Rand Paul Reads Question Blocked by Roberts in Senate

by Daveda Gruber:

Last week I wrote an article that showed that Senator Rand Paul R-Ky., tried to submit a question to Chief Justice John Roberts during the impeachment trial of Donald J. Trump in the Senate.

Roberts rejected the question and it was disallowed.

The question was tweeted by Paul after it was blocked by Roberts.

On Tuesday, after describing his question and the fact that it was blocked by Roberts, Paul announced that he would read his question on the Senate floor.

Paul said, “Now during the proceedings, I asked a question that was disallowed. And I’m going to ask that question again this morning, because the Constitution does protect debate and does protect the asking of questions. I think they made a big mistake not allowing my question. My question did not talk about anybody who is a whistleblower. My question did not accuse anybody of being a whistleblower.”

Paul is known as a leaning Libertarian type of Republican and he’s also known to be well versed in the Constitution.

He went on to say, “And you say, well we should protect the whistleblower, and the whistleblower deserves anonymity. The law does not preserve anonymity. His boss is not supposed to say anything about him, he’s not supposed to be fired. I’m for that.”

The reasoning behind Paul naming the two name was that of concern of a plot to take down President Trump.

Paul continued, “My point is, is by having such protection, such overzealous protection, we don’t get to the root of the matter of how this started. Cause this could happen again.”

Here is Rand Paul telling the Senate his question:

I can always be reached on Twitter to discuss your political views.

Did Pelosi Threaten Trump?

by Daveda Gruber:

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi D-Calif., said words pertaining to the whistleblower that sounded like a threat to President Trump.

The whistleblower was the person who generated the whole impeachment inquiry by the House Intelligence Committee.

Pelosi did an interview on CBS’ “Face The Nation” and during the interview she relayed a message to Trump when she said Trump was in her “wheelhouse” if he made an effort to go after the anonymous source who is known as the whistleblower.

Pelosi said, “I told the president you’re in my wheelhouse when you come after the whistleblower.”

What does the phrase in your wheelhouse mean? Well, here’s the definition.

If something is in your wheelhouse, it’s well within your area of expertise. So “in someone’s wheelhouse” refers to something being within one’s areas of competency and control.

Pelosi must believe she’s in control of Trump. That comes as news to me.

The speaker believes that it of the utmost importance to protect the whistleblower’s identity.

Pelosi also said, “This is really important, especially when it comes to intelligence, that someone who would be courageous enough to point out truth to power and then through the filter of a Trump-appointed inspector general who found it of urgent concern and then took it to the next steps.”

Does Pelosi know that even I know who the whistleblower is? Apparently not or she’s just blowing air about keeping Eric Ciaramella’s name hidden.

No, Pelosi didn’t say his name; I did.

Pelosi then added that if Trump wanted to present his case, he should come before House lawmakers.

She said, “The president could come right before the committee and talk, speak all the truth that he wants if he wants. He has every opportunity to present his case.”

I wonder if Trump actually heard what Pelosi said? Maybe Trump should read my article? That would be awesome.

Why Did Whistleblower Attorney Appear on CNN?

by Daveda Gruber:

Attorney, Mark Zaid, who represents the whistleblower who is smack right in the middle of the Democrats’ ongoing impeachment inquiry, said that CNN will play a key role in removing President Trump from office.

Zaid, who never liked Trump, is the attorney for the whistleblower who is allegedly Eric Ciaramella, who is another person who doesn’t like Trump.

Zaid appeared as somewhat of a regular guest on CNN, and in fact, appeared at least eleven times since 2017.

After one of Zaid’s appearances on the liberal leaning CNN, Zaid was tweeting that CNN will play a key role in Trump not finishing his term as president. He tweeted

CNN has a reputation for glorifying anti-Trump guests and the network itself as it puts out dirt on the president or distorts Trump’s comments on a regular basis.

CNN Worldwide President Jeff Zucker has a longstanding feud with President Trump.

Zaid defended his posts as common sentiments and that can been seen in the tweets that Zaid has put out. He contends that his tweet referring to a coup was referring to a lawful process.

Zaid tweeted this in 2017:

House GOP leader Kevin McCarthy said, “We should take [Zaid] at his word that this is a coordinated, premeditated plot to overturn the election.”

Trump tweeted about Zaid’s tweets with this:

It’s easy to determine that Zaid is not a fan of the president. It’s also quite clear in most people’s minds that CNN is definitely not pro-Trump. Putting the two ingredients together, we can see the reasoning behind what they were attempting to do. The aforementioned parties were attempting to get Trump out of office.

It is my opinion that both Zaid and CNN don’t really care how they get the president out. Will they lie and cheat to do it? You decide.

Who Knows Who the Whistleblower Is?

by Daveda Gruber:

A big question in the minds of many Americans is, who is the whistleblower? Adam Schiff D-Calif., seems to know so why doesn’t anyone else know?

Schiff  is currently Chairman of the United States House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.

I may have stumbled on the answer to lot of questions concerning the whistleblower and it has been open for others to see.

Want to see? You’re curious as I was, so I’ll show you what I’ve come to know.

Sometimes the answer is in front of your nose and simply a click away. I’ll share information that, for all intents and purpose is on Twitter. Yes, tweets can tell a lot but you have to know who is tweeting and what they know.

Follow the tweets? Yes!

Greg Rubini has an awful lot of interesting things to read, yes, by way of tweets.

Open your eyes and feast on this! Follow the money; no, follow the tweets!

The pinned tweet on Rubini’s page is:

Now here’s more:

So now we know why the investigation went to Italy. Yes, William Barr and John Durham traveled to Italy for more information on the whistleblower.

Schiff claimed the whistleblower had received ‘death threats’ without divulging when the alleged threats were received. Could it be that he forgot the whistleblower was anonymous; if so, how could they have been threatened?

These tweets also contribute to this allegation.

The deep state is deeper and murkier than anyone ever thought. Information is difficult to find. Social media has become a way to get real news because there is an overwhelming amount of fake news that is fed to the American people.

Please note that pictures or images of Ciaramella are now unavailable on any search. I wonder why?

Well now, I’ve given you some interesting information. Now here’s the challenge. Do your own investigating and please report any new finding to me so I can report on it.

It is absolutely amazing what you find if you are really looking and we are not buying it!

Thank you for all the tweets that led me to this information!

Will Ukraine Whistleblower Testify in Writing?

by Daveda Gruber:

The whistleblower who is at the center of the Democratic impeachment inquiry  would like to testify in writing and skip any testimony in person.

Congress hasn’t responded to the whistleblower who claims that he or she has information on the phone call between President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Lawyers for  the anonymous whistleblower, who is allegedly a CIA officer, have asked lawmakers if their client can submit testimony in writing.

Congress has not yet answered the request but they are dead set to protect the identity of the whistleblower.

The safety and media scrutiny over the whistleblower’s identity is a concern of the Democrats.

Both the president and Republicans alike believe that Trump should have an opportunity to confront his accuser.

Reports have come out that the whistleblower could have partisan motives. It has been acknowledged by attorneys for the whistleblower. Anti-Trump attorney, Mark Zaid said that he/she is a registered Democrat and has worked with 2020 Democratic contender Joe Biden. Zaid added that his client had “contact” with current presidential contenders “from both parties.”

The attorneys said, “The whistleblower is not the story. To date, virtually every substantive allegation has been confirmed by other sources. For that reason the identity of the whistleblower is irrelevant.”

The impeachment inquiry was launched after the whistleblower filed a complaint in the summer about Trump asking for Ukraine to investigate the former vice president and his son, Hunter’s business dealings in Ukraine.

In recent activity on Twitter, Trump has asked, “why aren’t we entitled to interview & learn everything about the Whistleblower, and also the person who gave all of the false information to him.”

It has not yet been confirmed if lawmakers will hold a forum with the whistleblower in someplace other than the U.S. Capitol complex.

A secure facility exists on Capitol Hill. Also, various quarters of government could hold the hearing. Facilities ranging from the Department of Justice to the intelligence community are available.

All options are up for grabs.
