Ruth Bader Ginsburg Treated for Malignant Pancreatic Tumor

by Daveda Gruber:

It was announced on Friday that Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is allegedly feeling good and getting better after three weeks of radiation therapy for a tumor on her pancreas.

Ginsburg is reported to have had a malignant tumor on her pancreas that was successfully treated.

A court spokesperson said in a statement, “The tumor was treated definitively and there is no evidence of disease elsewhere in the body. Justice Ginsburg will continue to have periodic blood tests and scans. No further treatment is needed at this time.”

This past July, the Supreme Court Justice had a routine blood test and an abnormality appeared. A biopsy was done and it revealed the tumor.

Radiation treatment for Ginsburg started on August 5th at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. The treatment was said to have been done with Bader Ginsburg being an outpatient.

Ginsburg is 86 years old and is said to have tolerated the treatment well. A bile duct stent was placed on her pancreas.

The statement also said, “The Justice tolerated treatment well. She canceled her annual summer visit to Santa Fe, but has otherwise maintained an active schedule.”

Ginsburg has made it clear that she has no intention of stepping down from the bench. She plans to hold her seat for as long as her health permits.

Ginsburg has had her fair share of ill health. She had surgery cancer surgery in December. She had colorectal cancer in 1999 and pancreatic cancer in 2009.

Justices usually return to work in September to begin the new Supreme Court term, which will begin on October 7th. I’ll be interested to see who shows up for work.

Supreme Court Rules to Let Peace Cross Stand

by Daveda Gruber:

On Thursday the Supreme Court ruled that a World War One memorial in the shape of a cross can stand.

It was determined by a 7 to 2 vote that the Bladensburg Peace Cross, as it is known, is not religious in nature and does not violate the Constitution.

Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor dissented.

Justice Samuel Alito wrote in the court’s opinion, “For nearly a century, the Bladensburg Cross has expressed the community’s grief at the loss of the young men who perished, its thanks for their sacrifice, and its dedication to the ideals for which they fought.”

He went on to say in the opinion while quoting Justice Breyer’s concurrence in the 2005 decision in Van Orden v. Perry, “It has become a prominent community landmark, and its removal or radical alteration at this date would be seen by many not as a neutral act but as the manifestation of ‘a hostility toward religion that has no place in our Establishment Clause traditions’.”

The supporters of the cross, which include the Trump administration, said it was created solely to honor those heroes and is secular in nature.

In opposition to the cross standing are three area residents and the District of Columbia-based American Humanist Association. These include atheists and agnostics.

Those opposing believe that the cross should have been moved to private property or modified into a nonreligious monument such as a slab or obelisk.

Since the cross and land it sits on is controlled and cared for by a Maryland parks commission, the side in opposition says that it is an impermissible overlap of church and state.

The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals had ruled that the cross was unconstitutional. The Supreme Court has reversed that ruling.

The Supreme Court has struggled to lay out clear rules governing when religious symbols are permissible on public land.

Ninth Circuit Circus

With all the insanity and illegality happening in the courts these days I thought it pertinent to again cover how our system works and doesn’t work. The idea of Democracy is to serve the majority which eventually leads to Tyranny.

This is the culmination of Socratic Theory.

A Republic or in our case a Constitutional Republic is meant to protect very specific Rights of the Individual. Specific Rights stated in our Constitution not the collective rantings of Norway, China, or Saudi Arabia. Pretty soon the Colonel Sanders crowd will be calling themselves Sharia Socialists and telling us all how Stalin and Mao were misunderstood.

Health care, health insurance, education, or lack thereof are not Rights regardless of what anyone thinks.

Yes portions of Democracy were kept in the creation of a Republic but Madison & Company were very clear.

These United States are not a Democracy.

Article 4. Section 4.

We are the evolution of Democratic tendencies (group think), into the Protection of again, the Individual.  This was suppose to stop the train from derailing into Tyranny.  Of course too many in America have no concept of this process including our politicians. Yes we are a measurement of our elected “leadership” and yes that is currently a very sad statement.

Generation after generation we have been told that our Republic has three co-equal branches of government. Most have no idea where this concept originated but they are more than willing to continue to repeat it.

This is Aristotle’s model, later built on by Montesquieu.

Both Madison and Jefferson knew this was behaviorally incorrect and Madison specifically went about securing a system that protected I over We. As I’ve written in the past Congress was meant to have most of the authority. Many will refer to this as the power of the purse. This is partially correct.

The reason we know Congress was meant to have more authority over the other branches is very clear.

The Power of Impeachment, Conviction and Removal resides in the House and Senate.

This is legislative not criminal authority and expressly allows Congress to remove the President and members of the Federal Judiciary.

Neither the Judiciary or Executive Branches have this authority over Congress.

We weren’t meant to be ruled by a tiny group of judges (oligarchy) or a King (monarchy).

We weren’t meant to be ruled at all.

The power resides in the House, the system closest to the People, to impeach.

The authority then moves to the Senate, the “deliberative” body, for conviction and removal.

The Framers even built in a check and balance within Congress.

Thankfully they did as Jefferson’s concern of “despots” ruling America has risen to dangerous levels.

Our last three Presidents should have all been impeached, convicted, and removed.

Clinton was impeached but not convicted and removed.

Because they weren’t, our courts are filled with horrendous appointees, who believe they are untouchable.

They aren’t.

It’s time to replace the Ninth Circuit who among other things completely ignored the rule of “standing”.

Of even greater need is the removal and replacement of the Supreme Court.

John Roberts is a great place to start.

The removal of Sotomayor and Kagan is an even better ending.

The End of the Me Generation

The sex, drugs, and debt population known as the Me Generation has dominated Washington DC for the last 20 years.

Because of this we are void of any ethical leadership in our country right now.

Our elected leaders in high positions are corrupt politicians that cover for each other…on both sides of the aisle.

Our appointed leaders are sycophantic yes men and women, who answer to the aforementioned aisle, and put career over Country…every time.

Our military leaders who have spoken truth to power have been fired, demoted, or made so miserable they’ve resigned or retired.

Our media leaders are owned by corporations who prefer ratings over reality.

Decades of this behavior have us teetering as a sovereign nation, while the solvency of our currency is, at a minimum, debatable.

Today it was reported an United States Supreme Court Justice (Scalia) passed away.

There will be many who will profess admiration for this man.

Others will express hatred.

I am not here for either.

The Supreme Court is now dominated by Me Generation appointees.

Six of the Eight were nominated by Clinton, Bush, or Obama.

Soon to be Seven of Nine.

Is it any wonder the family unit has been diminished, drugs usage is at astronomical proportions and debt (public and private) is greater than anytime in American history…or human history for that matter.

Some reading this now will fall into the “nothing we can do but wait for the revolution to start” crowd.

First that is untrue.

Second we need a reclamation not a revolution.

With the correct electoral decisions being made in 2016, the reclaiming of America will start in 2017 (which is why I always list United States Senate 2017).

The removal of Obama and replacement with either Trump, Cruz, or Carson is a good start but the viral infection known as progressivism/compassionate conservatism is alive, contagious, and resides in the highest court in OUR land.

This must be corrected.

Yes Supreme Court Justices are appointed for life, unless they choose to resign or retire, but they are subject to the same rules as any member of Congress or the Presidency.

They can be impeached.

The six justices appointed and confirmed by the Me Generation must be removed.

To some this may seem improbable.

It isn’t.

Events most of us thought impossible in our lifetimes are now taking place in front of us on a daily basis.
Historic debt growing every second, punitive taxation for NOT purchasing something, negative interest rates, identification and Constitutional Rights being given to humans here illegally, felons being allowed to vote, the ordered surrender of a part of our military to a hostile nation, the call by the Nation of Islam to kill white people and Black Lives Matter members to kill police officers or fry em like bacon.

A Federal Government who forced driving ranchers off a public highway, then shot, killed, and arrested them all while ordering United States Border Patrol to stand down letting criminals continue to overrun our hospitals, schools, jails, and prisons while suppressing wages by supplying cheap and illegal labor.

Not to mention running guns through our southern border that resulted in murders including one of our own Border Patrol agents and the trafficking (slavery) of humans, predominantly women and children.

The Supreme Court has done nothing but enforce the oppression happening under the Me Generation.

For the removal of Supreme Court Justices to happen we must gather and elect citizens who will voice the truth with the ferocity of the righteous and then be fearless in requiring action be taken.

Leadership is not about being in charge.

Leadership is about taking care of those in your charge.

I am here to provide truth and facts while offering to implement the above mentioned actions with humble ferocity and without fear.

The choice is yours.

Do nothing while dying a little more each day as the yoke of tyranny tightens.

Or….

Stand with me shoulder to shoulder roaring from everywhere in America throughout California guaranteeing American representation in DC!!!

Decisions made by the US Senate will affect you one way or another…regardless of where you live.

This is OUR country!

Time to remind these politicians who they serve.
