As I walked through a local store this week I noticed the employees all had masks on their faces. . .again.
I know one of the workers and inquired as to why the face diapers returned.
“The store had a breakout so the bosses said we had to put them back on.”
Nothing surprises me anymore but the only way to gather info is to ask.
“How many are vaxxed?”
The employee said, “Most”.
Those who have been with me for a while know exactly how I feel about the RONA and the heavy handed oppression of government.
Instead of walking that road I am going to shift and actually discuss the concept of virus, or to be accurate, viruses.
There are millions if not billions of viruses.
A few have labels attached like Shingles, Flu, HPV, Corona, etc.
Most are floating around unbeknownst to humans as they morph, live, and die while attempting to enter our bodies through a variety of ways including but certainly not limited to injections.
So far everything I have stated is factual.
From this point forward I will present a hypothesis hoping that this information will make a positive change in many lives.
For optimal health it appears there are three things of which humans must focus.
Management of stress.
Today’s topic will be about consumption and its choices/outcomes.
Through exhaustive research and years of nutritional self-application it is my opinion that viruses, known and unknown, are living inside too many American bodies, specifically the liver, and causing incredible pain, destruction and death.
From here I will condense dramatically as an explanation of all this could go on for hours.
Lysine is an amino acid, in my opinion and practice, keeps viruses in check and helps to heat the body (thermogenesis) to a degree (roughly 98.6) that viruses will atomically come apart allowing the body to either suppress or cycle out the damaging elements.
To understand Lysine one needs to attach another amino acid known as Arginine.
Both are needed for a healthy happy human but it is my hypothesis that to be healthy one must have a Lysine dominant body which helps to keep the liver functioning properly thereby keeping the body temperature around 98.6.
Today’s average American registers around 97.5 which apparently has become so common the medical community now recognizes it rather than warn people their bodies aren’t working correctly.
This lack of internal heat allows for bacteria, parasites, diseases and of course viruses to flourish and thrive.
The liver is considered the largest organ and gland in the body and by reason makes sense that it will provide more opportunities for viruses to thrive if abused.
There are many lists of foods on the internet that can be found if you choose to search using the moniker “foods high in lysine low in arginine.

Finally my personal list of foods that work for me (I haven’t been sick in forever and have been in close contact with people who have had the RONA for years) are below.
Dried Mango, Apples, Avocados, Bananas, Pears, Dates, Raw Whole Cow’s Milk, Sweet Potatoes, Olive Oil, Butter, White Fish (Mahi Mahi, Cod), Shrimp and Scallops.
I also have a small amount of coffee, maple syrup and a specific sourdough muffin made by a local company.
I do consume beef, eggs, chicken and raw cheese but currently am not as the combination of foods above seems to be the perfect Lysine dominant mixture for ME.
You’ll have to play with it yourself to see but as the world continues to turn away from nutrition I thought it helpful and hopeful to show a different way and that you are indeed in charge of your body and through hard work, discipline and nutrition can strengthen your immune system to the same level as the strength you have in your hearts and minds as citizens of the greatest country in the history of Man.
