To be an American moral choices must be made

As always there is a lot going on in the world.  Information and misinformation flows continuously.  The days of taking anything at face value are long gone.  I’ve received many questions from concerned Americans about what is happening to our country and what they can do to stop this runaway train.  Of course voting properly is the key but as we’ve all seen even doing this still doesn’t guarantee the correct decisions will be made.

Paul Ryan is the perfect example.

Yet here we are.  More questions than answers or answers that are incorrect, false, or outright lies.

How do we change this dynamic?

First we must understand our own needs.

For the most part water, food, and shelter is being fulfilled in these United States.

Security has slowly been weakening over the last three decades and is the primary reason Donald Trump was elected.

Still the reason we are having so much pain right now is the wildly damaging ways we are attempting to meet our need to belong.

For decades American children have been told such things as oral sex isn’t sex, marijuana isn’t bad for you or is the same as drinking beer or wine, debt and deficits don’t matter, food is comfort, and certain crimes are acceptable.

Think about that as a lifestyle.

Sex, drugs, debt, criminality, and EBT cards.

Sounds like the Democratic Party.

Food is energy.  It isn’t comfort or love.  Love is the giving to others without expectation.

Hammering down a box of donuts isn’t love…or comfortable.

Talking about physical fitness and nutrition is now body shaming.

Type-Two Diabetes is now thought of as actual Diabetes.

It isn’t.

Diversity is no longer a responsible economic plan but rather synonymous with color of skin.

Bernie Sanders has become the voice of the millennials.

Black masks, black clothing, hijabs, and suppressing speech is now the measurement of fighting the “man”.

We wonder why the kids don’t want to talk to anyone anymore.

Energy is a physical thing.  It can be touched, used, and measured.

Your energy, and how much you have, depends upon your diet, amount of exercise, and your understanding of anatomy, specifically your own body.

All of this information is widely known and available at our fingertips.

What we do with it is the key.

“Government” isn’t our friend.  It never has been and never will be.

Until humans evolve into the process of “being” government will “be” a “necessary evil”.

Today’s government, especially in States like California and New York are no longer necessary yet are still evil.

La Raza, CAIR, and support for Hamas are all examples.

Sadly too many in these States do not recognize these names.

The hate, control, misogyny, bigotry and financial oppression raining down on American citizens in these States must be stopped.

Those who continue down the path of debt, drug usage, and obesity are now being hit with the reality of “only living once” as they are physically suffering and are clawing and screaming for things like medical care that they were unwilling to earn, causing others who have, to suffer by too many trying to live off systems, they never paid into.

What do we do?

We must understand the power of the Individual.  Your life is exactly what you make of it.  Each breath, each step, each word uttered must be put forward in service or in search of Freedom.

Only you can provide this.

The opportunity to do so has been granted by the generations before us.

We are Americans.

We must push forward to ensure that being an American always means more in America than it does around the world.

Freedom is a choice.

Choose wisely.

Your future, or whether you will have one, depends on it.

Firing with both fists

Courage is not assertion without fear.

Courage is assertion in spite of fear and comes in many forms, shapes, and sizes.

I was reminded of this a few days ago while having a conversation.

The individual I was speaking with was making jokes after receiving yet another round of chemotherapy.  Because this person is incredibly private and humble, and would be embarrassed by my words, I will respect their wishes of privacy and not use their name.

Their life on the other hand is one to share.

You see this is the kind of person who creates safe spaces with his presence.

Children and dogs love him because they instinctively know they are secure and protected.

This is the kind of person who enlisted in the Army at seventeen and became a medic.

Always looking out for others.

He owned businesses, raised a family, loves his children, grandchildren, and of course his wife.  He’d give you the shirt off his back, the money from his pocket, and has done so time and time again.

Of course if he was reading this now he wouldn’t understand what all the fuss was about and would say something like, “This is what we are supposed to do.  I’m supposed to work hard.  I’m supposed to raise my children and nobody else better be loving my wife.  You know what I’m saying?”

Yes my fellow American I am picking up what you are putting down.

He’d tell you that he isn’t special (he is) rather he is lucky.  Lucky to be a citizen of the greatest country ever.  Lucky to have had 69 years (and counting) on this Earth.  He sees his exhaustion, nausea, dizziness, and pain as a good sign that the chemo is working.

Not one complaint, not one bitter word, not a scintilla of why me?

Although he doesn’t eat sugar, and his appetite has almost disappeared, he still makes birthday cakes for loved ones.

The reason I am telling this story is to show the strength of the human spirit.

The strength of one man unwilling to bend.

Unwilling to break.

When he was told he had cancer his first sentence was “Great. When can we start doing what needs to be done.”

In boxing terms he bit down on his mouthpiece and lunged forward firing with both fists.

Cancer has no idea but it doesn’t have a chance.

It picked the wrong guy.

We have our own cancer in America these days.  It’s called liberalism.  It has overtaken the Democratic Party and done a pretty good job infiltrating the Republican Party as well.

Standing in front of America is a 69 year old man whose body is being filled with drugs aimed at killing the cancer.

Dizzy, nauseous, and exhausted he stands at the ready to make sure we do “what needs to be done”.

He’s also a man filled with knowledge.

In other words he voted for Trump.

Shoulder to shoulder America.

It’s time to bite down on the mouthpiece and lunge forward.

Firing with both fists.

What am I going to do for you?

A conversation took place a while ago.

If you get elected what are you going to do for me?

My answer was simple.

I’m not going to do anything for you.

You are going to do for you!

If elected I am going to go to DC and stop the lies and corruption that are eating away at our country so YOU can live your life with liberty and pursue happiness to the best of your ability!

I continued.

Your greatest asset or largest liability can be found in the mirror every morning…if you have the courage to look.

Take a good look!!!

Besides, I continued, you are asking the wrong question.

It’s not what I am going to do for you it’s what are you going to do for others?

I don’t remember there being much of a response.

Of course this could have been because of my non verbal cues flashing an incredible irritancy.

Then again who knows these days?

With a good portion of the population conditioned to believe they “deserve” things rather than having to earn them the person asking the question could have been genuinely surprised as this may have been the first time they’d ever been told the truth.

Regardless if I get the question again, and keep my temper in check, my answer will be this.

I am going to continue to work hard, save my money, and be beneficial to others, or in other words, lead by example.

My mirror works just fine because the reflection in it says only one thing.

Freedom First.

Freedom Only.

Okay…two things.

WE ARE NOT OK

As the lies are being challenged many are attacking those who provide the truth.

Those who have bought into the corruption of our country are now howling as Americans fight back to restore the rule of law.

Last night in Chicago “Democracy” or mob rule was apparent for all to see.

This isn’t new.

Bullying or gang mentality can be found everywhere in America these days as laws are ignored by millions and not enforced by Local, State, or the Federal Government.

Terminology like “racist” “bigot”, “xenophobes”, and “islamaphobia” are thrown at anyone who challenges the lies with truth while Obama smiles, sues Ferguson Missouri because a police officer defended his own life and tacitly approved of the FBI murdering a rancher with his hands up.

Baltimore creates safe space for room to destroy, Nation of Islam calls for the killing of all white people, a Democratic politician calls for the militancy of illegals against Americans, the debt is 19 trillion, negative interests rates are on the horizon, and Obama tells us Islam is woven into the fabric of our country.

WE ARE NOT OK.

We have a cancer in our country and it only grows because we allow it to.

Speak the truth at the top of your lungs ignoring all who attempt to stop you.

We are not ok and you are not alone.

You, me and millions like us are here engaging everyday.

None of this has been or will be easy.

Nothing worth doing ever is but make no mistake…we are coming for what is our birthright and nothing will stop us.

Shoulder to shoulder my fellow Americans.

A letter from America

I really enjoy hearing from all of you.  The numbers are now so large it is hard to respond to everyone.  But I hear you and many of your letters, notes, or comments turn into the next column or provide me with an even greater relationship with my American Brothers and Sisters.  For every negative comment it seems I receive ten in the affirmative.  One Obama supporter asked me one time why I didn’t respond to her rant.  For the record I did respond.

I deleted it:)

If I don’t have time to respond to all of you wonderful people who love and cherish the greatest country in the history of man why would I bother with anyone else?

Of course the question answers itself.

I don’t.

We aren’t  here to make “nice” with supporters of oppression.  We are here to make a difference, reclaim our birthright, and restore our country.  With that said I recently received a letter from an American Sister.  With her permission I am sharing a part of it with you because it moved me.

God bless the United States.

Shoulder to shoulder.

One voice at a time.

Introducing the voice of Valerie Lever:

Jason,

I finally was able to read the book and I will say that from the very beginning it caught my attention….I enjoyed the way you were able to tell about your family life and how I could easily draw my own pictures from your writing….we both grew up with a lot of the same family values, being taught to help others, to use our manners, do the right thing and to be a part of giving to society, not taking….I so felt the agony of your mother when she paid a visit to public assistance, the disrespect she was submitted to by a case worker…I too felt that shame she was made to feel by just trying to get a little help for her family.

Your word pictures of high school brought back so many memories of the kids I knew, the special teachers, and the not so special teachers, and the things I learned. I wasn’t a boy so I didn’t participate in baseball, etc….but I have awesome memories of the junior/senior powder-puff football game at the end of the year….a memory I will never forget…it was tag football…we grabbed a rag hanging off the back of each player….I was a lowly junior and I grabbed for a Senior’s rag and by mistake caught the bottom of her shirt which, being old, ripped, and exposed much of her bra in the front…the stands erupted in laughter.

I thought it was going to be my last night on earth…but we actually became good friends and were able to laugh about that ourselves….excuse me, I do ramble on….anyway, back to your book.

I love the way you made the story come to life…and the ideas you have for this country to get it back in the hands of true Americans.

Those who love and have pride for this great land.

I agree with every one of your ideas, no income tax, a consumption tax, closing and protecting the border, and the steps to become a legal American.

I love that someone finally agrees that we must have ID to vote and the idea of the US Military and Protection Tax.

I love the idea of owning a tax free home, to know that if you pay for it you don’t have to worry about losing it for unpaid taxes and the idea of us not having to support every yo-yo who serves in Congress for the rest of their lives.

Jason, I’ve been spreading the word trying to get people motivated with excitement about you and your running for president….I’m having luck with some but am disappointed with many people who will make comments such as “that’s nice but he’ll never get elected” or  “he isn’t known” or “they’ll never let him get away with his ideas”.

On and on with negative instead of positive comments and thoughts….I get so frustrated.

I usually tell them that if they would get a positive attitude, and think yes it can be done, we can get our old America back, and someone who feels the way we do can get elected if each person who agreed would just inform 10 people who would be excited about the idea and each of those 10 would do the same with 10 more, and so on, before we know it the word would spread like wildfire….so yes, we can do it!

We can get you elected but we must believe that it can be done!

I want to just jerk a knot in some people’s heads.

I tell them “well then just go on about voting for someone who makes all these promises and who you find out after the elections are the same old liars as the rest have been….we keep doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results.”

When will they ever learn?

I want it now.

In this next election!

Anyway, I didn’t mean to write a book but I’m excited to spread the news and excited to be on board the “Freedom Train”!

Maybe I expect too much…maybe I can’t get my ten, maybe I’ll have to settle for five…omit that…I will not settle for five, nor ten….I’m shooting for at least one hundred!

“One voice at a time”

Valerie

Amen Valerie.

Amen.

Let the call roar far and wide across these United States currently seeking just 10 million American voices to join us and forward the message along.

Voices that make up 3 percent of population.

The message is freedom…as you well know.

The time is now.

Shoulder to shoulder.

This is OUR country.
