very well cared for. She on the other hand will probably not see 40 if she doesn’t make some serious adjustments. I handed her a bottle of water and some founding fathers and told her to be safe on her way to Chico.

If I was choosing teams I’d choose Teresa seven days a week and twice on Sunday over Alex from the Bronx.

Finally a friend of mine called and ranted about the craziness of the world. He does this every few weeks and because he is a good man and an even better friend, I provide what I rarely do anymore.

Free therapy.

Now to be accurate my friend was 100% correct. I agreed wholeheartedly but that loop in our heads that sometimes takes over can be exhausting to others as the same topics get covered over and over again.

Today though he had a new thought to share with me. He told me he was in a group and someone started to talk about California, Trump and the Death Penalty.

My buddy said California used to be a great State until all the greed, stupidity and Liberals took over. He corrected them quite harshly (which is the best way to correct Progressives) about President Trump and said he is doing a great job and he better get that wall built.

“I hope he keeps the government shut down until we get what we want,” he said.

He finished by telling the group he was against the electric chair.

Finally the California Liberals heard something they could agree with.

My friend looked them right in the eyes and said the electric chair was horrible.

He wanted electric bleachers.

Amen Brother.

Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition.

The Liberals were aghast. After a few seconds one delicate flower asked my buddy if he was willing to “flip the switch himself.”

“Absolutely,” he replied. “I’d make it a televised event.”

That possibility is closer than America realizes.

Much closer and will start with the career criminals.

The ones sitting in Washington D.C..

Keep it shut down Mr. President.

It’s well past time to draw the line.

IS IT CHEAPER TO KEEPER?

Occasionally I write about the absurdity of the Liberal Lifestyle that seems to never take a break. I comment on things that have been reported en masse.

This week was a little different.

I don’t watch too much “news” anymore as it never provides anything new. Listening to malcontents attack President Trump, regardless of network, while cowards who never match the attackers ferocity, occasionally come to his defense, is beyond boring.

It’s like watching a re-run of now canceled Murphy Brown or the View live.

There’s not enough “legalized” Mary Jane in the world to numb that pain.

Facebook on the other hand provided me with the classical Liberal gibberish. One Progressive was on video whining his way through an explanation of why it would be cheaper to let the “refugees,” that are throwing rocks and bottles at our Border Patrol and fighting with Tijuana Law Enforcement, into these United States.

Let us pause to recognize, for the first time in recorded history, Tijuana and Law Enforcement, in the same sentence.

For those of you who’ve been to Tijuana you know exactly what I mean.

I digress.

After watching about sixty-seconds of the Bernie Sanders acolyte on my phone I scrolled to the next item with a thought I seem to have quite a bit these days.

How stupid are Liberals actually?

Besides his premise being faulty, which I will discuss in a bit, he tried to explain the Constitution, Federal Law, and Treaties. Just enough information to be dangerous and wildly incorrect. It’s funny how Americans have to follow our laws but Mexicans, Guatemalans and Hondurans seem to not have that issue.

Don’t get me started on the DNC’s Pakistanis, Clinton’s Russians, or Feinstein’s Chinese.

The only thing he stated that was indeed a fact was “this is my opinion”.

Sadly it was.

An incredibly misinformed one to be sure.

This video had been shared by other Stupid Humans who didn’t bother to fact check anything he said.

It just sounded good and made their White Guilt feel better (Ward Connerly and Shelby Steele were right) so by all means push that garbage around the country.

These are the times when I miss a good Farrakhan video. The man is an anti-American hateful bigot but damn child he doesn’t hide!

Still, it appears too many voters in America are willing to embrace this way of “thinking” as the House flipped to the DimWits.

Unsurprisingly their morals or lack thereof are only surpassed by their lack of knowledge of how economies work, the circulation of money or Adam Smith’s Invisible Hand.

If cheaper is the measurement then let’s get rid of all social programs, food stamps, welfare and affordable housing.

It’s cheaper to not keeper!

Finally if everything is about “cheaper” then let’s introduce a different caliber into society.

A couple in fact should do the trick and will be needed as criminals and “refugees” roam around America making things dramatically less than Great Again.

I proffer the caliber that is as true as its maker and as skillful as its suitor.

I offer in service to “cheaper” and to Make America Great Again the calibers known as .223 and 5.56.

My, my, how the Democrats do provide an incredible amount of writing material.

Where do we begin?

According to CNN, Kanye West went from a “genius” to a “house negro” overnight because he gave President Trump support and a hug.

“Bright minds” like Don Lemon and Dave Chappelle (where would we be without these two luminaries) both took shots at the former “genius”.

Now I’m not a fan of Kanye “I ain’t saying she a gold digger but she ain’t messing with no broke niggas” West BUT cop hating Don Lemon has never been relevant or coherent and dope smoking Dave Chappelle called one of his own children “little nigger” in one of his comedy shows.

I guess Chappelle figures because he’s a Muslim he can get away with it.

So to summarize, anti-American, bigotry, drugs, profanity and Sharia get a thumbs up from Liberals but hug Donald Trump and one becomes what happens when “negroes don’t read”.

Okay then.

It appears anywhere Kanye West pops up Taylor Swift isn’t too far behind.

I’ve enjoyed Swift’s work over the years as I find her to be an exceptional songwriter (new topics are needed) but if one is going to open their mouths they need to know what they are saying.

Ms. Swift decided that her experience of breaking up with Hollywood boys equates to having knowledge about world affairs, our economy and Freedom and endorsed the Democratic Senatorial candidate from Tennessee.

Before her endorsement most of the polls had the Democrat slightly ahead.

After the endorsement the Republican jumped to the front, with one poll giving the Republican, a 14 point lead.

Because she’s young I’m going to cut her some slack but after that poll swing, one must inquire as to how many hearts, in the Volunteer State, did she break?

Not to be outdone was Willie I’ll smoke anything available Nelson. The stoned and tone deaf hippie decided to support the Democratic candidate from Texas for the U.S. Senate.

According to the polls, BEFORE Nelson endorsed the Dem, the race was within a few points either way.

After Nelson the Republican candidate jumped to an eight point lead overall.

Thank you Willie.

Of course they are “polls” but  historically speaking, any poll that has the Republican ahead at all, should be a landslide win for that candidate.

Crazy Aunt Nancy was in the news again telling everyone that if the Dimwits win she will be raising taxes and protecting the criminals, known to the Libs, as Dreamers.

Sounds about right.

One day an after school special will have to be done on Humanitarian Hamas Pelosi.

I think Alyssa Milano would be perfect for the part. She wouldn’t have to do any research or bother with a script.

Speaking of babbling Cloth Cleaning Clinton decided to AGAIN support her lying, cheating, molesting husband and disagree with Monica Lewinsky that her husband’s behavior wasn’t a “gross abuse of power”.

I’m fifty-fifty on this one.

“Banging an intern” is not an abuse of power.

Lois Lerner and the IRS is an abuse of power.

Deserting American troops in Benghazi is an abuse of power.

Running guns through our open border is an abuse of power.

Helicopter dropping gold and cash in the middle of the night into Iran is an abuse of power.

I will also add the aforementioned items are all treasonous.

Cigars, a blue dress, and a Lewinsky?

Definitely gross but certainly not an abuse of power.

Speaking of stooges Rosie O’Donnell and Beto O’Rourke continue to leap into Moe’s arms.

O’Donnell has been and is still calling for Martial Law (she thinks it’s Marshall) to remove Donald Trump.

Nothing quite like Liberal Logic otherwise known as bonafidis moronicis.

Martial Law is imposed by each individual State, is at the purview of the Governor of said State, to be enforced in only that State.

Donald Trump is from New York and now lives in Washington D.C. (and rent free in the domes of  Liberals 24/7) but Rosie wants to declare Martial Law in California?

Yes, I am aware of Bush and Obama’s unconstitutional acts in 2007, 2012 and 2015 but these acts STRENGTHEN Trump’s hand in-regards-to Martial Law.

Democrats are indeed stupid humans.

Not to be outdone O’Rourke, who is again running for one of the United States Senate seats out of Texas, said he would impeach President Trump if elected.

The drunk driving, open border, La Raza supporting, weed inhaler should be immediately removed as a candidate for that statement alone.

Is that because you support President Trump Jason?

I do, but no.

Is that because you think President Trump hasn’t done anything to cause his impeachment?

He hasn’t, but no to that as well.

Then why Jason? Why should the drunk driving, open border, La Raza supporting, weed inhaler be removed for that statement alone?

Because it isn’t true.

If the Beto male were elected to the SENATE he still wouldn’t have a vote to impeach.

His vote would be to convict and remove.

That he doesn’t know this puts him on the same level intellectually as Maxine Bank Fraud Waters, Alexandria Vote For Me Because I Am Not White Ocasio-Cortez, and Pee Wee Herman, although I must admit Herman is slightly ahead of that trifecta of tools.

Liberals.

With all of that it still appears the Democrats are on the field and in the game.

How is this possible?

The RINO Party is that bad.

As stated many times I am not a Republican.

I am an AMERICAN and we AMERICANS are tired of you RINOS but due to the treasonous Democrats we have little choice but to support you right now.

If the elections were today, it is my estimation that the Senate would have at least 54 Republicans.

If the elections were today, it is also my estimation that the Republicans would hold the House.

Dear Republican Politicians,

We support President Trump because he is an American First, American Only.

Too many of you are corrupt, selfish and morally bankrupt.

If the election goes the way I just mentioned, we will be giving you TWO MORE YEARS, to do the one and only thing we elected President Trump to accomplish.

We didn’t put him there for tax cuts.

We didn’t put him there to deregulate.

We didn’t put him there to exterminate ISIS, get rid of Yellen, or redo trade agreements.

These things are all FANTASTIC and we appreciate his strength, tenacity, and energy.

We are very aware he can walk and chew gum at the same time.

You RINOS on the other hand would probably fall down or choke to death awaiting your Obamacare you couldn’t get repealed.

Too many have forgotten or are pretending to forget why Donald Trump was elected.

“I will build a great big wall.”

It’s time you get on board the Freedom Train RINOS or you will soon find out the Democrats are toothless tigers compared to the rage of the roaring American Lion that will be coming to remove all traitors and restore OUR Republic.

God has blessed these United States.

It’s time for you Republican politicians to learn, recite, and embrace three words.
