Jefferson: Moving on East

Wonderful citizens in Northern California have been trying for years, to break away from the overwhelming regulation and oppression, in what used to be thought of as The Golden State.

For those across America not familiar with this movement, it is referred to as the creation of the 51st State, known as Jefferson.

Currently it sits quietly as the volume has been increased by different entities over the last two years.

The first was to split California into six States.  This was an interesting premise but didn’t gather any real momentum.

As of right now there is a movement to gather enough signatures to put, the breaking of California into three States, on the ballot.

Northern California, Southern California, and California.

Very original.

For many reasons this may actually make it to the ballot to theoretically give Californians a choice.

If the voters do indeed vote yes, there is no way the United States Senate should ever allow, or ratify this decision.

Jason what are you saying? When the voters speak, the will of the People must be followed.

Pardon me for a moment.  I didn’t realize we were doing stand-up comedy.

First this is CALIFORNIA. The politicians and courts out here do WHATEVER they want, and for whomever, is filling their coffers.  What the voter thinks out here is irrelevant and only an occasional nuisance to the Progressive Party.

Loretta Sanchez knows this better than most.

Second the United States Senate doesn’t answer to the California Voter.

It answers to Americans.

I digress.

Many in and outside California believe the breaking up of Cali would be helpful to the United States.

It would not.

The overwhelming amount of humans who actually vote in California vote the Liberal line.

Wealth distribution through taxation and numerous onerous “social” programs, the egocentric and ignorant view of human controlled Climate Change, and of course the open arms of Sanctuary State status.

It is highly unlikely this will change any time soon.

The reason I say this is simple.  I communicate with humans living in California everyday.  Yes I do speak but more importantly I listen.  The art of listening is receiving what is being said, not what one hopes, is said.

I listen and because I listen I know of citizens who are registered Republicans who voted for Jerry Brown because they worked for the State and thought they would lose their jobs with the downsizing of the State government.

This is sadly incredibly common out here.

Combined with the control of the Public Unions and the bigotry known as La Raza the fracturing of California into multiple States will only make this disease worse not better.

Allow me to explain.

The House of Representatives is based on population.  The House wouldn’t change dramatically.  The Liberals would still send their Representatives.  They’d just be “representing” a different district in a different State.

It is the Senate that would change dramatically and as previously stated this wouldn’t be a positive for Freedom loving Americans.

Each State regardless of population is guaranteed two Senators. This would increase the Senate by four seats. Those seats would undoubtedly go to Democrats.

Some in California may be reading this right now and disagree.

That disagreement is based in hope.

My assessment is based in fact and it is a fact those four seats would go to Democrats.

The way they have Northern California re-created right now the Bay Area and Sacramento would both be parts of NorCal.  There wouldn’t be enough voters in the rest of the “new” State to stop from being overwhelmed.

Southern California and California would be even worse.

With this scenario in place it would be very difficult for the American Voter to ever replace the Democratic Party’s stranglehold on the United States Senate.

Those who are familiar with the Constitutional power given to each U.S. Senator know this would be a hazardous event allowing the Liberals to block virtually everything until eventually the House and the Executive Branch is taken by Dems, opening the door to stack the Judicial Branch and control all three levers of government.

At that point our Constitutional Republic would no longer exist having been replaced by an oligarchy through “democratic” measures.

I know well intentioned people are looking for a way through this mess in La La Land.

Jefferson is the best way but a significant change in direction would have to take place.

It is the belief of many who want the State of Jefferson that the selected California Counties are overwhelmingly “conservative”.

They are not.

I live in one of those Counties, and grew up in others, and I can tell you each and every day, more and more people are fleeing the Bay Area and moving into those select Counties, changing the voting pattern every cycle.  There has also been a growth in humans moving to said Counties that haven’t any means or way to support themselves and are either signing up for welfare, EBT, housing, etc., are illegal, homeless, or all of the above.

Even if the select Counties could muster the votes there is no way the California Politicians are going to let them go as they need the one thing Northern California has in abundance.

Water.

Again the citizens who have been moving the concept of Jefferson forward have done yeoman’s work and again it is time for a change in direction.

To break away from the disaster known as California, without hurting the United States by giving permanent control to the Liberal agenda in the Senate, the best path would be for the selective counties to gather their citizens through the signature process and petition the Federal Government to join Nevada.

There will be legal hurdles and disgusting political ploys and games, but the addition of the “Jefferson” counties to Nevada is a natural fit.

These additions would be beneficial to the Counties, Nevada, and the United States for many reasons including but not limited to the freeing of citizens from a State, that neither respects or represents them, IN A PEACEFUL MANNER.

The State of California continues to release criminals from prison due to “overcrowding” and has passed multiple laws making criminals out of law abiding citizens living in Northern California.

Sadly this will continue.

Those issues do not exist in Nevada and due to certain types of topography it is doubtful Nevada will ever populate the way California has.

It also gives Nevada direct access to the Pacific Ocean.

Ports and roads are incredibly important for survival.

So is water.

This adjustment would allow the Liberal agenda to continue forward into the abyss, while freeing those, who simply want to work hard, save their money, and be beneficial to others.

It also keeps the Senate at 100 members.

In this day and age, the fewer politicians, the better.

I know an argument will be made that if the Jefferson Counties are already filled with Liberals and liberal problems like illegals, unemployment, drug addiction, homelessness, etc., why would Nevada want this?

The majority of the humans living in “Jefferson” are good, hard working Americans who want to raise their families and live their lives.  No it isn’t an overwhelming number, and many of them would not call themselves Conservative, but they are good people and beneficial to a peaceful and prosperous society.

Still that may not be enough for Nevadans to open the door to their suffering American Brothers and Sisters.

As this is politics we may have to add a sweetener.

I have just the solution.

We can combine the Jefferson Counties with Nevada while giving Las Vegas to California.

“What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas” should go along perfectly with the Hollywood Harvey Weinstein crowd.

Let Sodom embrace Gomorrah.

Wouldn’t Nevada be giving up too much revenue that way?

First of all the profiting on drugs, prostitution, and gambling comes at a serious cost to the Human, besides the addition of quality Americans, timber, water and highways far surpasses the cash in Vegas.

In my opinion clear access to the Pacific Ocean will be important in the future.

Incredibly important.

Liberals love the word Diversity.  They use it anywhere and everywhere.  Problems in the economy?  We need more diversity.  Problems in our education system? More diversity will fix it.  Prisons are packed to the gills? Diversity, diversity, diversity!

Diversity of thought?  I believe in Free Will, Freedom, and the Rule of Law.

Why would I waste my time with those who do not?

Let’s use the example of someone who owns a very successful business.  Should this individual search out an unsuccessful venture to balance out their life? Should they hire five excellent workers and five that arrive intoxicated, late, or not at all?

I know this sounds absurd but it happens 24/7 across America.

It’s referred to as working in the Public Sector and “Diversity” otherwise known as bigotry happens everyday.

The Public Sector (funded by the American Tax Payer) even has money set aside to pay those who arrive intoxicated, late, not at all or have been charged with crimes.

With all that said is it any wonder Chicago (just like Detroit) will eventually declare bankruptcy?

Of course not.

Recently New York City “officially” experienced Diversity.

An Islamic terrorist connected to ISIS (talk about redundancy) from Uzbekistan was allowed into the United States under the Diversity Visa Lottery Program.

Now pray tell, please someone enlighten me, what a practicing Muslim from Uzbekistan had, that the United States of America needed?

I will answer that for you.

NOTHING.

The Anti-American Democratic Party and many Liberal RINO’s have allowed millions of humans from all over the world to arrive on our shores, live off our social programs, and contribute nothing to society.

I know this for a fact as I personally witnessed this decades ago while working as a Sheriff’s Deputy.

We dealt with horrible humans from Cuba, Mexico, Somalia, and on and on and on.

The citizens of New York, and other visiting nationalities that day, were not killed by guns, drugs, dirty needles, or global warming.

They were not groped or molested by Harvey, Ben, Matt or Willie.

They were not subjected to Nasty Ashley, Maniacal Madonna, or vitriolic vagina headwear.

They were murdered by Diversity.

Liberals elected Democrats and RINOS.  These politicians created the lottery system.

Those overt acts cost the lives of others as Humans were murdered because someone who would have never been here was given safe passage and/or allowed to stay.

Just like Kate Steinle and countless others.

They were murdered by the Democratic Party and if you voted for one of them they were murdered by you.

Whether Liberals agree or not is irrelevant.  Facts are facts.

Multiple humans died because someone won a “drawing”.

Well done Liberals.

Well done.

You’ve even ruined the concept of a lottery.

Then again why would you care.  Bring em all over.

Participation Visas for everyone.

Vehicular homicide be damned.  Just ban anything with tires, then we can start setting up checkpoints across America like we have in Iraq and Afghanistan.

I have a better idea.  Let’s stop all the lottery winners from even playing and start with one checkpoint.

Last Sunday many of you enjoyed the poetry found in my weekly column. I thought I would take the “rap” concept of rants and rhymes, while dropping dimes, and have a little more fun.

I have very specific rules when I write.
In creating cRAP I threw most of them out.

Before I began I did a quick search of the best “rap lyrics”.

For me to use any of them I’d have to throw out ALL of my rules as well as any sense of humanity.

Just can’t do that.

Recently I was asked my thoughts about the shooting in Las Vegas.  I just shook my head.  After the “facts” and “timeline” changed for the third time I knew it was highly unlikely we would ever know what really happened.

I was then asked what I thought of the fires that spread over parts of Northern California.

I answered,”it is statistically improbable for that many areas to be on fire at the same time.  It is highly unlikely PG&E was the initial cause.”

A few days later some talking head in finance said PG&E would take a significant financial loss because of the damage. PG&E’s stock did take a hit only to rebound when another “report” went out about a man arrested for arson which was later followed by a “statement” that the arson story was false.

Again.  Shaking my head.  I’m sure facts still matter but ascertaining what is factual and what isn’t is a full time job in today’s world.

As this insanity continued to unfold countless actors and actresses came out of the woodwork to harpoon the bloated dead Weinstein whale known as Harvey.  The self-congratulatory statements and day late dollar short stories only made this situation worse.

Hollywood, otherwise known as Sodom and Gomorrah.

The NFL continued to prove that there isn’t an adult or decent businessman or woman in the bunch.

Goodell the Cowardly said “everyone should stand for the anthem” but that they won’t force “everyone” to do so.

They will however penalize, fine, and suspend anyone wearing pink.

I’m glad their priorities are in order.

What I’d really like to know is what happened to the gaggle of vagina hats, Material girls, Babs and Hanoi Jane.

Not exactly sure what ol Beauregard is afraid of when it comes to the Clintons but he’d be an excellent addition to Vegas.

At least he can stick to a story.

Maybe he thinks if he doesn’t he’ll be “sleeping with the fishes”.

At this time in the world, that seems more likely, than a gas and electric company’s infrastructure failing, at the same time, multiple counties apart.

Finally we heard from the idiot shrub, known as Bush, trying to blame the ills of the CBO (Clinton, Bush, Obama) onto a man who’s only been in office less than a year. This from a man who apparently didn’t know the difference between Osama bin Laden and Saddam Hussein.

When the re-election of Barack Obama took place it was very clear to me, a new path in America, had to be carved.

Hence the creation of Late Bird, a story based on my life that explained how someone could arrive out of nowhere to become President of the United States.

Within the book were two policies.  One that dealt with the criminality known as Illegal Immigration and the other freed the American Worker by removing all forms of income tax and replacing with a consumption tax.

These policies are found on our website under the United States Personal Responsibility Act of 2017.

Had these policies been put in place years ago a lot of pain could have been avoided.  Fortunately these policies will eventually become reality, but because things are so out of control, we won’t see these them until an even greater amount of pain occurs.

Humans behavior is very predictable.  Entire industries have been created because of this predictability.

Eventually the pain of criminality, debt, taxation, and over-regulation will push Americans into a corner that will leave only one option.

To Fight.

As I constructed Late Bird it seemed clear to me that the fight would have to take place in Washington D.C.

Although I was not the one to fulfill my premise a man named Donald Trump came of out “nowhere” because he stated he would build a “great wall”.  He also covered the repeal of Obamacare and lessening the taxation burden on Americans.

He talked about draining the “swamp” and terminology like the Deep State became mainstream.

When President Trump was threatened with Impeachment, American Citizens explained in very clear verbiage what would happen if Congress ever tried.

Some of it was crass, some profane, but all of it was clear.

Any attempt at the removal of Trump would draw Americans from all over the country into Washington D.C and we weren’t  coming to march.

Over the last few months, as the Democratic Party continued to circle the drain, their “constituents” continued to prove quite clearly, that they are not interested in anything but anarchy.

The stupidity of the NFL and NBA allowed their employees to become allies of Black Lives Matter which of course now has them allied to Hamas.

Yes the same Hamas that Iran funds in order to kill the Great Satan while attempting to push Israel into the sea.

Yes this is the same Hamas that Nancy Pelosi stated was a Humanitarian Organization.

Michelle Obama concurred but then again she thinks Harvey Weinstein is a “good man”.

Weinstein would have been an excellent follower of Mohammed.

He’d of course have to change his last name, and stop eating bacon, but under Sharia he could have beaten those women he’d already abused, rather than paying them off.

The Clintons and Obamas have been taking money from this guy and his brethren for decades and are keeping every cent.

How’s that equal pay for equal work looking now Libs? Apparently “your body your choice” doesn’t matter in Democratic circles.

Under Sharia (Maxine Waters) a woman’s body belongs to her husband or father.  I guess in Hollywood it belongs to Harvey.

Of course if the women in these circles would stop being bought and actually reported these crimes to the police maybe some of them wouldn’t have been victimized.

In returning to my premise, that Washington D.C. would be the place Americans would have to gather, to remove the parasites we all know exist, I am now looking at a different path.

Make no mistake.  We will come by the millions to stop the removal of President Trump (as long as he doesn’t make another Reagan Deal) but it appears to me now there is a fight that is growing too large to ignore and that fight is happening in California.

Millions of good Americans have left California for decades to escape taxation, crime, failing schools, and overall disgust with systemic oppression known as Liberalism.

Most still don’t know this but in 1986 Reagan sealed the fate of California for decades by turning his back on his home state, and making millions of humans here illegally (criminals), American Citizens.

They rewarded him by voting the exact opposite for the next few decades and California is now a Liberal Progressive State run by two groups.

La Raza and the Public Unions.

Many across America reading this now will nod in agreement on the Public Unions but too many (including Californians) have no idea what or who La Raza is or even means.

Let’s skip what it means and just list a few politicians who are part of La Raza.

Antonio Villaraigosa:  Former Mayor of Los Angeles and running for Governor of California

Xavier Becerra:  Current Attorney General for California

Loretta Sanchez:  Congresswoman from California who finished second in the Senate seat vacated by Barbara Boxer.

Kevin de Leon:  Senate pro Tem for the State of California.

They even have their own gathering of attorneys and judges.

Imagine if a group of people got together based on their skin color and tried to dominate the other “races” by infiltrating their systems, schools, electoral process, prisons, and government.

Actually we don’t need to.

They were called Nazis and the Human known as American crushed them.

This same fight is now taking place in California.

This isn’t a blitzkrieg across Europe.

La Raza, with the help of Reagan, both Clintons, the Bushes, and believe it or not Obama, has grown like weeds as millions of humans from Mexico continue to flood in overtaking California and overwhelming our hospitals, schools, jails, prisons, and blue collar employment which has kept wages in California suppressed.

Kevin de Leon, under Xavier Becerra’s protection, has set aside tens of millions of California taxpayer dollars to help “illegals” who are now arriving in even greater numbers due to Sanctuary State Status.

Every member of the California Legislature who voted yes for these things is in violation of United States Federal Law.

They are harboring fugitives and protecting foreigners at the expense of American taxpayers.

This is called Sedition.

This behavior has also caused the deaths of humans living in or visiting California legally.

This may end up being a fight on two fronts.

The East and West Coast.

La Raza is begging for it.

Luis Guiterrez (Congressman from Illinois, Democrat) stared into a camera years ago and sneered while calling for the rise and militancy of illegals against Americans.

He did this on MSNBC.

Imagine that.

Many reading this right now might feel uneasy, angry, or even fear.

Let those feelings go.  They will not serve us at all.

The greatness of America is found in Freedom.  Freedom of thought, of speech, of movement.

The greatness of America is found in her Citizenry who practice all three and the overwhelming force that is located in the “Heartland” is simply waiting for their American Brothers and Sisters located in California to make the call.

If that call has to be made those known as Liberal or La Raza will not be “pushed into the sea”.

We are not terrorists.

They will be caught, tried, and executed for crimes against these United States.

The Rule of Law requires such action and it shall be so for the world to see.

Of course there will always be some who don’t believe in the Death Penalty.

That an eye for an eye leaves everyone blind.

We can build a big boat and push them off into the Pacific Ocean.

We’ve come to a point in America where anything is possible, and sadly, that is no longer a positive.

Last week in Las Vegas dozens of humans were murdered while listening to music.

With all tragedy there is always speculation.  It is part of being human and many times can be helpful and even cathartic.

Sadly even this has been taken from our society because too few speak the truth, and facts stopped mattering, a long time ago.

We now have a destructive feedback loop that drones on and on through the press, our politicians, and social media.

The loop has returned to “gun control”.

I’m not really sure what to say to the Jimmy Kimmels of the world anymore other than find rock crawl back under.

Just for kicks I’ll try some facts AGAIN.

According to Medical News Today the top ten reasons Americans die are as follows.

Heart Disease.

Cancer.

Chronic lower respiratory disease.

Accidents.

Stroke.

Alzheimer’s.

Diabetes.

Influenza and pneumonia.

Kidney disease.

Suicide.

With the removal of Accidents and Suicide it appears Americans are eating, drinking, and drugging our way into the ground.

Not an “assault rifle” in sight.

The overwhelming amount of “accidents” that cause death in this country don’t have anything to do with guns.

They have to do with idiots who are intoxicated or high, that get behind thousands of pounds of steel and smash into other humans.

There’s the drinking and drugging again.

Finally we have suicide.  Let us again provide more facts.  Of all the deaths that have guns involved suicide reportedly makes up almost two-thirds.

That means that the overwhelming amount of deaths in America where a gun was used was a human doing it to themselves.

Of course the Stupid Human answer would be to outlaw all guns thereby forcing people to stop killing themselves.

Not quite.

You’d also have to outlaw all drugs and alcohol, knives, screwdrivers, sheets, towels, rope, shoe laces, shirts and pants, cliffs, bridges, fuel, etc.

Let us also not forget electricity and water.

Believe it or not (according to statistics) humans actually do kill themselves (on purpose) by jamming a utensil into a socket.  Furthermore they (according to statistics) do drown themselves in bathtubs as well as walk into large bodies of water.

Not only will we need to get rid of all our forks and spoons but someone needs to cordon off the West Coast and send the National Guard to all the lakes.

Do guns kill people?

Of course they don’t.  They don’t have the mental capacity otherwise we’d arrest them when they “go off”.

People kill people and have been doing so with sticks, stones, teeth, and hands for thousands of years.

A gun levels the field and gives the Individual a chance to survive against a larger predator, a group, or a Government.

It protects an old man’s choice to safely walk down the street and a woman’s God given right to not be abused, raped, or molested.

Guns protect the Truth and keep the wolves at bay.

Russia, China, Mexico, and Cuba all have strict gun laws.

I shouldn’t have to say anything else but for some FACTS will never be enough and they will continue to rail and shed crocodile tears while surrounded and protected by humans carrying guns.

Americans who are tired of this nonsense have made phrases like “from my cold dead hands” or Molon Labe, famous, but I’ll make it a little easier for the enemies of Truth.

The enemies of Freedom.

The enemies of America.

You won’t need to come and take them.

You just need to do one thing and then we will come to you.

Say when.

There will be nothing ripped from us because our hands will not be cold or dead.

The 2nd Amendment is the ultimate insurance policy and you can damn well bet our policy is paid in full.

American soldiers paid in Bastogne, Guadalcanal, and Bataan with their lives.

You aren’t taking our guns, our Rights, or our Country.

You know it.

I know it.

We all know it.

Put down the latte, get off your knees, and get ready to exit your safe space.

Participation in life is required to survive.

“The Force is strong with this one” is a line most of us are familiar with who were captivated by the first Star Wars Trilogy.  The storytelling of George Lucas felt as though he was explaining Good versus Evil in an entertaining fashion.

Just like storytellers in the past.

Homer, Shakespeare, and Mark Twain all regaled us with situations wrought with Right and Wrong.

Of course Lucas had electricity and the usage of special effects which as a young boy was incredible to watch.

Sadly the Me Generation Lucas appears to have gone to the Dark Side as the Liberal in him has apparently taken over.

The Boomer Generation has been having this battle for the last five decades.

The Vietnam Veterans versus the Timothy Leary Losers.

God, Family, Country versus Sex, Drugs, and Debt.

Fidelity versus Fornication.

Loyalty versus Lies.

Propaganda is strong in part of this Generation.

What is Propaganda?

It is the opposite of Truth.

Propaganda is a tricky little parasite that preys on the young and ignorant. It uses terminology like MY Truth or speak YOUR Truth to engage the inherent Individual, that Adam Smith wrote about, in us all.

The Young, who haven’t been provided knowledge, go along with this way of thinking as egocentrism through experience, has yet to be removed.

Young minds believe every thought they have, is an original one, to the world.

It is only original to them.

I know this for a fact as I too was once young.

The Propaganda in America these days isn’t any different from decades or centuries past of humans in general.

Greed, Lust, Power, Fortune, Rage, has always been a part of the Human Condition.

I doubt that will change anytime soon.

The reason things appear so chaotic now is partially Fortune but mostly Technology.

Comparatively speaking the wealth of the average American is staggering to the rest of the world.

It is very clear.

Freedom works and FreedomWorx.

Freedom of thought and movement coupled with clean water and rich land have allowed the human known as American to evolve much faster than other nationalities.

Until now.

Technology now propels Propaganda at the speed of sound and has replaced Personal Responsibility.

Too many for too long have abused themselves (and sadly others) with poor nutritional choices, drug/alcohol usage, and soul crushing debt that takes years if not decades off our lives.

For at least three generations we’ve been fed Propaganda and the effects are now roaming through the country like locust.

Type-Two Diabetes, heart attacks, strokes, and a wide variety of other illnesses because food has become “comfort” rather than sustenance.

Emaciated bodies, missing teeth, depression, child abuse and neglect, prison sentences, and the spread of HIV and Hepatitis because drugs are more accessible than school books.

Dilapidated neighborhoods filled with squatters, human trafficking, and gangs because greed and stupidity changed the American Dream from Freedom to Home Ownership.

Now we have “Journalists” trying to tell us kneeling while the National Anthem is being played is “Patriotic” and “helpful”.

For the sake of argument let us ignore that “Hands Up Don’t Shoot” was a complete lie, that Michael Brown was a detriment to society and that his demise definitely saved lives.

Let us ignore that Hands Up Don’t Shoot morphed into Black Lives Matter.

Just like Sunni to Wahhabism, Wahhabism into Al Qaeda and Al Qaeda into ISIS.

Another example of a “gradual slide” is the belief that a Constitutional Republic is really a Democratic Republic which turned into Democracy and finally arrived at Democratic Socialism.

For those paying attention this occurred last year right in front of our eyes.

Unchecked Propaganda can become very powerful and as we have seen repeatedly, must continue to reinvent itself or die.

For sake of argument let us ignore that the traitor known as Colin Kaepernick, has been endorsed by BLM, who has also endorsed the “Palestinian” movement.

In another word, Hamas.

A known terrorist organization that takes money from Iran and is the elected “government” of the “Palestinian” people.

Let us also ignore the fact that Kaepernick on many occasions has touted the “laurels” of Fidel Castro (a fascist murdering thug who hates America), has an Islamic (presumably Sunni) “girlfriend” who supports the Muslim Brotherhood, hates White Humans, and loves Malcolm X.

A Sunni Muslim who also hated America and everything America STANDS FOR.

Let us stay with this premise for a few more thoughts and ignore that both Clintons and Bush protected Saudi Arabia (the country responsible for 9/11) and that Obama protected Iran (the country that supports Hamas, Hezbollah, North Korea and is allied to Russia).

For us to ignore all of this we would have to ignore that Islam, Sunni and Shiite, is here in America, and is adjoined with other oppressive groups like the Democratic Party and in some cases the Republican Party as well.

Tim Tebow took a knee in celebration and the Liberals spat at him.

The NFL is taking a knee in cowardice and Liberals cheer.

Propaganda always targets the youth and the ignorant.

The NFL is filled with both, on the field.

The NFL owners on the other hand are not young.

They are greedy and they must be punished for their sins against America.

We can no longer turn our heads or give the other cheek.

Ignoring these facts will only allow the situation to get worse and it’s already in a pretty bad place.

Actions that do not have consequences will continue to grow.  The ramifications of Oppression unchecked is very knowable and is easily spotted in Cuba, Venezuela, North Korea, Iran, Saudi Arabia, and too many nations to list on the continent of Africa.

The Power of the Purse is an incredible one indeed but it must be wielded wisely and with authority.

Currently most Americans have this Power.  This is also referred to as the Power of the Pen.

For those of you who cannot or will not wield the Sword your Pens must start flowing.

Turn off the NFL and the NBA and stand for Freedom.

Stand for America.

Do not stand for Propaganda.

There is no place for it in these United States.

None.

There’s a saying, “You’ve got to stand for something or you’ll fall for anything.”

Let us correct this.

If one doesn’t stand for Freedom, the fall to their knees will not be pleasant, as the choice, will not be theirs.

Cockroaches and Cowards are found on the ground.

This was never about police brutality.  It was never about “Black Lives”.

We’ve watched cowards take a knee, knowingly or not, in support of Islam.

I know it.

Colin Kaepernick knows it.

The Nation of Islam knows it.

The same Nation of Islam that called for the killing of White People.

It’s our move America.

Checkers or Chess.

Cockroaches, Cowards, or Country.

Turn the hate off.

The Law. It Only Matters When Enforced.

In 1986 Ronald Reagan made a “deal” with Democrats and amnestied millions of humans in the United States illegally, most of them from Mexico.

The “deal” was the border would be permanently secured while “giving” Democrats more voter support.

Some may argue that is a bit simplistic.

The truth is always simple and the aforementioned statement is one hundred percent correct.

In regards to Reagan’s opinion of this event it was “reported” later that he considered this deal a “mistake” and I have heard many Reagan supporters make this statement.  Whether Reagan said this is irrelevant as his decision to sign this bill changed the United States forever.

Millions of humans were granted the ultimate gift (American Citizenship) based solely on their willingness to illegally enter the United States.

The propaganda has been strong for decades and again most believe “immigration” of “undocumented aliens” has been good for the citizens of America.

It hasn’t.

When humans of any country are rewarded for doing the wrong thing they will continue down that path.

Reagan probably thought he was securing America for generations to come.  What he did was create a gigantic magnet that changed California almost overnight. Gangs like La Raza and MS-13 became entrenched in the Golden State over time and tentacled out into the rest of the country.  If that wasn’t bad enough organized crime from Russia, China, Vietnam, Guatemala, Honduras, and of course Mexico continued to grow and under the Obama administration groups like CAIR, the Muslim Brotherhood et al, and the Nation of Islam became stronger and better populated.

The “reported” number of humans here illegally is ten to twelve million.

Completely false.

There’s probably ten million in California alone.

The number is probably closer to forty million.

Regardless even ten million is ten million too many.

A society that is created on the Rule of Law must enforce those laws otherwise society breaks down.

This is exactly what is happening.

California is openly and proudly being run by La Raza members. Ponce De Leon and his brethren are now attempting to usurp the power of the Federal Government by using the court system of the Federal Government, primarily the 9th circuit.

There is no doubt ALL of our systems have been corrupted in America.  Some States are attempting to fight back (Virginia just removed most of its voting machines although a pessimist might say they are trying to “remove the proof”) while others like Illinois and California are now openly violating Federal Law and declaring themselves to be Sanctuary States.

Technically this is sedition, but as we’ve seen if humans on one side, will not stop humans on the other side from abusing them, then the abuse continues until history is written by the abusers.

Many will ask how we have gotten this far.  The constant usage of the Dollar to “paper over” decisions has allowed this for decades.

In one word, debt, but that will be a different subject for a different time.

In California we provide every means of support including legal counsel to humans here illegally.  Our courts, jails, and prisons are so overwhelmed we are now changing the designation of many crimes and releasing dangerous and violent humans back onto our streets.

In the little town where I reside we have had murder, kidnapping, and grand theft auto.  In just the last six months we’ve experienced one attempted bank robbery, one successful, and a few days ago the local Walgreens had its doors smashed in by a vehicle followed by a chain being tied around the ATM and dragged out the door.

South of us the City of Sacramento is now PAYING “gangbangers” to stop killing each other.

Yes that is correct, and just like Amnesty, the City of Sacramento will learn (for many the hard way) that paying evil to not commit evil acts, only attracts, more bad actors.

Amnesty for a few million “aliens” has now brought us tens of millions of illegals.

Cash for criminals will bring more criminals.

It is a sad but true fact that the Rule of Law is no longer in place in these United States.

When a County Sheriff is railroaded by a Federal Court Judge for doing his DUTY the rules don’t apply anymore. When it takes the President of the United States to save the Sheriff from being locked up there is no law.

Very few of us have Get Out Of Jail Free cards, not that we or Sheriff Arpaio should need them.

President Trump has been compared to former President Reagan.

In many cases this comparison is correct.

Reagan thought “compassion” was more important than the law and that making a deal with the devil would be justified in the end.

Doing the wrong thing for the “right” reason is still the wrong thing.

Reagan didn’t suffer for this.

Americans did and do.

Higher property and identity crime, suppressed wages, more pollution, not to mention rape and murder have all risen because of one decision in 1986.

We stand here again, thirty plus years later, putting our trust in the new Reagan to “build a big beautiful wall” and deport all the illegals, as he said he would.

Dear President Trump,

As I’ve stated many times, and I’m sure you well know, you were elected to shut the border, remove all illegals, and enforce the Rule of Law.

Punting Obama’s illegal action known as DACA to Congress was hopefully only a mistake, not a harbinger of another Reagan deal.

Those of us who put you there are not sycophants, followers, or Trumpians.

We supported you because of the things you said you would do. Had you never spoken about the border my strong opinion is that Ted Cruz or Ben Carson would have been the Republican nominee.

You however stepped directly into the fray, and started to fight on the one issue everyone, who cares about America, knew had to be addressed.

We respected you for this and put you in the Oval Office despite some “interesting” statements to say the least. Most of us knew there would be things you would do and decisions you might make that we would disagree with.

For example continuing the war in Afghanistan.

It is my opinion that we shouldn’t be there anymore.  It is also my opinion that one American soldier is worth more than the entire country of Afghanistan but I also know this is a difficult situation.  I don’t agree with your decision but I will continue to support you in spite of it.

It is very clear the Republican and Democratic “swamp dwellers” hate and fear you.

Good.

We hate them as well and support you even more because of this however your proclivity or “willingness” to “make a deal” has many of us concerned and rightly so.

We cannot have another Reagan “deal”.

NADA on DACA.

If this is done you will be ignoring the primary reason you were elected.

You will also be strengthening La Raza, MS-13, CAIR, and the Muslim Brotherhood.

Whether you believe that or not is irrelevant.

It is true.

You will also strengthen the “Democratic-Socialist” base, which we need dramatically less of, not more.

I want to be clear President Trump.

We put you there to fix Reagan’s mistake.

Doubling down isn’t an option for us, and if it isn’t an option for us, it cannot be an option for you.

It is my opinion that the only reason Paul Ryan hasn’t brought Impeachment charges to the House floor is because he is afraid of We The People and our very physical response to that.

He’s smarter than he looks, and as I’ve stated in the past if he does try this, I will personally arrive in D.C.

I won’t be alone.

With that said a DACA amnesty, or any amnesty for that matter, closes the door on my support.

ALL OF IT.

If you will not ENFORCE OUR LAWS and KEEP YOUR WORD you are on your own.

The sharks have been in the water for a while.

Your decision to swim with them isn’t wise. When they attack, and they will, we aren’t coming in after you.

What’s next?  A helicopter drop of cash to Iran in the middle of the night?

Obamacare for everyone?

The debt ceiling is being raised.

Common Core is still being taught.

Lois Lerner isn’t being indicted.

Hillary Clinton is still a criminal walking free.

Janet Yellen is still crushing the Dollar and feeding her friends.

The Dems, whom you are making deals with, have called you a racist, bigoted, homophobic Nazi and your decision is to give them more voters?

If you do, it will be a two-fer.

With your support of criminality the Dems will gain votes.

On the other hand you will lose mine.

I guarantee you I won’t be alone.

Remember we aren’t sycophants.

We are Americans.

“If I was President you’d be in jail.”

“I will build a big beautiful wall and Mexico will pay for it.”

The wall is non-existent.

The only thing in Mexico getting paid is their citizens, here illegally, working in America, and that money leaves the United States on a daily basis.

In other words we are paying them.

Children, American and otherwise, are still being trafficked through the border.

Their lives are being ruined or ended.

You are supposed to Make America Great Again.

Yesterday I Ubered home. My wonderful truck (almost 200,000 miles) informed me that we needed a water pump and my trusted mechanic(s) told me that the job wouldn’t be completed in time for my drive home from work.

Hence Uber.

My driver was a very polite and energetic young man in his early thirties. Our first thirty seconds covered introductions. He told me he was a father of three and working three jobs to pay the bills. Through a little more discussion I found out he was a graduate from the University of California, Davis.

For those of you not familiar with California we in NORTHERN California refer to Davis as the People’s Republic of Davis.

Yes, as in the People’s Republic of China.

Upon my verbal curiosity he informed me he had graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies.

Of course this piqued my interest.

Number one, I am an American.

Number two, I’d never heard of that as a Major.

I kind of smiled and said, “well my friend please tell me what the professors in American studies are teaching you.”

His verbiage was filled with propaganda but it was very clear to me he was struggling with the things he was saying.

It was as though he knew the things he’d been taught were wrong but this was the education that he’d received so until someone said something different he was going to use that verbiage.

Kind of like auto-pilot.

Again a very nice, smart, hard-working and pleasant young man.

I turned off auto-pilot and started talking about the things I always talk about.

Freedom.

America.

“The Great Experiment”.

Benjamin Franklin and Adam Smith.

He listened very intently for about ten minutes, and when I paused, asked me to keep going because he agreed with everything I’d just said.

I discussed labels for a minute (how dangerous and unproductive they are) and then asked him to give me the title of one of his third or fourth year classes.

He answered with “African-American culture in urban America.”

I just started to laugh.

“That’s quite a handle. No labels there,” I said.

He laughed with me and said, ” I agree with everything you said and most of my professors would have hated you. As far as they are concerned everything is messed up because of the White Man.”

I nodded.

He continued, “except for one of my last professors. He talked about Adam Smith the way you just did. When I get home I am going to look up my notes. I loved that class!”

With a few minutes to go he said casually that he was a Muslim. I asked, as I always do, Sunni or Shiite. He said Sunni and that most Muslims are Sunni. We briefly discussed the Koran and then I said my problem with Islam is Sharia. Sharia is the law in Islamic nations and is systemic oppression. It abuses women, children, and many men.

He agreed and said he hated Sharia and that is wasn’t found in the Koran.

I replied whether it is or isn’t is irrelevant. It’s found in every nation where muslims are the majority.

He agreed.

We were almost to my house when I asked him where his parents were from.

He answered his father was from Syria and his mother was “Mexican-American…a Chicano.”

I smiled again and said, “no labels there.”

I then continued with “when I asked where your father was from you said Syria. That is a nation and a factual answer. You then said your mother was Mexican-American, a Chicano. These things don’t exist. We are humans, homo-sapiens, and we have a specific nationality. Mexico-America doesn’t exist. Neither does Chicano.”

I looked at him again and asked “where were you born?”

He answered, “Harbor City, California.”

I blinked twice and said, “so was I.”

We sat there for a few seconds and then I asked him “what is YOUR nationality?”

He looked me straight in the eye and said, “I am an American! I love the United States!”

America First.

AMERICAN ONLY.

The young people will listen as long as we continue to ROAR !!!

The Truth is a powerful thing.

The kids know they have been lied to and they are sick of it.

They’re just not sure where to turn.

Shine the light and lead the way.

Freedom First.

Freedom ONLY.

Let us take our pens and our swords and push “into this good night!”

Pens firing away.

Swords sharpened and at the ready.

So ready in fact they never have to be used.

Lookin’ at the promise of the Promised Land

One day last week, on my way to work, I turned on the radio.

These days I normally head straight to music, but on this particular day I was feeling good and a little curious about the rest of the channels that I’d ignored off and on for the last few years.

I went to FoxBusiness first and listened to a grown man-child drone on about nothing in particular.  After sixty seconds my brain began to atrophy and I reached for the knob.

I hadn’t listened to the Comedy News Network (CNN) in forever but there had to be a missing plane somewhere that Russia was probably responsible for.

Wolf “Coyote” Blitzer was hyperventilating about the possibilities of Hurricane Irma while trying to pin some politician down regarding the raising of the debt ceiling.  In between the Coyote’s wailing and whining the no name politician used the term “schooled up” which caused me to lung for the knob and twist it to anything that would make the pain stop.

I landed on a station titled Mad Dog.  Mad Dog is supposed to be a sports talk radio station and par for the course the host was talking about how Hurricane Irma was going to mess up his kid’s fantasy football team.

Then again that is sports these days.

Fantasy football, assault, and kneeling.

I’m always a glass half full person but we may need more glass and better humans.

In other words we need a bigger boat.

Maybe Ark sized.

I thought about one more shot with sports radio but my senses finally kicked in and reminded me that to listen to former athletes who don’t enunciate or use words like “funna” “aks” or “whatsupdog”, accompanied by shock jocks that have no idea what it is like to compete athletically at any level, wouldn’t be something beneficial to my day.

As previously mentioned I headed to music.

Country music in particular.

I enjoy all forms of music but these days I prefer to listen to melodies that were created not sampled, harmonies not drowned out by a thumping bass, and lyrics that don’t refer to women as bitches and “hoes”.

Actually it’s not just these days.

It’s been this way my entire life.

Call me crazy.

I call it sane.

Falcon Sane.

That’s an inside joke for those who have been with me for a while and have also read Late Bird.

As always thank you.  You are the reason OUR message continues forward.

We are building an army from Northern California to Oklahoma to Michigan to New York to Florida.

As an American Brother of mine recently wrote, “It’s just beginning. I’m glad we are finding out who all the softies are before s*&t gets real. Pass me the ball, I’m ready to score. March on Brother!”

I digress.

I landed on a country station that reminded me EXACTLY why I listen to country. The duo Brooks and Dunn came screaming through the speakers, fortunately without bass.

There are so many wonderful lines here I won’t try to cover them all.

They did masterfully describe our country.

“Only in America, Where we dream as big as we want to”.

Otherwise known as the pursuit of happiness.

Of course for those to dream of fame and fortune someone has to pay the rent.

That someone is US and we continue forward to ensure that those “faces in the rear view mirror” get that chance to be President.

Take a good look.

They are counting on US.

They are counting on you.

Where we dream as big as we want to.
