The Rule of Law no longer exists in America

Almost two decades ago (seemingly a lifetime) I had the unfortunate experience of working for an individual whom I did not like.

This person had all the prerequisites.

Communicated poorly, lied, cheated on their spouse, institutional fraud, etc.

Without walking down the entire path again it is fair to say it wasn’t a positive experience.

I rarely think about this walking cold sore as my time now is spent moving forward with my life but if one day horrible things were to happen to this individual I will nod and acknowledge the arrival of karma.

With that said I would vote for this foul piece of feces everyday, and twice on Sunday, over Hillary Clinton.

Too many times over the years we’ve heard “this is the most important election in our lifetime”.

The Liberals have ranted (if Trump is elected) that the country will be taken over by “Nazis” or “White Supremacists”.

Children will collapse without “a free education”.

Citizens will choke from dirty air and water and old people will die from a lack of medical care.

Aside from this all being false I’m quite sure millions of humans didn’t die at the hands of the Nazis because they didn’t receive a “free education”.

Medical care, dirty water and air don’t make much of a difference either when you are being MURDERED with guns, knives, rifle butts, and bare hands.

Nothing quite like a Progressive…then again they should know.

Black Lies Matter, CAIR, and La Raza are all Naziesque.

Many Conservatives on the other hand continue to wistfully call for the return of Ronald Reagan.

This is the same man who gave the Liberals both of what they are screaming for now and frankly a big part of the reason we are in this mess now.

Amnesty and free medical care (IRCA and EMTALA, 1986).

Disregarding a Herbert Walker, Bill Clinton followed with eight years of absurdity, Bush gave us eight more of pure lunacy, and then we graduated to full blown arrogance, stupidity, and asininity with Barack Insane Obama.

A little known fact is this.

Every single one of these individuals GREW the Federal Government…whether we want to admit it or not.

Rather than really understanding how humans actually work, Plato, Adam Smith, Abraham Maslow, etc., the individual American has given way to “group think”.

Free Will has been replaced with “Gender Rights”, “Racial Rights”, Republicans, Democrats, Progressive Liberals, and Compassionate Conservatives.

After listening to thirty seconds of FOX, MSNBC, CNN, or lately ESPN, most believe they can speak from a knowledgeable point of view.

I’m not sure which is more dangerous.

The narcissism or the inanity of it all.

Through all the madness, the Central Banks continue to extract wealth from individuals, every second of the day.

One need only watch the “debt clock” to see this madness in action as every dollar in debt, is another taken, from the Individual.

But hey “what difference does it make?”

This time it will make a very big “difference”.

The Rule of Law no longer exists in America.

The only reason anarchy hasn’t broken out is most of us are good people who aren’t looking to hurt others.

Still, the longer any behavior continues, the more “conditioned” most will become.

Like Pavlovian dogs when the bell rings, too many start to salivate, not realizing the bell isn’t our friend.

Trump is not a savior.

He isn’t God.

He is a man who hopefully will get an opportunity to put the Rule of Law back in place.

Yes I will absolutely vote for Donald Trump, but the most important part of Trump being elected, isn’t what he will do, rather it shows, America has finally awakened.

This is what makes this election so important.

Are our eyes finally open?

I don’t know.

As I am writing this now, and possibly as you are reading, another member of law enforcement was murdered.

This time in Kansas City.

Sadly this probably won’t be the last before I publish this column.

There is quite a bit of instability and fear in the country, and world right now, as the culture of freedom gives ground to the culture of oppression.

Living free without fear is a choice.

A conscious decision.

Nothing is free in this world.

Nothing.

Everything comes with a cost.

Whether you believe that or not…is irrelevant.

Too many have paid with their lives in America, for us to simply go quietly, into the night.

Remember what we are.

Human Beings gifted with Free Will who do not cower, will not waver, and never quit.

In other words…An AMERICAN.

The Me Generation has struck again.

The Clintons, Obama, Loretta Lynch, and James Comey brazenly outlined, in a 72 hour period, that they can do anything they want and nothing will happen.

NOTHING.

Bill actually met with Loretta on a tarmac (I hang out on airplane parking lots all the time too) who then feigned ignorance while feeding the imbecilic a story about grand-children (Bill Clinton shouldn’t be allowed in the same State as any child).

Lynch weakly pushed the responsibility to FBI Director Comey (so much for Fidelity, Bravery, Integrity) who then stated quite clearly Hillary had broken many laws (felonies and misdemeanors).

His conclusion: No prosecution because she didn’t mean it.

She did it.

She broke the law but it doesn’t matter because her “intent” wasn’t to harm anyone.

Someone needs to remind him that isn’t his call to make (he isn’t the PROSECUTOR) never mind I didn’t know he could read minds.

James Comey…You are a stupid vile coward who just covered up for a woman who allowed hackers everywhere in the world to read TOP SECRET MATERIAL and many others we will never know about…as you admitted.

I guarantee those emails put human life in danger and the way this is being covered up I would venture someone was killed because of her behavior.

Of course “what difference does it make?”

The Democrats cheered, the Republicans cowered (as usual) while Lady Liberty prepared to put down her torch and pick up an AR-15.

Some have called this strike three for the Clintons.

Strike three?

This isn’t a game and if it were we passed balls and strikes a LONG time ago as the Progressives continue to strike at a Party of Republicans that behave like a bunch of Eunuchs.

Paul Ryan’s response was “we want to talk to the FBI Director.”

Comey’s response: Sure, I’ll be right down.  What are you going to do?  Send me away with my retirement like you did to Lois Lerner?

Ryan’s been harder on Trump (a man who hasn’t cast a vote on anything) than Clinton who we KNOW has broken laws.

How do we know this?

Comey just said so.

I just flashed back to a post written a few weeks ago about a friend who asked me what would happen after Orlando.

I said nothing and I was right.

What’s crazy right now is if I were to refer to Orlando 9 out of 10 would probably think I was talking about Disney World.

San Bernardino?

Where?

Boston?

The zoo was sacked a long time ago.

It’s time for the sheep dogs to take a walk and let the wolves thin the herd or better yet it’s time for the sheep dogs to create their own pack and discard the sheep altogether.

In medical terms the sheep have already accepted and approved of their frontal lobotomies.

This cannot be reversed and will only damage the rest of society by allowing the cancer known as Liberalism to survive.

Gangrene has set in and is pervasive in all forms of Government, specifically Washington D.C.

The rotten limb must be amputated lest it spread and devour the rest of us.

Mark Levin likes to say that we are living in a “post constitutional” time.

He is wrong.

This isn’t “post constitutional”.

This is Anti-Constitutional.

It’s Anti-Freedom.

It’s called oppression and just in case you still don’t understand, our biggest problem, isn’t Obama.

Believe it or not.

Our biggest oppressor(s) are the Central Banks around the world.

Free Will is a gift and as I’ve stated many times, Freedom isn’t Free.

The sheep are long gone passing their days in and out of a drunken stupor, inhaling clouds of medical marijuana, and gorging on genetically modified high fructose corn syrup.

Type-Two Diabetes, sobriety, and employment be damned.

The question now is how many Sheep Dogs will lose their lives in order to remain free.

How many good Americans will “get caught up in the switches?”

We need every Sheep Dog left and as this is now a jungle…it’s time to unleash the Lions.

The American Lion to be exact.

The Rule of Law no longer exists.

Stop pretending it does and refrain from verbiage like “civil disobedience”.

There is nothing civil about what is happening or going to happen and disobedience implies that we were obedient in the first place.

Americans aren’t obedient.

We are FREE.

We must return to the basics as we create the Post-Progressive America.

Love God.

Love one another.

Never again turn another cheek.

In God we Trust.

All others pay cash…or you can pay the wolf..but pay you will.

Freedom requires sacrifice.

The wolves can’t handle the Sheep dogs or the Lions.

The sheep can’t handle the wolves.

James Comey just sealed the fate of the sheep.

How many Sheep Dogs are lost depends upon us.

Gather your Pride.

All Lions to the front.

History tells us it won’t be too much longer.

Time to remove the unholy alliance

Josh (it’s hilarious his last name is) Earnest stood up in front of the world and stated Donald Trump disqualified himself from being President of the United States with his statements about Islam.

Hmmm…did the Freedom of Speech disappear along with Obama’s red line?

Paul (I wish I was in Janesville) Ryan stood up in front of the world and declared Donald Trump’s statements about Islam to not be representative of the Republican Party.

Maybe that new beard is putting too much stress on his ability to read and understand things like polling.  Trump’s numbers went UP with Republican voters.  Then again what else can we expect from a person who learned about Washington D.C. from none other than Barney Frank.

Do your research Paul Ryan supporters. If you are honest with yourselves you will not like what you find unless you are a believer in the government borrowing trillions of dollars.  Who do you think just approved the debt ceiling be removed?  Kind of a bizarre concept…borrow and spend as much as you want until 2017.

Nothing quite like “compassionate conservatism” or “progressivism” to ruin a country.

Signs, signs, everywhere there’s signs…if you think the Republican and Democratic Parties aren’t both responsible for driving us into an economic catastrophe…well…here’s your sign.

Let us return to our original topic.

Months ago Trump spoke about our need to close our porous border or in other words…enforce the law.

I’ve been talking about this for years but better late than never.

He spoke about rapists and killers coming through the border from among other places, Mexico.  He stated facts (human trafficking happens every day through the border or in another word…slavery…and if you think these traffickers aren’t raping and killing children and women I suggest you trade places with one of the victims) and was called a racist by truly ignorant minds.

Mexico is a nation…albeit a corrupt one.  (Then again who are we to talk after almost 24 years of Clinton, Bush, and Obama.)

Being from Mexico makes one…a Mexican.

Mexican is not a color.  It is a nationality.  It is impossible to use the term Mexican and be a racist for one simple reason.

Mexican is not a race.

In fact I will offer a factual angle.  Those who called him a racist were in fact the racists themselves.  They heard “Mexican” and with their inference showed exactly their cards.

To a racist “Mexican” means brown skin.

For those of you racists who haven’t traveled, Mexico has plenty of humans living within its borders that do not have a brown dermis.

Sorry La Raza.

Your dream of a nation filled with the brown “race” just shows how pathetic and racist you really are…and for goodness sake let us please stop calling humans with brown skin (who may or may not speak Spanish) Latino or Hispanic.

Talk about overt, mainstream racism.

I digress.

As most are now aware Donald Trump stated bringing in Syrian Muslims, when we’ve already proven we cannot vet them properly, (also cited by the FBI Director BEFORE San Bernardino) is a mistake.

He was again called a racist.

Maybe if he was in the FBI this would be okay.

Sigh…let us try again.  Syria is a country and Islam is systemic oppression.  Neither are races although Arab Sunnis and Shiites will tell you they are a “superior” race.

What’s that?  That kind of language sounds familiar?

Well now…that type of language titled “Eugenics” was found in America and used by a women named Margaret Sanger.

Yes that is the same Margaret Sanger, Hillary Clinton has said, she admires.

What’s that?  You think you’ve heard it somewhere else?

My apologies.  You have.

It was labeled “Nazism” and its leader was known as a guy named Adolph Hitler.

So lets clear this up.

Trump is talking about nationalities and systemic oppression (Islam) and is smeared as a racist by what Lou Dobbs calls the Unholy Alliance:

Republican National Committee, Democratic National Committee, and the Mainstream Media.

Finally we have arrived at our dilemma.

Two corrupt political parties, and a lack of ethics and courage in today’s coverage, by those who are uniquely protected by the 1st Amendment, in order to protect the freedom of the American Individual.

Problem found.

Now how do we solve our problem?

First we lead by example and speak from a position of truth and only engage in factual discussion.  The need to belong is so powerful the human animal will spew horrendous things looking for the attention of anyone or anything at anytime.

Don’t engage with this absurdity.  When lies float from their lips, cut them off.  This is a free country. You are free at anytime to provide the truth…or just walk away.

When someone is given a book and they eat the pages it is time to stop giving them books…and your attention.

Trust me they will return eventually.

Someone will have to bail them out of jail.

Joking aside (or was I?) we must change the dynamic, create new models, find new algorithms and these new ideas must be wrapped around one thing:  The Ethical Individual.

We must understand the difference between the human animal and the human being.  Animals cannot control themselves.  Human Beings are in control of their bodies and minds and use their actions to benefit themselves, others, and society in general in a positive self-sustaining fashion.

The fancy terminology for this is personal responsibility.

Personal responsibility is the reason America is strong and leads the way in life, liberty, and the PURSUIT of happiness!

Happiness is a fluid creation.  You gotta go get it!

You gotta want to feel joy, spread love, and be FREE!

Okay Jason, I am with you!  I want joy!  I am spreading love!  I am FREE but there is a storm brewing and we are in the eye in the hurricane.  What do we do?

First we show our appreciation to the Big Fella Upstairs for the gift of Free Will.

Second we say thank you to America, and the greatest species of the human race known as the American, that allowed most of us to be born free and receive the greatest home field advantage in the history of man.

Finally we join to together in protection of Freedom and our way of life, to ensure that the choice “to be” or “not to be” is always in the positive.

To be…is the answer.

“Be” well and “Be” free to the best of your abilities.

America is counting on you…and so am I.

I only ask that you share the message.

I will take care of the rest.

One last thing.

We aren’t in the eye of the hurricane.

CNN, Clinton, and the Klan

Whether we refer to it as the eyeball test or Malcolm Gladwell’s theory covered in his book Blink (our brain gives us all the info we need in most situations in the blink of an eye) the message is the same.

Listen to what your body tells you.

Too many in America aren’t doing this anymore.  Denial, rationalization, willful ignorance, or idolatry has taken us down a road that too many won’t understand how dangerous until it’s too late.

As I watched the CNN Democratic Presidential debate my brain gave me all I needed to know in the blink of an eye.

The Party of “Racial Diversity” had five white faces on the stage…sort of.

Four white and one orange, if we want to be accurate, as Martin O’Malley appeared to have borrowed John Boehner’s tanning lotion.

Then again maybe he was trying to channel his inner Elizabeth Warren.  Someone should have told him “orange face” is “racist” or Orange is only the new Black on NetFlix.

Just ask Syracuse or St. John’s University.

But let us give Martin the benefit of the doubt.  Maybe the reason he looked so orange was the rest of the panel appeared to resemble Casper the Friendly Ghost.

My brain then took in the next obvious factor.

The Party of “Gender Equality” had four men and a Clinton.

Yes Hillary is a woman but because of the damage done by her husband to more women than we will ever know, and her constant covering up of his crimes, my guess is O’Malley would be a better voice in support of female rights except he apologized for saying “all lives matter” so maybe he doesn’t care about our American sisters either.

These Democrats are hard to follow unless we institute the rule of hypocrisy and the comprehension that they will Say Anything (excellent movie) to be elected.  Once we have our hypocrite/liar model in place they are much easier to translate.

I digress.

The last eye catching moment was the audacity of the Democratic Party to claim they are the Party of the “Youth”.  I’m not going to bother doing the research.  No one on that stage could possibly be south of sixty and we all know Hillary struggles with “email”.

These politicians have crushed the “youth” with catastrophic federal debt, punitive Obamacare premiums or fines, and stunning student loan insanity.

But if all that wasn’t enough Colonel Sanders decided to wade in with his love of “Democratic Socialism” and Scandinavian countries.

Hmm…this is more about the ear test…and a few historical facts.

You see the Democratic Party in all its glory was the Party of…Slavery.

Specifically of the black human.

Yes slavery existed in the Americas long before the Democratic Party.

The indigenous “tribes” murdered, raped, pillaged, and sold each other long before any European “invasion”.

The English sold the Irish up and down the Americas reportedly as early as the 1600’s.

They also sold “Afrikans” as did the Mohammedans (Muslims).

Humans have done and continue to do horrible things to each other.

Unfortunately slavery still exists in Africa and Muslim countries as accepted practices…whether you want to believe or acknowledge that or not.

Fortunately a man named Lincoln made a Proclamation about Emancipation  and an imperfect people in an imperfect world gave their lives for many reasons…one of them being the freedom of humans who did not look like them.

This is the only time in recorded history I am aware of that one “color” of human fought the same “color” of human to free another “color”.

Even in her infancy America was leading the way.

Or at least part of America.

The Democratic Party did not support Freedom for All and it appears nothing has changed as that same belief system, that skin color dictates our place in the world, was seen on CNN.

One of Hillary Clinton’s idols was a woman named Margaret Sanger who believed in Eugenics or black and brown or even “yellow” humans (a racist phrase made famous by The Boss ‘going to kill the yellow man’) are inferior to white humans.

“Weekend at Bernie’s” himself lauds the systems of Scandinavian nations knowing they are well over ninety percent…wait for it…Caucasian.

Removing Jim Webb from the equation the only thing missing on that stage were the hoods.

In case you didn’t recognize it America, that was a 21st Century Klan meeting.

To all Americans who fall on the wrong side of the Eugenics absurdity and still support the Democratic Party:

You are being taken down a brutal path.

Just look at parts of Detroit, Chicago, Los Angeles, Baltimore, and New York City.

Time to blink twice, refocus and join your American Brothers and Sisters who believe in the “content of our character” not the “color of our skin”.

To all Americans who look like and still support Hillary, Bernie, and the rest of the hatred and bile coming from the Democratic Party:

You should be ashamed of yourselves.

But whether you are or are not is irrelevant.

I and millions of Americans like me are already standing shoulder to shoulder and are on our way to deal with you.

You won’t recognize us from our skin color because we all blend under the freedom of the red, white, and blue.

But we will recognize you as we do with all bullies and cowards from that yellow streak running down your back as you flee from the righteous rage coming your way.

It’s easy to run your mouths when you are the only one throwing punches.

We’ll see how you do when we stop holding the line and start moving forward.

I’m pretty sure that won’t be a tingle running down your leg.

They aren’t Blood

I’ve listened to Hillary Clinton call herself a hawk and John McCain’s answer to Iran given in song.

“Bomb bomb bomb bomb bomb Iran”.

Obama’s red line or Ric Santorum’s plan to “bomb them back to the seventh century”.

It doesn’t matter the Party anymore.

Politicians making threats others will have to risk their lives to enforce.

We’ve all heard the “blood and treasure” statement as though those two words can explain the sacrifice made by our best and bravest, who when called, continue to run into the fire.

They aren’t “blood” to their mothers and fathers who will never see their children again.

They aren’t blood to those of us who cherish and honor their service, and for far too many, their sacrifice.

They aren’t blood to their children who will never see their bright smiles again, or experience a kiss from Daddy or a hug from Mommy.

They are Americans.  They are our brothers and sisters.

But rather than using my words we would be better served to read the words of an American Soldier.

A Combat Veteran.

Words sent to me recently:

“I am silently staring off in the distance, fist clenched, tears running down my check. Seeing all that cannot be unseen, reliving all that cannot be undone. Watching brothers and sisters being blown away. Knowing that another soldier won’t come home.

You will never see this from me, because my face and self control won’t allow it. Never understanding why I laugh and tell a joke, or change the subject when you ask me if I have ever killed someone. I honestly know that you could not handle the truth, so please stop asking.

If I want you to know I will tell you.

Stop asking about war, all I will tell is the funny stuff.

Believe me there is very little of that.

A sight, a sound, a smell, that is all it takes for me to relive the worst moment of my life.

I am PTSD, and I am not what they want you to believe.

If you understood the truth, then you would understand why it is a silent killer.”

 

The United States Combat Veteran is our first line of defense.

They aren’t blood.

They are the reason America remains free.

It is a dereliction of duty by American politicians to ignore the needs of the American Soldier.

It is a dereliction of ethics for America to ignore the needs of the American Soldier.

We must step into the fray for those who’ve already stepped into the fight and for those who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Political Parties are the Past…Free the American Citizen

Simply put the definition of Democracy is the Majority ruling over the Minority.  You may get some pseudo-intellectuals (lawyers/professors)  pontificating around the edges but stripping away all the noise Democracy is about the Majority dictating to the Minority.

Those in the Majority think this is great…those in the Minority…not so much.

Let’s call it what it is.

Gang mentality.

Are there things worse than Democracy?

Sure.

Socialism, Communism, Islam (Sharia) are all worse than Democracy although one could factually argue that Democracy molds to whatever the majority dictates.

If the “majority” dictates that women are property or have second class status and can be legally beaten (Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, etc.) then it appears the usage of the word Democracy would be correct.

It makes one wonder about anyone in America calling themselves a Democrat, and for the record all of the countries just listed have one thing in common.

Their system is Islam, Sunni or Shiite majorities.

Is there anything better than Democracy?

I’m glad you asked.

Here in these United States it is called a Constitutional Republic.

A Constitutional Republic’s primary goal is to protect the rights of the Individual Citizen.

Not gangs known as Crips or Bloods, or groups known as Republicans or Democrats.

The purpose of the Constitutional Republic in America is to protect each AMERICAN citizen guaranteeing very specific rights that are beneficial to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Neither Democracy or a Constitutional Republic are animate or inanimate objects.

They are systems.

I’ve mentioned many times Freedom and Oppression are the only two cultures in human existence which is why multiculturalism fails so miserably.

No sane person will willingly mix or “diversify” Freedom and Oppression.

No sane human will trade being dictated to on Mondays and Wednesdays to be free on Fridays.

No sane human will barter being beaten or raped on Tuesdays and Thursdays to be safe on Saturday.

We want to be free and safe every day of the week and twice on Sunday to fulfill our dreams, to strive, succeed, fail, and strive again. To pursue happiness.

Under these two cultures, as the human animal as evolved or changed, systems have been created.

Economic systems like Capitalism and the aforementioned Socialism and Communism have spread all over the world as humans require freedom from other humans…or bow to enslavement.

The reason Capitalism is so much more powerful than all other stated economic systems isn’t complicated.

It is ingrained in the individual to take care of themselves.

Capitalism is the only economic system where humans are motivated intrinsically rather than extrinsically…and that’s why it works.

All humans are born with free will and very specific needs to be met.  Both free will and our needs are met individually.

Your extra consumption of water in the mountains isn’t going to quench the thirst of someone standing in the desert.

Your eating dessert isn’t going to hurt your neighbor three doors down with type two diabetes.

Your usage of an umbrella in a rain storm doesn’t stop the guy down the street, without one, from getting wet.

The human animal comes with specific emotional coping techniques to allow pain to be handled.  Denial and rationalization almost always come first.

Responsible humans move through these relatively quickly and grasp acceptance through TRUTH.  The truth isn’t always pretty but it never changes.

It can be counted on.

Truth isn’t hypothetical.

Truth is universal.

Truth is so easy to see and more importantly even easier to feel.

We know truth.  We embrace truth.

Truth is the only permanent solace known to man.

Time to rip off the bandage in one giant pull.

This is the TRUTH.

The only thing keeping the Democratic Party alive is…the Republican Party.

The only thing keeping the Republican Party alive is…US.

When I refer to US I mean those of us working in the private sector (Capitalism) creating the profits that allow the country to run.

Yes the military is important (incredibly) and a requirement to remain free, but without real profit, that is then taxed, a military cannot be properly maintained (which is why the debt is putting us in an increasingly dangerous place).

Those same profits created are being used against US to hire more “government” workers on many levels.  This increases the size of the “public unions” and requires each new hire to pay dues.  These dues are then funneled back to the Democratic National Committee (DNC) where that money is spread all over the country trying to keep the Democratic Party alive.  Yes New York public union dues do end up in swing-states like Colorado and Florida every election cycle.

The current Democratic Party is dead.

They just don’t know it yet.

The Millenials hate the Democrats almost as much as they hate the Republicans.

Almost half of all Millenials are beginning to call themselves Independents not knowing there isn’t actually an Independent Party.  There is an American Independent and the Independent American Party but they are so small, and not recognized beyond a couple of States, no one knows who they are.

The overwhelming majority in America abhors the Democratic Party.

There’s just nowhere else for them to turn because the Republican Party is simply awful.

The largest Democratic State in the country is California.

In California’s last election it was reported less than 20 percent of eligible citizens even bothered to vote.

Less than 1 in 5.

Or put another way more than 4 out of 5 Californians didn’t even try.  Didn’t hang a chad, mark an x, write in Charlie Brown…and Charlie would have been so much better than Jerry.

Californians don’t love the Democratic Party…they just don’t have anywhere else to turn.

So instead of voting for either party they are choosing in massive numbers to stay home.

The Republican Party has been so bad for so long it lost…California!

How do you lose the largest economy in the country and do nothing about it?

How do you lose 40 million people, 55 electoral votes, dozens of House Representatives, 2 Senators, Silicon Valley, Hollywood, and the greatest piece of land the Earth has ever created…and do nothing!!!

How can you call yourself a Political Party when the votes of more than eighty percent of the citizens in the Golden State are available and you cannot put together a cogent plan to get ANY of them!!!

The truth is this.  Most of America hates both parties.  Most of America has decided to stay home on election night.  Some out of laziness.  Others out of apathy.  Many to send a message. But an overwhelming amount would jump into the fray overnight if they had someone, anyone to believe in.

That’s why we are here.

To serve America.

To replace Democrats and Republicans with AMERICANS who swear their allegiance to country not party.

Doors continue to open.  We have to be ready to move through them.

If Donald Trump is removed from the Republican ticket or deems he isn’t being treated fairly he will presumably strike out on his own which will “split the Republican vote”.

If the Democrats decide Hillary Clinton is finished the reported potential combination of Joe Biden/Elizabeth Warren may be chosen by the DNC.

Bernie Sanders has already made noise about going “independent” which will split the vote.

The Party system is dead.  America has had more than enough of debt, crime, and lies but the individual isn’t sure where to turn.

This is OUR time!

I will be in Nevada and Arizona next week followed by Detroit on the weekend of the 11th, 12th, and 13th of September where I will meet with AMERICANS whose loyalty is to these United States.

The 12th will be spent seeing Detroit and its suburbs and the 13th will be spent on Cave Radio with Tony Schwartz and his show Freedomworx.

Because it does!!!

The show will start at 2:00 and end at 5:00 Eastern Time.  I will be on the air with Tony for three hours after which I will catch the next flight out and return home to California.

I was one voice two years ago.  I am still one voice but I am willing to take my voice wherever it is necessary at my own expense.  I will never ask or accept any money but I need your voices!

The Parties are the past.  Democracy is dead.

It is time for the Individual to embrace the two systems that have never let them down.

Capitalism and The Constitutional Republic known as the United States of America!

Things are lining up for the unknown American to step into the fray and reclaim and restore our country.

Three percent…or ten million unknown Americans shoulder to shoulder should do the trick.

I was asked recently…”when are you running for President?”

I am not “running” for President.

I am offering to serve America. I will do so with ferocity and humility but trust me when I say there will be no “running” before, during, or after.

America doesn’t “run”.

We ROAR!!!

Do not put me in the same group with all those “running” around “exploring their options” or proclaiming their candidacies and then immediately begging and bragging about how much money they fleeced from American citizens.

“You have a problem…send me your money…I will fix it.”

Sound familiar?

Democrat, Republican, Liberal, Conservative just clamoring for the bucks.

Let’s try it this way:

We have a problem…keep your money…we will fix it together.

How hard is this?  Apparently too much for the infantile behavior of the animal known as politician.

I guess the draw of Prom King or Queen is simply too much to bear.

America has three words for you corrupt wretches.

You disgust us.

A similar question arrived as well.  “When are you going to announce your candidacy for President?”

One radio talk show host even asked me if I’d filed my Federal paperwork to take campaign contributions.

Let me say this again for the hearing impaired.

NO CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS WILL BE REQUESTED OR ACCEPTED.

Were the caps loud enough?

But you cannot win without money Jason.

According to who?

Who you Eeyore?

Who you Obama supporter?

Who you Bush apologist?

Please.

Besides, who said I wasn’t spending money.  I just said I won’t spend money from anyone else.  I am more than willing to spend mine.

It’s my money.

I earned and more importantly saved it.  I will spend it anyway I want in service to the greatest country in the history of man.

For example if you are reading this column in your email it is there because I paid a very talented individual to build our website.  The column comes to you with no charge but of course it cost money to get it there.

It is free though, for you, to forward on to your friends.

If you are reading this on Facebook I paid Facebook to “boost” this and all columns, as well as videos, to spread the message further beyond just our friends and family.  Again there is a cost to me, but none to you, to share the message on your page and thousands of others if you are so inclined.

What I have discovered is many of you are so inclined.

Because of the American spirit willing to fight and persevere, our message is being spread all over the country.  I’m receiving messages from everywhere in America wanting to be involved, to board the Freedom Train.

While the few grouse “it will never happen”…it is happening…right in front of their very eyes.

Stop blinking and get involved!

Although we are willing to pay the ultimate price for these United States we choose to LIVE!!!

We are fed up with the lies of oppressive governments, and “safe spaces” for criminals to abuse our cities.

Justice is gone.

But make no mistake…a reckoning is coming.

A burgeoning anger, that will not be controlled for too much longer, smolders. We will not sit idly by as politicians and a President tell snarky jokes as our cities burn and crumble with every passing day.

American children are abused by failing schools and neglectful or absent role models whom proclaim that the children aren’t theirs but rather the “communities” to raise or love.

Ah yes, as we’ve heard, it “takes a village”.

Or “your children aren’t yours…they belong to the community.”

Thanks MSNBC for your defining of a child. Truly progressive.

The “villages” are astray as members of the liberal belief system congregate in Detroit, Chicago, Oakland, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.

Police now retreat ensconced in riot gear being bombarded by rocks, cans, trash, etc.

The Baltimore community “leader” set up “safe spaces” for the misunderstood to rant, scream, and ruin the labor of someone else while sprinting back to the “village” with bags of Doritos.

Is this what Nancy Pelosi meant by Obamacare allowing everyone to not work and find their passion?

Snacks for everyone including the Humanitarian Hamas?

Oy vey.

Where are you Hillary?

This is your village.

What do you mean you didn’t build that?

Oh yes you and Elizabeth did.

What does it matter?

Trust me madam it’s going to matter very soon.  You and your Chairman Mao sport coats will fit perfectly in Leavenworth.

He’s the one who gave us two terms of “dope and harangued”.

Still, Obama does have a way about him.

The “man” stares into the camera and tells America to do some “soul searching”.

Apparently on top of pseudo-economist, informational fabricator, and factually challenged  law professor, we can add the worst therapist ever.

The coupling of  the “soul searcher” with Eric Holder and his “America is full of cowards” comment only leads us to one conclusion.

The coward in the White House has nothing internally to search…although he does like to poke the “bear”.

But he, like the rest of the politicians, have been misinformed.

America isn’t filled with bears who are “flexible” with our ethics or draw “red” lines in the metaphorical sand.

America is filled with Lions who’ve been roaring for a while.

The roaring is your warning “soul searchers”.

When the American Lion goes silent…we’re done talking.

So pay attention Washington D.C.

You’re focused on the wrong issue.

Start focusing on the LAW ABIDING TAX PAYING AMERICAN CITIZEN!

If you force America’s hand we won’t be ruining our neighborhoods, running around with our faces covered like cowards.

We’ll be shoulder to shoulder, millions strong, with our heads held high, and Old Glory waving her strength, coming to you, in OUR capitol.

You better get this under control now because trust me, if you force us to go silent, a slap from our momma’s isn’t going to stop us.

Not that they would or would have to.

Real American mothers don’t raise felons.

Real American mothers raise men and women who serve the country…not themselves.

What a fascinating time in the world.

Sometimes it feels as though I am watching a horror flick where the music becomes darker and the actor starts to turn a handle on a door that you know they shouldn’t be opening.  Some people will scream at the TV, “NO! Do not open that door!”, while others squirm on the couch thinking the same thing.

Of course they open it and out comes Pandora, box and all.

Or Freddy Krueger, take your pick.

Why do we keep opening the same door?

“Hillary Clinton once proclaimed”…that’s all you should need….

Don’t open the door.

“Bill Clinton”…again all you should need…..

Leave the door shut.

Barack….

Are you with me now?

The one thing all of these people and politicians in general have proven is they don’t care about freedom, America, you, or me.

There are things we know and things we don’t know.

We know this.  They don’t care about our plight, our lives, really anything about us.  These types of people are like a Hoover vacuum (not fair to Hoover).  They will suck up everything they can to fulfill the void in their lives.

Money, resources, the truth, even human lives do not matter to these people.

Yet we continue to “open the door”.

Or do we?

Some democratic voters (not enough) currently abhor Hillary Clinton.  They proved this last time when they went with a guy whose middle name was “Hussein”.

I think we should start pronouncing it “Insane”.

For sake of clarity.

It’s only “fair” to keep things “balanced”.

Hussein as in Saddam was a Sunni.

“Insane” as in Obama prefers Shiite and I do believe would appreciate the adherence to his strict dogma not be confused.  Never fear BO…you are in good hands.

From this day further I bequeath onto Barry, Barack…it’s all so confusing…his official name and title:

Barack Insane Obama.

I think it has a nice ring.

But then again who is the insane party here?

A man who lies, lies to cover lies, then lies some more because those lies seem to work…or the people who continue to go along with the lies when they know none of it is true.

We the American people have bestowed our trust, not once but twice, into a man who struggles to keep up with current events, unless they can be found on television, but always has his NCAA bracket turned in on time.  Never mind the fact he thought it important to explain to us what his son would look like…if he had one.

Before this we placed our belief, twice, in a man who announced to the world that the Mission was Accomplished and then left our best and bravest behind in the hands of…Barack Insane Obama who repeatedly told anyone who would listen exactly what he was going to do in that region of the world…before he was elected.

Finally before all of this we placed our country, twice, in the hands of a man who was confounded by the word “is”, proclaimed “oral sex” wasn’t “sex” (wouldn’t this be the same as green apples aren’t apples?) and stated he smoked pot but didn’t “inhale”.  Now I am certainly not an “expert” on marijuana but if you don’t “inhale” what is the point?

Of course when you struggle with “is” I guess anything is possible…and boy howdy “is” it!

We are now in 2015 and the wife of the man who defined “oral sex” as not being “sex” (while “not” having sex with “that woman”) wants to be President.

Don’t laugh.  Millions of Americans “is” willing to vote for her.

I have no doubt they are inhaling.

But wait there’s more.

The brother of the guy who left the greatest military in history in the hands of “Insane” also wants to be President.

No no stop laughing.

This is true and according to polling (I’m guessing they are polling the same people they weekly ask about their job status) the brother of the man who struggled to pronounce nuclear is leading all Republican “hopefuls”.

It appears an epiphany is in order.

I am done blaming Curly, Moe, and Barry.

Let us put the responsibility of their behavior exactly where it belongs.

On us.

We put them there.

We’ve allowed them to convince us that to be safe we had to ignore the laws of America.

We’ve been convinced drugs are good, saving money is bad, and hard work is for the foolish.

That climate change is controlled by human consumption but adding millions of consuming illegal “immigrants” will somehow save the day.

That never ending debt, war, and greed will bring us peace and prosperity.

It appears we need a fifth grader…we may be better off with a child leading us.

Although two more years of Common Core and they may not understand “is” either.

Still, with the leader of the Choom Gang attempting to shoot par as often as possible I have no doubt more kids will learn to inhale.

That will be one thing Net Neutrality certainly won’t slow down.

Ahh America…just leave the door shut and open a window to a new path, a brighter day.

Free will still prevails here.

Let us gather our people and ensure Freedom still exists in the future.

I refer to it as the 80 -20 rule.  Eighty percent of you agree with what I am saying on a regular basis.  You are strong, fearless, and knowledgeable of what is happening in today’s society and around the world. You offer support, respectful insight, and information while spreading our message all over America.

You read the entire column.

Even our responsible first time readers, which we have every day, don’t finish the current column and then opine, “well you seem to understand the problems (thanks Sheldon Cooper) but how would you fix it?”

Our first time readers already know we have problems, recognize their own voice, words, and frustration, and exercise their energy and belief in personal responsibility and take THIRTY SECONDS to surf down the page or go to our website to find lo and behold the answers to all of their questions have been covered in column after column or video for the last SIX MONTHS.

This is you.  This is the 80 percent.  American men and women who get up at the crack of dawn every day and return home after sunset from a long day of work.  A hard but meaningful eight to ten to twelve to sometimes fourteen hour day of American sweat and equity without complaint.

You live in the real world and do what needs to be done because it needs to be done!

You don’t need me to explain things.  You don’t need to be led to water.

You are carrying the water for millions of others and only drink when absolutely necessary because that’s what Americans do!

Our predicament is understood by you on a visceral and financial level.  You know these things aren’t “complicated” or impossible to fix.

It takes ethics and perseverance.

Two things all of you have.

That’s why we refer to it as Shoulder to Shoulder.  We are in this together gathering one voice at a time.  No responsible voice is more or less important than the next.  We need them all and lovers of America are gathering, hungry to replace oppression with freedom.

Then we have the twenty percent.

Fifteen percent still support Obama.  This is an egregious error because it hardens the rest of us in our belief that they simply will not learn.  They have the capacity but choose to not deal in facts and reality.

We are a forgiving people but when we as a society understand their behavior is due to ignorance rather than intellect our compassion disappears.  I have warned about the pendulum swinging back for quite a while.

Energy of any kind doesn’t build momentum and then stop where you think it should.  When the box has been wound and wound no one of the “progressive” mind set should be surprised when Jack is in their face.

Every action has a reaction and the abuse laid upon the American people by Republican and Democratic politicians and those who continue to support these overt liars is now searching for an outlet.

The anger coming with this momentum is going to be tremendous.

The collapsing systems all around us will only increase America’s frustration.

Let me give you an example of ignorance rather than intellect.  I just finished reading a column in the Huffington Post.  Yes I know.  But I make it point to read “HuffPo”, Salon, and listen to as much of MSNBC as I can stomach.

Although I appreciate different opinions…propaganda and out right lies are a threat to freedom.

I watch, read, and listen to ascertain whether or not the progressive/oppressive mind set is barreling further off the rails.  Friends close enemies closer and although I hate to say it some of these people are enemies of freedom.

Nothing wrong with America.  Definitely something wrong with some Americans.

The column in HuffPo started out with a complete rewrite of American history followed by a layering of racism or as it is called these days, “white guilt”, “white privilege”, or white man bad”.  The writer then moved on to explain how America is living on borrowed time because of the Bible thumpers, climate deniers, and slavery.

Yes slavery.

Apparently no one has gotten over it, never mind the fact, that most people under the age of 35 couldn’t tell you anything about the Emancipation Proclamation, by whom this was proclaimed, or in what CENTURY this took place.

Nope…slavery alive and well.

Well…part of that is correct.

Slavery is alive and well and happening right now through our border.  It’s called Human Trafficking and some young girl or woman was just sold to the highest bidder.

So yes slavery does exist.

Maybe the writer should be focusing on what’s happening TODAY rather than centuries ago.  But then again that wouldn’t fit the agenda of self-loathing and the propping up of the current failure in the White House who is probably golfing somewhere.

Selfie Stick Slick who meets with Fruit Loop bathers and Pimps with Limps is ready to approve a Nuclear Arms deal with Iran.

Sounds about right.

Finally we have the 5 percent.  These are the people who abhor Obama, complain nonstop about all politicians and rant over and over that we need “regular” Americans in politics.

When one is found, willing to put themselves on the line in service to America…the 5 percent attack.

They won’t do any research.  They won’t listen to their friends.  They won’t bother getting involved because “it will never happen” or what does this “regular” person know about politics.  They moan about the problem but are unwilling to help when a new way arrives.  They’d rather gripe than take the time to really do something and we certainly won’t see them putting their NAME on the line.

I call this the “Eeyore Effect”.

We all know some of these people.  What’s amazing to me is how impressed they are with their own intelligence and life experience. They have all the answers never mind the fact that it’s America who carries them to water and holds them as they drink so they don’t drown in their own self-righteous indignation.

I actually prefer the Obama supporters to the Eeyores.  At least we know where the Selfie Stick supporters stand.

The Eeyores cause much more damage due to their Trojan Horse belief system.

As I’ve said plenty of times.  I am not here to convince.  I am here to inspire.

If you need convincing of our issues or think things are just fine…well…Hillary, Elizabeth, Jeb, or Marco would all appreciate you sending them a check.

They all take money, are career politicians, get paid by our tax dollars, and love the border just the way it is.

But if you are tired of the lies, the debt, slavery, and the overt disrespect to our military and tax paying citizens…then join us.

Someone who knows me very well was asked a question recently.

“Did you think Jason would try something like this?”

With a small nod, “if you really know Jason you know this isn’t about him.  He’s a very private person and I am a bit surprised he is willing to share so much about his life.”

They continued with a wry smile, “but once Jason says he is going to do something either get on board or get out of the way.  He’ll run you over.”

As I’ve told people many times I will not stop.  But the statement above is true.  This isn’t about me.  It never was, is, or will be.  It’s about America.  It’s about you.  It’s about us.

It’s about the 80 percent who show up every day proclaiming for the world to hear,

“We Are Americans and we love OUR country!”

So to all you Obama acolytes and Eeyore ingenues…

Have a Coke and a smile.

Our ABC Absolutes

Regularly across America “columnists” will opine about the danger of guns.  Many anti-gun activists actively salivate awaiting the next time a small town has a shooting.  Not sure why they “wait”.  Opportunities for their shtick happen almost every weekend in Chicago or Los Angeles yet we rarely hear about this.  I guess it doesn’t fit their “agenda”.

Some of these “journalists” blame the gun for the ills of man.  As though the gun is self-loading, clicks off its own safety, points itself at someone, and pulls the trigger…over and over again.

But for the purpose of providing a lesson in logic let us accept the premise that an inanimate object can do all of these things. (I know.  Humor me:)

If the “gun” is responsible for shootings then applying “logic” automobiles are to blame for accidents.  Ice cream for type two diabetes, Coca Cola for cavities, and any woman in the vicinity of Bill Clinton.

It’s Hillary’s server, Lois Lerner’s emails, and the underwear, not the idiot, that is to blame for “pants on the ground”.

This type of logic writes itself.  Hillary blames the server for not being able to locate Lois’s emails because Bill’s underwear will not allow themselves to be pulled up.

Then again “what difference does it make?”

In this instance the important difference is our being dictated to by people who genuinely believe, and have proven, they can blame anyone or anything at anytime…and get away with it.

We have to create new absolutes in our way of thinking.  In absolutes I mean no matter what…these rules never change. It is the only way to remove the parasites eating away at America.  We will call these our ABC absolutes.

Absolute A.  Anyone running for any office who accepts campaign contributions is called a politician.

Absolute B. All politicians lie.

Absolute C.  Never vote for a liar.

If A….then B….then C.

It’s really quite easy to understand, simple to follow, and I guarantee will work 100 percent of the time.  Logic.

Unlike the blaming of a gun or a server or all that underwear nonsense.

As Spock would say…illogical.
