No Suing if You Go to a Trump Rally

It is rather exciting that President Trump is staring rallies again. Next week, a rally is planned in Tulsa, Oklahoma, but there is one catch, you must agree to not to sue the Trump reelection campaign if you contract the coronavirus.

If you want a ticket to the rally, you must agree that you are aware of the risk of COVID-19.

“By clicking register below, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending the Rally, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold Donald J. Trump for President, Inc.; BOK Center; ASM Global; or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury.”

Here it is in a tweet by Paul Steihauser:

The president enjoys campaigning and had full intentions of resuming his rallies in July but the unset of protests in large numbers led him to get back to rallies sooner and one is scheduled for June 19th in Tulsa where the venue is an indoor arena.

Joe Biden has resumed small-scale in-person campaign events. All participants wear face-masks. Biden has not resumed in-person fundraisers or rallies.

Trump has already started his fundraising campaigns since the unset of COVID-19. On Thursday an in-person fundraiser took place in Dallas, Texas.

Since people are gathering in large numbers to protest, loot, burn down infrastructure and vehicles the president doesn’t see a problem with rallies.

It is understood that the virus is still not contained but people have different and conflicting views on its severity and cure.

Masks are still mandatory in some states but people various ideas on that too.

Theories are in abundance about the coronavirus, as well.

I’m not a doctor or a scientist but I do have my own thoughts on the issue.

Bill Gates and some high level Democrats have given money to Wuhan, China. Bill Gates wants the citizens of the world to be vaccinated. He owns a patent through a company, for a vaccine. If this were to be mandated, Gates would be a trillionaire.

I’ve written more extensively on some of these issues but let’s get down to the nitty gritty.

Who are the losers from COVID-19?

  1. The people who are sick or who have died.
  2. People in nursing homes who were infected when COVID-19 patients were sent to nursing homes.
  3. People who lost jobs and/or business when they could not work or open their businesses.
  4. Trump, because the good he did for the economy was washed away.
  5. Trump because he could no longer hold rallies for his supporters and people deciding if they would vote for him.

Who are the winners from COVID-19?

  1. Democrats because they blame Trump for it.
  2. Democrats because Trump banned travel to some countries and they could call Trump a racist for this.
  3. Democrats because they blame Trump for mishandling the pandemic.
  4. Democrats because they no longer have to rebut the state of the economy.
  5. Democrats because Joe Biden is not out in the public making a fool of himself. (This hasn’t worked out well because he still speaks from his basement.)
  6. Criminals who do not want to recognized.

Here are some facts about wearing a mask:

A mask is supposed to be used for a limited time. If used long term:

  1. Oxygen in the blood is reduced.
  2. Oxygen to the brain is reduced.
  3. You start to feel weak.
  4. May lead to death.

If you go into isolation in a hospital this is what you are subjected to:

  1. Vitamin C-100
  2. Vitamin E
  3. During 10 to 12 hours sitting in the sunshine for 15 – 20 minutes.
  4. Egg meal once a day.
  5. Sleeping a minimum of 7 to 8 hours a night.
  6. Drinking 1.5 liters of water per day.
  7. Eating warm meals and no cold meals.
  8. Consuming foods that boost the immune system, for example, high alkaline foods that are above the acidity of the virus.

Avocado

Garlic

Mango

Tangerine

Pineapple

Watercress

Oranges

How to not be infected by the virus is simple too. Build up your immune system.

I will reiterate that I am not a doctor or a scientist. These facts that I’ve shown you are through my own investigations.

I’m not telling anyone what to do. Do as you see fit. Wash your hands often as you should be doing anyways.

Would you go to a Trump rally during this pandemic? Would you wear a mask? I’m not hiding my face because I have nothing to hide it from and I don’t have the virus. If I were sick, I’d stay home but if I’m not sick, I’m protecting others from my germs, not myself by wearing a mask.

Trump: US Will Designate Antifa a Terrorist Group

On Sunday it became clear that President Trump has advised the U.S. government will designate Antifa a terrorist group.

Antifa is a far-left organization that has been causing havoc in cities across America, especially in the past few days after the alleged murder of George Floyd on May 25th.

Floyd, who is a black man, was unarmed as an officer, Derek Chauvin, kneeled on his neck for more than 8 minutes while he screamed that he could not breathe in an incident which was caught on video in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

President Trump tweeted this on Sunday:

My response to the President’s tweet was:

Peaceful protests against police began not long after the alleged murder that happened after Chauvin put his knee on the neck of Floyd with three other officers who were involved. Two of the three other officers were seen on video kneeling on Floyd as another kept people away while they were pleading for Floyd’s life.

Accusations were tossed around against both far-left extremists and white nationalists.

Trump labeled the rioters as Antifa.

On Saturday Trump tweeted this:

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo called rioters “Antifa-like” during a televised appearance on Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures.”

Pompeo said, “I think it still remains to be seen exactly how” the situation devolved from peaceful protests to something entirely different.”

In the meantime, Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison told “Fox News Sunday” he has evidence that people from out-of-state were involved in the violent behavior that took place in Minneapolis. He was not specific on whether rioters were affiliated with a particular group or ideology.

Senator Bill Cassidy, R-La., sponsored resolution that was co-sponsored by Senator Ted Cruz, R-Texas, to designate Antifa as a domestic terrorist organization in 2019.

The resolution came about in response to threats and actions that Antifa-affiliated individuals made against ICE officials and journalist Andy Ngo.

If anyone wants me to believe that people who came in droves from other states, some bussed in, and do not peacefully protest but set fires to vehicles and buildings and loot stores are protesting, you are sadly mistaken.

Arsonists burn places and things not demonstrators.

A terrible thing occurred when Floyd was declared dead but it is in the best interest of everyone concerned that justice be served in a timely manner.

More crimes from arson and destruction as well as officers getting hurt and the loss of life that has come about is not the solution. In fact, uncalled for violence makes matters worse.

 

US Cuts Relationship with WHO

On Friday President Trump made an announcement that the U.S. is now terminating the relationship it previously had with the World Health Organization or “WHO” as they are referred to.

The termination came about over the inability and/or failure of WHO to enact reforms that the U.S. has concerns over its handling of the COVID-19 pandemic. The U.S. also claims that WHO has displayed pro-China bias.

At a press conference of sorts, President Trump spoke and did not mince words when he said, “Because they have failed to make the requested and greatly needed reforms, we will be today be terminating our relationship with the World Health Organization and redirecting those funds to other worldwide and deserving urgent global public health needs.”

Trump spoke about his distaste for the manner in which China has handled trade, the coronavirus and its intrusion into Hong Kong’s freedom in the manner of government.

Hong Kong exists as a Special Administrative Region controlled by The People’s Republic of China and enjoys its own limited autonomy as defined by the Basic Law. The principle of “one country, two systems” allows for the coexistence of socialism and capitalism under “one country,” which is mainland China.

Trump went on to say, “The world is now suffering as a result of the misfeasance of the Chinese government.”

Funding of WHO was frozen this month by Trump. He threatened to make it permanent if the organization did not endorse restructuring.

The U.S. had been the top contributor to WHO in the amount of approximately $450 million a year, and China had paid approximately $50 million a year and now China has increased their contribution to WHO to $2 billion.

Concerns by the U.S. over WHO’s praise of Chinese transparency and its continuing repetition of the Chinese claims that the virus could not be spread from person-to-person, which we now know to be false.

Trump also said, “Chinese officials ignored their reporting obligations to the World Health Organization and pressured the World Health Organization to mislead the world when the virus was first discovered by Chinese authorities. Countless lives have been taken and profound economic hardship has been inflicted across the globe.”

There were no questions by the press answered after Trump spoke.

To be quite honest, the type of questions generally asked by the mainstream media are not really worth answering so why should the President waste his time with them?

He shouldn’t and didn’t.

Mail-In Ballots Ordered by Newsom

On Friday Governor Gavin Newsom made a big move by signing an executive order to send all registered voters in the state of California a mail-in ballot for November’s presidential election.

Newsom released a statement that read, “Elections and the right to vote are foundational to our democracy. No Californian should be forced to risk their health in order to exercise their right to vote.”

California is now the first state to automatically send voters ballots before the general election even though Newsom reiterated that residents of California will still have access to in person voting sites.

This unprecedented move comes in the mist of the COVID-19 pandemic. Many in person voting facilities in the state primaries have been closed due to the coronavirus crisis.

Concerns of fraud and abuse were immediately brought to light by Republicans. They have opposed the expansion of mail-in ballots out of fear it would lead to voter fraud. Republicans have also brought up the possibilities of legal challenges.

At this time the Republican National Committee said it is reviewing its legal options “to ensure the integrity of the election.”

California Republicans have noted problems in the state with voter rolls and a “motor voter” program to register new voters that led to hundreds of thousands of inconsistencies..

Allegedly, the errors that were reviewed did not allow anyone to vote who should not have been allowed to vote.

In a statement by Jessica Millan Patterson, who is chairman of the California Republican Party said, “To mail out millions of ballots to voter rolls have proven to contain alarming errors throughout the state is not a task that these Democrats can adequately manage or safely execute.”

President Trump has alleged that voting by mail is prone to corruption and he opposes the practice but he has not produced evidence of this.

Last month the President said, “Mail ballots, they cheat. Mail ballots are very dangerous for this country because of cheaters. They go collect them. They are fraudulent in many cases.”

On Friday Newsom put out a statement which reads, “Mail-in ballots aren’t a perfect solution for every person, and I look forward to our public health experts and the Secretary of State’s and the Legislature’s continued partnership to create safer in-person opportunities for Californians who aren’t able to vote by mail.”

Well then, it appears that Newsom disagrees with himself. He sent out ballots to vote by mail but believes some people cannot vote by mail because they’re unable to?

This is all rather contradictory to me. How can anyone predict what levels the coronavirus pandemic will be like in November? How does a governor unilaterally make these decisions? Does Newsom have a crystal ball?

Voting in person with identification would be the safest manner for any election to be fair. I’ll assume Newsom disagrees with me.

Look Who Wants to Stop Illegal Border Crossings!

Even though some states support illegal migrants in the U.S., one state doesn’t want people crossing over the southern border.

California is well known for promoting border crossings but it appears the tone is now changed.

A total of 22,088 COVID-19 cases in Mexico have been reported as of May 2nd. Now southern California officials are seeking aid in reducing cases in the U.S. that are originating from border crossings.

President Trump didn’t resist taking to Twitter to inform his supporters.

Trump tweeted this:

A letter was sent to Vice President Mike Pence by San Diego County’s Third District supervisor, Kristin Gaspar. The letter was sent in April and stated that medical professionals were “increasingly worried about the rapid spread of COVID-19 in northern Mexico.”

The letter went on to say that there had been “a sudden influx of critically ill patients from Mexico” in Chula Vista, California.

Gaspar also asked for senior Trump administration officials to speak with local hospital executives and medical professionals to address the issue at hand.

Daniel Sharp, who is HealthCare COVID‐19 Strategic Response Executive Consultant and Chris Van Gorder, who is Scripps Health President and CEO jointly wrote a letter to Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar and Acting Homeland Security Secretary Chad Wolf asking them for help in dealing with coronavirus cases at the southern border.

The Otay Mesa port of entry is closed to pedestrians and vehicles at night as of Sunday.

The U.S. and Mexico’s agreed on March 21st to limit travel across the border to essential traffic only so there is a decreased amount of travel in that area.

Even with that order in place, tens of thousands of people cross the San Ysidro-Tijuana border every day according to the letter authored by Van Gorder and Gross.

The letter states, “Today, coronavirus cases are increasing at rates exceedingly faster among border communities compared to the rest of San Diego County.”

Once again Trump seems to have gotten it right. In fact, now according to the letter, border crossings made by those with work visas or U.S. citizens living in Mexico are not wanted in the Democratic state.

I wonder what happened to California Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom’s sanctuary policies? What happened to protecting illegal immigrants from being deported by federal authorities?

California no longer wants legal or illegal migrants?

Well, I guess Hell just froze over because the Democrats have changed their minds about the southern border.

Did the Obama Regime Pay for the Missiles Fired at US?

On Wednesday former President Barack Obama took some heat as President Trump blamed the last administration for money given by the Obama regime to Iran.

Trump has claimed that the money given to Iran by the Obama administration was used to pay for missiles that were aimed at U.S. troops in Iraq.

The nation listened and watched as Trump spoke the morning following the Iranian regime’s launching of more than a dozen missiles at Iraqi bases which house American troops.

The missiles were fired by Iran in a retaliatory attack for the U.S. strike last week that killed top Iranian General Qassem Soleimani.

While referring to settlement money the U.S. paid to Iran in 2016, Trump said from the White House, “The missiles fired last night at us and our allies were paid for with the funds made available by the last administration.”

The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPoA) is the Obama-era Iran nuclear deal. The U.S. withdrew from it in 2018.

Supporters of the deal claimed it kept Iran from getting a nuclear weapon.

Trump on the other hand renewed his assertion that it bolstered Tehran.

Trump said, “Iran’s hostilities substantially increased after the foolish Iran nuclear deal was signed in 2013, and they were given $150 billion, not to mention $1.8 billion in cash. Instead of saying thank you to the United States, they chanted ‘Death to America.’”

He added that Iran went on a “terrorist spree” with that money “and created hell in Yemen, Syria, Lebanon, Afghanistan and Iraq.”

He went on to say that it was with that money that the missiles fired late Tuesday were funded.

Trump has never been a fan of the deal and zeroed in particularly on the money that was unfrozen or sent to Iran directly in the darkness of night.

It cannot be determined exactly how the missiles were paid for but some Republicans have connected the Iran settlement money to the attacks.

While on Fox News’ “Hannity” on Tuesday night, Texas Senator Ted Cruz said, “In a very real sense, the missiles that we saw fired at U.S. servicemen and women tonight were paid for by the billions that the Obama administration flooded the Ayatollah with.”

The money that was paid in cash, was transferred with a planeload of $400 million delivered to Tehran on Jan. 17 2016. On the same day Iran agreed to release four American prisoners.

The payment of $1.3 billion that remained was reported to have been paid within weeks of that first payment.

Then there is $150 billion which is an estimated value of Iranian assets that had been frozen abroad in financial institutions as part of international sanctions. That money was unfrozen as part of the deal.

That money could generate about $55 billion in liquid assets.

After leaving the Obama-Iran deal, the Trump administration has put back sanctions on Tehran. Violations by the Iranian regime by stockpiling uranium has brought back the restrictions.

Trump has called for other countries to break away from the deal and secure a new one.

Trump said, “The time has come for the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Russia and China to recognize this reality. They must now break away from the remnants of the Iran deal or JCPOA. And we must all work together toward making a deal with Iran that makes the world a safer and more peaceful place.”

Trump Speaks to America in Wake of Weekend Shootings

President Donald Trump, with Vice President Mike Pence standing beside him, spoke to the American people on Monday morning about the horrific murders in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio over the weekend that left at least 30 people dead.

The death toll may rise.

In the wake of the weekend shootings, Trump called for reforms at the junction of mental health and gun laws. This includes “red flag laws” to take guns from those who are deemed to be a public risk.

The president said, “Our nation is overcome with shock, horror and sorrow. We are outraged and sickened by this monstrous evil.”

Trump also condemned white supremacy in a response that the shooter in El Paso wrote a racist manifesto.

Trump said, “In one voice, our nation must condemn racism, bigotry and white supremacy. These sinister ideologies must be defeated. Hatred has no place in America.”

There was no call for changing gun laws aside from the “red flag laws.” Trump did say that he is open and ready to listen to ideas “that will actually work

Trump tweeted this today:

Trump called for “cultural” changes, mentioning violent video games. he said that he has directed the Justice Department to propose legislation ensuring that those commit hate crimes and mass murders “face the death penalty and that this capital punishment be delivered quickly, decisively, and without years of needless delay.”

The president also called for policing the “dark recesses of the Internet” in a bid to catch mass murderers before they act.

Trump also said, “We must do a better job at identifying and acting on early warning signs. I am directing the Department of Justice to work in partnership with local, state, and federal agencies and social media companies to develop tools to identify mass shooters before they strike.”

Trump went on to say, “Mental illness and hatred pulls the trigger, not the gun.”

On Saturday, a gunman, Patrick Crusias, aged 20, whom Trump described on Monday as a “wicked man,” killed 22 people, the number was updated on Monday after two other individuals died in hospital, and injured 24 others after he opened fire at a Walmart in El Paso, Texas.

So far, no motive for the attack has been determined but it was reported that Betts, while in high school, was suspended for compiling a “hit list” of those he wanted to kill, and a “rape list” of girls he wanted to sexually assault.

In Dayton, Ohio, 24-year-old Connor Betts, whom Trump described on Monday, as well, as a “twisted monster,” opened fire outside a bar around 1 a.m. Sunday, killing his adult sister and eight others. Police say he was fatally shot by officers within 30 seconds.

The shooter was wearing a mask, bulletproof vest, earplugs and had at least 100 rounds of ammunition. Nine people are dead and 27 were injured.
In the wake of the shootings Democratic presidential candidates running for 2020 were quick to comment that Trump’s remarks were insufficient.

A number of Democratic lawmakers and presidential candidates have also accused the president of fueling racial tensions with his rhetoric.

Who’s too Old for the Job?

Are there people running for the White House in 2020 who are too old? Someone seems to thinks so. Former Defense Secretary Robert Gates thinks that some, including President Trump, may be too old for the job.

At seventy-five, Gates is currently the chancellor of the College of William & Mary. He appeared on CBS’ “Face The Nation” and the interview proved to reveal his thoughts on age and the presidency.

Gates said that the ages of presidential candidates like former Vice President Joe Biden and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders could be a “problematic” issue for the two.

The aging white males have been in politics for nearly their whole lives and Biden is currently 76 and Sanders is 77. They will be older in 2020.

Gates, in a pre-taped interview, said, “I’m not sure you have the intellectual acuity that you might have had in your 60’s. The thought of taking on those responsibilities at this point in my life would be pretty daunting.”

Gates served as defense secretary for both Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama.

He also said that he thinks that President Trump may be too old to be in office. Trump is now 72 and he was the oldest person to be sworn in as president at age 70.

Gates said, “When you’re talking about being the president of the United States, the ability to do the job in every respect has always got to be a consideration.”

Gates is a Republican and remembers Ronald Reagan who was 72 when he was elected to his second term in office. Gates spoke of Reagan and said that he was “a pretty great president.”

I agree. I believe that Reagan was a great president.

Besides the diversity that White House hopefuls on the Democratic side have in their group, they have the oldest candidates, as well. Mayor Pete Buttigieg is the youngest white male at thirty-seven and Sanders is the eldest at age seventy-seven.

In my opinion, which is the same as other Republicans, I do not feel that Trump is too old. He has a lot of energy and he is doing a great job for America.

Personally, I’ll be voting for Trump and not any of the Democratic runners have my attention in a positive way. All I see is Socialism and Creepiness coming from the left.

 

Trump and Putin Discuss World Affairs and Mueller Probe

On Friday President Trump had a conversation with none other than Russian President Vladimir Putin. The two leaders discussed the crisis in Venezuela, nuclear agreements, North Korean denuclearization, Ukraine and trade.

The call between Trump and Putin spoke for a little over an hour. Besides the other important world issues, they discussed special counsel’s Russia investigation.

The president spoke to reporters from the Oval Office about some of the details of the call.

Trump said that the U.S. would “probably start something up shortly between Russia and ourselves,” and that “China would be added down the road.”

The Russian state news agency Tass reported that Trump and Putin spoke about the New START treaty which is the last major arms-control treaty remaining between the U.S. and Russia.

The treaty that was signed in 2010 expires in 2021. That treaty restricts both the U.S. and Russia to 1,550 deployed strategic nuclear warheads on a maximum of 700 deployed intercontinental ballistic missiles and strategic bombers.

Tass reported:

WASHINGTON, May 3. /TASS/. The US aims to improve relations with Russia and expand bilateral trade, US President Donald Trump said on the outcomes of the phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“We also discussed trade. We intend to do a lot of trade with Russia, we do some right now, and it’s up a little bit,” Trump said. “And getting along with Russia and China is a good thing.”

Earlier on Friday, Trump and Putin have held a phone call, during which they discussed “the current state and prospects of bilateral relations with a focus on economic cooperation”, the Kremlin press service informed. The presidents also discussed North Korea, Venezuela, Ukraine, and nuclear disarmament.

Trump said China “very much” wants to be a part of that potential nuclear deal.

Trump took to Twitter to give his thoughts on the phone call:

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un traveled to Russia last week to meet with Putin and the two spoke about the importance for Russia to continue to help put pressure on North Korea to denuclearize.

In a statement released by the Kremlin after Friday’s call said Putin stressed that “Pyongyang’s conscientious fulfillment of its obligations should be accompanied by reciprocal steps to reduce sanctions pressure on North Korea.”

Trump and Putin also spoke about Venezuela. Trump said Putin said he was “not looking to get involved,” but would “like to see something positive happen.” Trump said the U.S. wanted to offer “some humanitarian aid.”

Trump said, “We want to help on a humanitarian basis.”

The two also spoke about the Russia investigation. Trump said, “We discussed it and he actually sort of smiled when he said something to the effect that it started off as a mountain and it ended up as a mouse. But he knew that because he knew there was no collusion.”

Trump Signs Executive Order to Promote Free Speech in Universities

On Thursday President Trump made a bold move to protect American values. Trump signed an executive order that promotes free speech on college campuses.

Trump was surrounded by conservative student activists at the signing ceremony. He said, “We’re here to take historic action to defend American students and American values. They’ve been under siege.”

The executive order directs 12 grant-making agencies to use their authority in coordination with the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to ensure institutions that receive federal research or education grants promote free speech and free inquiry.

The order would put into effect the loss of federal research funding if they do not protect those rights. It will apply to more than $35 billion in grants.

Trump also said, “Under the guise of speech codes, safe spaces and trigger warnings, these universities have tried to restrict free thought, impose total conformity and shut down the voices of great young Americans like those here today.”

While private schools would have more flexibility in limiting speech, they would need to commit to their own institutional rules.

On the other hand, public universities that seek funding would really just have to comply with something which already applies to them, the First Amendment.

At the Conservative Political Action Conference last month, Trump gave an indication that this was in the works.

Trump said, “Even as universities have received billions and billions of dollars from taxpayers, many have become increasingly hostile to free speech and the First Amendment.”

A conservative activist who was attacked while working a recruitment table on campus at the University of California-Berkeley, Hayden Williams, was brought up on the stage by the president.

Trump said of Williams, “He took a punch for all of us. And we could never allow that to happen. And here is, in closing with Hayden, here’s the good news. He’s going to be a wealthy young man.”

Apparently, a lawsuit by Hayden is being contemplated.

Trump said, “If they want our dollars, and we give it to them by the billions, they’ve got to allow people like Hayden and many other great young people and old people to speak. Free speech. If they don’t, it will be costly. That will be signed soon.”
