Laura Loomer Wins Trump’s District

by Daveda Gruber

On Tuesday Laura Loomer won the Republican primary in the Florida 21st district that hosts Mar-a-Lago resort, which is now President Trump’s new official residence.

Loomer, who is 27 years old, has been banned from social media sites like Twitter and Facebook but she’s a tough challenger for anyone to face.

She won a six-way primary for the right to face Rep. Lois Frankel (D) in the general election. She also raised more than $1 million with support from Alex Jones, pardoned Trump ally Roger Stone and Florida Representative Matt Gaetz.

Early on Wednesday, Loomer won praise from President Donald Trump

Trump tweeted this:

Frankel, 72, has been seated in the Palm Beach County district for decades. It has been a Democratic stronghold. Republicans have only run a candidate in one of the four previous elections since its current boundaries were drawn in 2012. Frankel managed to beat that challenger in 2016 by just 27 points.

Loomer ran for the district in a six candidate race. She received 43%  the Republican field. She managed to get 14,500 votes. The combined Republican candidates totaled 34,000 votes.

Frankel ran against a political newcomer and received 75,000 votes, or 86% in the Democratic primary. In total 87,000 votes Democratic votes were cast.

This was only the primary. I suspect more people will be voting in November.

Decision Desk called the FL-21 for Laura Loomer at 8:02pm on August 18th, just over an hour after polls had closed:

They tweeted this:

It’s time to get a career Politian like Frankel out of office and let the conservative Loomer get things done.

Loomer is a fighter for conservative rights and will be a big asset for Florida’s 21st district, for the state and for Americans.

Roger Stone has stood for Loomer and he introduced her when she gave her acceptance speech. You can see it here:

Ghislaine Maxwell Unhappy With Prison Conditions

by Daveda Gruber

Jeffery Epstein’s confidant and long time associate, Ghislaine Maxwell, is not happy about being under constant surveillance by prison psychologists.

Maxwell, through her a letter from her attorney filed in her criminal case, says this is being done without her consent and that prison psychologists are evaluating her for hours on end.

The judge in her case is being asked by Maxwell that her lockup conditions at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn be modified.

The legal team has argued that she’s been held under uniquely onerous conditions which do not provide time for her to review volumes of discovery material before her trial. Claims were made that she would have to choose between showering and reviewing the documents.

Attorney Christian Everdell wrote in a letter Monday night, “Ms. Maxwell continues to be surveilled 24 hours a day by security cameras and is under constant observation by multiple prison guards.”

According to her lawyers, the constant surveillance has been mandated because of Jeffrey Epstein’s suicide while in a Lower Manhattan jail cell last year, according to her lawyers.

Everdell also wrote, “The defense recently learned that some of these prison guards were, in fact, BOP psychologists who were observing Ms. Maxwell and evaluating her for hours each day without her knowledge. We are aware of no other pretrial detainee receiving such treatment.”

Maxwell, who is being held without bail, is awaiting trial on charges she procured girls for Epstein to abuse and then lied about it under oath.

Maxwell denies all charges against her and has pleaded not guilty.

If convicted, Maxwell faces up to 35 years in jail.

Considering the crimes that she’s been alleged to have committed, she doesn’t seem to be treated as badly as she could be.

So far, she is being kept alive.

Robert Trump Funeral Planned for Friday

by Daveda Gruber

On Monday President Trump said that the funeral for his brother, Robert, will most likely be on Friday.

The president said that there may be a small service at the White House.

Trump said, “I think it would be a great honor to him. He loves our country so much. He would be so proud.”

He then added, “I think it’d be appropriate.”

Robert Trump died on Saturday night  just before his seventy-second birthday which would have been on August 26th.

To read more about Robert Trump’s death, please see my article written on Sunday here:

Brother of President Trump Dead at 71

Rest in Peace Robert Trump – August 26, 1948 to August 15, 2020.

Brother of President Trump Dead at 71

by Daveda Gruber

It is a sad weekend for President Trump and his family. Robert Trump, the president’s younger brother, has died.

Robert Trump was eleven days shy of his 72nd birthday when he passed away.

A statement from President Trump was released and stated, “It is with heavy heart I share that my wonderful brother, Robert, peacefully passed away tonight. He was not just my brother, he was my best friend. He will be greatly missed, but we will meet again. His memory will live on in my heart forever. Robert, I love you. Rest in peace.”

Trump had visited his brother in New York on Friday. Robert had been ill and it had been reported that he had spent more than a week in the intensive care unit at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City earlier this summer.

Robert Trump is the youngest of the five Trump siblings. Maryanne Trump Barry, 83, is a retired federal judge; Fred Trump Jr., died in 1981 at the age of 43; Donald, 74, who is in the middle; Elizabeth Trump Grau, 78, is a retired bank executive, and then Robert.

Robert Trump wasn’t in the public eye but he did have a high-profile divorce in 2008 from his wife of 25 years, socialite Blaine Trump. Robert Trump was said to be having an affair with his secretary, Ann Marie Pallan. He lived with her later on. Robert and Blaine stayed on good terms and Blaine  attended President Trump’s inauguration in 2017.

The youngest Trump sibling joined the family business and was a top executive at the Trump Organization but was retired and living in Millbrook, N.Y.

He used his fortune to support a number of local causes and small businesses. He was a trustee of Angels of Light, which is a holiday giving nonprofit. He had also donated a significant amount to a horse rescue operation in the area, among other causes.

I’d like to send my deepest condolences to President Trump and the entire Trump family.

Rest in Peace Robert Trump – August 26, 1948 to August 15, 2020.

Is Shadow Gate Real?

by Daveda Gruber

One thing leads to another and it usually does just that. On Friday Infowars reporter Millie Weaver was arrested on an alleged secret indictment.

There is a lot of speculation surrounding her arrest due to the timing. Her movie which names and shows many government contractors involved in “Shadow Gate.”

Weaver was arrested and as a matter of fact, it is being considered an abduction by some.

Two whistle-blowers can be seen giving information and this is looking BIG!

Also, Weaver took a video of her own arrest and it can be seen in the video below.

Here is a video that shows how deep it gets.

After you see how eerie and creepy it gets, you can watch the movie that has been released early because of the arrest.

Allegedly, a Portage County Jail administrator said that Weaver is being charged with alleged “robbery, tampering with evidence, obstruction justice, and domestic violence.”

Could they believe that her arrest was pure coincidence that it came just before her movie was to be released?

Her movie is being called a conspiracy theory by some but we know that a lot of things are referenced as conspiracy when those involved in alleged crimes don’t want too many to believe what they see.

Before it gets removed, the full movie can be seen here:

There are some big names on both sides of the aisle being exposed. This much I believe. There are people in government in the Democratic Party as well as the GOP who know and participate in cover ups because they are involved in corruption and they do not want to be unmasked.

I do not like to write about potential conspiracy theories but watch the videos and come to your own conclusions.

Will Durham Probe Produce a Guilty Plea?

by Daveda Gruber

U.S. Attorney John Durham has made progress in his investigation. Former FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith will plead guilty to making a false statement.

Referred for potential prosecution by the Justice inspector general’s office, Clinesmith was accused, although not by name, of altering an email about former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page to say that he was “not a source” for another government agency.

Page has said that he was a source for the CIA which led to the DOJ relying on that contention as it submitted a third and final renewal application in 2017 to eavesdrop on Page.

The renewal application to spy or eavesdrop, whichever way you see it,  was made under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.

Clinesmith’s attorney, Justin Shur, told The Associated Press that Clinesmith is being charged in federal court in Washington and is expected to plead guilty to one count of making a false statement.

Durham, who was appointed by Attorney General Bill Barr, to investigate the origins of the FBI’s original Russia probe. He was appointed shortly after former Special Counsel Robert Mueller completed his years long investigation into whether his campaign colluded with the Russians (Russia Hoax) to influence the 2016 presidential election.

Durham was focused on the timeline starting July 2016, when the FBI’s original Russia probe began and it continued through the appointment of Mueller in May 2017.

Barr said on FOX’s “Hannity” that “There are two different things going on. I said the American people need to know what actually happened, we need to get the story of what happened in 2016 and ’17 out. That will be done.”

Barr went on to say that “if people crossed the line, if people involved in that activity violated criminal law, they will be charged.”

He also said Durham as an “independent” and “highly experienced” man, and said that his investigation is “pursuing apace,” in spite of delays that he blamed partially on the coronavirus pandemic.

Most of us saw that the Mueller investigation came up with no evidence of criminal conspiracy or coordination between the Trump campaign and Russian officials during the 2016 election. That point was made as clear as possible considering where it came from.

Mueller’s report did, however, leave open whether Trump obstructed justice.

You’d think after years of investigating, they could have closed that up with substantial evidence to back it up.

Hunter Biden $450 DC Lien Paid

by Daveda Gruber

The son of presumptive Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, had to come up with some money.

Allegedly a tax lien filed against him in July for $453,890. It was released just six days later. The issue was resolved according to the Washington Free Beacon.

The younger Biden had claimed to be broke during a child custody case where Biden eventually agreed to make child support payments.

He had failed to turn over financial records in that case.

Even so, when the lien was placed on July 9th, it was released on July 15th.

It was not confirmed if the lien was paid.

Hunter Biden’s finances have been under scrutiny since a private investigator made an attempt to intervene in the child custody case in 2019.

A private investigation firm had claimed that in December they lawfully obtained access to Biden’s bank account records. That collection of information confirmed his involvement in a massive, $156 million “counterfeiting scheme.”

Biden’s legal team strongly denied the claims which were said to be unverified.

They called the effort by the Florida-based D&A Investigations an obviously bogus scheme by a non-party simply to make scandalous allegations in the pending suit. They also claimed that it was to gain media attention without any material or pertinent material.

Biden’s financial matter came to light in connection with the House’s impeachment inquiry effort of President Trump.

Instead of finding an impeachable offense against Trump, Hunter Biden’s seat on Burisma Holdings, which is an energy company in Ukraine, was uncovered.

Burisma had been under investigation by Ukrainian authorities in the past. Then Vice President Biden used pressure to have the prosecutor in charge fired to which many called a quid pro quo.

The elder Biden denies any wrong doing.

If Hunter Biden had enough money to come up with it in six days, maybe he wasn’t as broke as he claimed?

Maybe daddy picked up the tab? Your guess is as good as mine.

The whole affair appears sketchy to me but then certain people never seem to face justice for the potentially illegal deeds thy do.

McCarthy Blames Pelosi for Personal Wish List

by Daveda Gruber

On Sunday House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., wasn’t timid in blaming Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi D- Calif., for her personal wish list being the problem for Congress not being able to pass another stimulus bill.

McCarthy also defended the use of executive orders by President Trump.

The executive orders defer payroll taxes and replace already expired unemployment befits, as of August 1st, but with a lower amount that would be up to $400 payments each week, one-third less than the $600 people had been receiving.

Trump’s executive orders extends previous unemployment benefits, which expired on Aug. 1, was fully funded by Washington, but Trump is asking states to now cover 25 percent.

McCarthy did an interview on “Sunday Morning Futures” a day after Trump signed his executive orders following the collapse of negotiations with Congress on a new coronavirus rescue package and said, “Remember, every time we’ve done legislation when it comes to COVID, Nancy Pelosi has always held it up for her own personal wish list. Remember when we did the Cares Act, she held it up for more than a week when thousands of people were being unemployed because she wanted more money for the arts and the Kennedy Center…now when we are sitting here coming forward with people unemployed again, she held it up.”

There may be legal challenges over control of federal spending.

Still, Trump cast his actions as necessary because lawmakers have been unable to reach an agreement to put more money into the economy.

A failing economy isn’t a good factor for the president in the upcoming November reelection.

Trump is seeking to set aside $44 billion in previously approved disaster aid to help states. It would be up to states to determine how much to spend and when.

McCarthy said, “What President Trump did, he really showed he was the one person in the room that put people before politics.”

He also went on to say that Trump said, “You know what? I’m going to continue to help the people on unemployment. If you’re going to continue to play these games, I’m going to take action and put America first instead of your own personal ambitions.”

McCarthy tweeted:

Trump’s executive orders extends previous unemployment benefits, which expired on Aug. 1, was fully funded by Washington, but Trump is asking states to now cover 25 percent.

He is seeking to set aside $44 billion in previously approved disaster aid to help states, but said it would be up to states to determine how much, if any of it, to fund, so the benefits could be smaller still.

Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., used their own talking points to criticize what Trump did. They wanted to spend more.

At the start Democrats wanted a $3.4 trillion package, but said they lowered the amount to $2 trillion. Republicans had proposed a $1 trillion plan.

My guess would be that Republicans didn’t want the “pork” that Democrats wanted.

Pelosi and Schumer put out a joint statement which stated, “Today’s meager announcements by the president show President Trump still does not comprehend the seriousness or the urgency of the health and economic crises facing working families. We’re disappointed that instead of putting in the work to solve Americans’ problems, the President instead chose to stay on his luxury golf course to announce unworkable, weak and narrow policy announcements to slash the unemployment benefits that millions desperately need and endanger seniors’ Social Security and Medicare.”

The presumptive Democratic presidential candidate, Joe Biden called the orders “a series of half-baked measures” and accused him of putting at risk Social Security, which is funded by the payroll tax.

There was also a Republican Senator, Ben Sasse of Nebraska, who is a member of the Senate’s Judiciary and Finance panels, who had negative comments for the president.

Sasse said, “The pen-and-phone theory of executive lawmaking is unconstitutional slop.”

He added that Trump “does not have the power to unilaterally rewrite the payroll tax law. Under the Constitution, that power belongs to the American people acting through their members of Congress.”

You can’t please all of the people all of the time but the Congress, especially Pelosi and Schumer, must have added money for their own benefit and/or the DNC in general.

In the end, it’s our tax dollars that are being spent and personally, I don’t want to fund the DNC nor do I wish to keep Pelosi with ice cream, chocolate and vodka.

BOOM: Is Biden’s Health Worse than We Thought?

by Daveda Gruber

The presumptive presidential candidate, Joe Biden has had health issues that may explain not only his cognitive issues, but also his anger.

Biden suffered from several episodes of increasingly severe neck pain, and was having regular headaches.

There was bad enough pain that it required  him to carry around a big bottle of Tylenol for headaches and pain in his neck.

Biden suffered two brain aneurysms, one on the right side and one on the left. Each required surgery with high risk of long-term impact on brain functionality.

In February of 1988 Biden was taken by long-distance ambulance to Walter Reed Army Medical Center and given lifesaving surgery to correct an intracranial berry aneurysm that had begun leaking.

Another operation to repair a second aneurysm, which had caused no symptoms but was at risk of bursting, was performed in May of 1988.

The hospitalization and recovery kept Biden from his duties in the Senate for seven months.

While recuperating, he suffered a pulmonary embolism which is major complication.

Pulmonary embolism can be minor and go unnoticed, or it can be significant and cause difficulty breathing, sharp chest pain and even death. Less commonly, the clots can also travel through the heart and back to the rest of the body, including the brain. This is called paradoxical embolism.

When he underwent a microsurgical craniotomy at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Washington, D.C. The chances of surviving the surgery were 50 percent, but the likelihood of waking up with serious deficits were probable.

Biden, at the time wrote, “Maybe I should have been frightened at this point, but I felt calm. In fact, I felt becalmed, like I was floating gently in the wide-open sea. It surprised me, but I had no real fear of dying. I’d long since accepted the fact that life’s guarantees don’t include a fair shake.”

Biden was completely isolated during his recovery. That decision was made by his wife Jill and his staff.

This meant no work or phone calls. Even when President Ronald Reagan called Biden twice, Jill was adamant about her rule and would not let Biden take the calls.

Each required surgery with high risk of long-term impact on brain functionality.

In retrospect, Biden’s family came to believe the early end to his presidential campaign in 1988 had been a blessing in disguise.

Had he still been campaigning in 1988, he might well not have stopped to seek medical attention and he may not have survived.

In 2013, Biden said of his surgeries, “they take a saw and they cut your head off” and “they literally had to take the top of my head off.” He also said he was told he would have less than a 50% chance of full recovery.

Ruptured brain aneurysms are fatal in about 50% of cases. Of those who survive, about 66% suffer some permanent neurological deficit. Approximately 15% of people with a ruptured aneurysm die before reaching the hospital. Most of the deaths are due to rapid and massive brain injury from the initial bleeding.

Stroke is a common cause of vascular dementia. During a stroke, your brain goes without blood and oxygen for a period of time.

An aneurysm or blood clot may prevent blood from flowing properly. This may cause part of your brain to go without oxygen and blood.

After a Brain Aneurysm/AVM/Hemorrhagic Stroke, survivors and family members say one of the most difficult emotions to handle is anger and frustration. Most survivors would describe themselves as having a personality change or a lack of impulse control due to anger.

Along with each required surgery, there comes a high risk of long-term impact on brain functionality.

This information could answer many questions about Biden.

Anger? Yes, his speaking about taking people outside to decide an argument may be because of anger.

His constant gaffs may be his brain not functioning the way it should.

Also, Biden has an irregular heartbeat, known as nonvalvular atrial fibrillation. Biden has not required any medication or other treatment for this heart condition but he does take a blood thinner. His condition, also called AFib, can increase the risk of blood clots.

Biden’s hospitalization was complicated by a blood clot that lodged in his lung. The man has many health issues.

Dementia is a collective term used to describe various symptoms of cognitive decline, such as forgetfulness. It is a symptom of several underlying diseases and brain disorders. Dementia is not a single disease in itself, but a general term to describe symptoms of impairment in memory, communication, and thinking.

With the health issues he has had and conditions he suffers from them, Biden should not be running for President of the United States.

I did research to find this information. Make this article go viral.

Why is Violent Crime in Chicago On the Rise?

by Daveda Gruber

On Monday Metropolitan Crime Commission spokesperson Kevin Graham raised concerns over criminal justice and the undeniable lack of support for law enforcement in Chicago.

Violence is continuing but the police are not at fault for what is known as revolving door policy.

It has been reported that former Chicago police union president said, “The first problem is that when we get to the court system, we’re getting no bonds or low bonds and they’re going right back out. We’re putting people who are doing violent crime on home monitoring – on bracelets and they are out shooting people.”

Every weekend turns out to be a bad one for the “Windy City.”

On Friday evening Janari Ricks, who was only nine years old, was playing with a groups of friends when a gunman up and opened fire killing the young boy.

Chicago Police Department Chief of Operations Brian McDermott said that Ricks was unfortunately, not an intended victim. He was shot in the chest.

A $4,000.00 reward is being offered for information about the person who pulled the trigger.

Chicago Police Department Chief of Operations Brian McDermott told reporters that Ricks had aspirations of becoming a basketball player before losing his life.

The host of “One Nation with Lawrence Jones” said, “It’s ruined and no one cares about that as well.”

Closing out a violent July, this past weekend left nine people dead and an additional twenty-five people wounded.

Murders have more than doubled in Chicago in comparison with July 2019.

Graham explained that people have to be held accountable, prosecuted and held in jail, and the police need to be supported.

He went on to say, “We just had somebody who had an ankle bracelet [monitor] less than a month ago. He was out on the street and he wound up getting into a shootout with police. These are a revolving door of what’s going around the metropolitan area of Chicago.”

Violent criminals cannot be just let back on the streets. That will never solve the problems in cities ridden with crime.

It has been a problem in Democratic run cities for a long time and the problem is not going away.

We saw that during the 1990’s, crime rates in New York City dropped dramatically, even more than in the United States as a whole.

Violent crime declined by more than 56 percent in the City, compared to about 28 percent in the nation as whole. Property crimes tumbled by about 65 percent, but fell only 26 percent nationally.

There are many who attribute New York’s crime reduction to specific “get-tough” policies carried out by former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani’s administration.

Guiliani told the press in 1998, “Obviously murder and graffiti are two vastly different crimes. But they are part of the same continuum, and a climate that tolerates one is more likely to tolerate the other.”

I believe Guiliani had the right idea and maybe his way of reducing crime was the right way.
