Did FBI Lawyer Falsify FISA Document?

by Daveda Gruber:

Reports are flying around about Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz finding evidence that a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) lawyer changed verbiage on a document that was used to obtain the FISA warrant from the court.

The word usage that was changed lead to manipulating a rather important document.

There is now alleged evidence that is said to come out on December 9th that contains information that a document relating to Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant abuse against former Trump campaign aide Carter Page was altered by a lawyer.

The alleged lawyer in question has not been name, as yet but it is alleged that he worked beneath former deputy assistant director Peter Strzok. Now that report is being disputed.

The story unfolds that the lawyer was allegedly a low level employee of the FBI but was involved enough in the FISA process to falsely state that he had documentation to back up a claim he had made in discussions with the Justice Department about the factual basis for the FISA warrant application.

The alleged employee allegedly altered an email to substantiate his inaccurate version of events.

On January 15, 2019 the Washington Examiner published an article that noted that former FBI general counsel James A. Baker was under criminal investigation for unauthorized leaks to the media.

The development was made public in a letter  that was sent to the office of U.S. Attorney John Durham for the District of Connecticut by Republican Reps. Jim Jordan of Ohio and Mark Meadows of North Carolina.

Former FBI Director James B. Comey selected Baker as the FBI’s general counsel. Baker was an associate general counsel for Bridgewater Associates, LP.

After clerking for the Honorable Bernard A. Friedman in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, Baker joined the Department of Justice (DOJ) with the Criminal Division through the Attorney General’s Honors Program in 1990 and worked as a federal prosecutor with the division’s Fraud Section.

In December, 2017 Baker was replaced as general counsel and reassigned to a different position within the FBI. It was revealed on April 19, 2018 that he was a recipient of at least one memo from Comey.

On May 4, 2018, Baker resigned the FBI and joined the Brookings Institution.

In January 2019, Baker left Brookings to become the director of national security and cybersecurity at the R Street Institute.

Is Baker going to be thrown under the bus? I believe and it is my opinion that he is the person going down for the FISA warrant discrepancy.

Did I just uncover something? I just may have done that.

Did Pelosi Threaten Trump?

by Daveda Gruber:

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi D-Calif., said words pertaining to the whistleblower that sounded like a threat to President Trump.

The whistleblower was the person who generated the whole impeachment inquiry by the House Intelligence Committee.

Pelosi did an interview on CBS’ “Face The Nation” and during the interview she relayed a message to Trump when she said Trump was in her “wheelhouse” if he made an effort to go after the anonymous source who is known as the whistleblower.

Pelosi said, “I told the president you’re in my wheelhouse when you come after the whistleblower.”

What does the phrase in your wheelhouse mean? Well, here’s the definition.

If something is in your wheelhouse, it’s well within your area of expertise. So “in someone’s wheelhouse” refers to something being within one’s areas of competency and control.

Pelosi must believe she’s in control of Trump. That comes as news to me.

The speaker believes that it of the utmost importance to protect the whistleblower’s identity.

Pelosi also said, “This is really important, especially when it comes to intelligence, that someone who would be courageous enough to point out truth to power and then through the filter of a Trump-appointed inspector general who found it of urgent concern and then took it to the next steps.”

Does Pelosi know that even I know who the whistleblower is? Apparently not or she’s just blowing air about keeping Eric Ciaramella’s name hidden.

No, Pelosi didn’t say his name; I did.

Pelosi then added that if Trump wanted to present his case, he should come before House lawmakers.

She said, “The president could come right before the committee and talk, speak all the truth that he wants if he wants. He has every opportunity to present his case.”

I wonder if Trump actually heard what Pelosi said? Maybe Trump should read my article? That would be awesome.

I Heard that He Said that I Said that He Heard

Two trillion owed in the student loan debacle, twenty-two trillion in debt because the “government has to stay open,”  and reportedly one hundred trillion in unfunded promises known as Social Security and Medicare.

What do we get for this from the Liberal/RINOS?

Hearsay is more important than facts.

I heard that he said that I told him that I believed that he thought that I said that I heard someone say something.

That should do it!

Impeach!

Sadly the process from the Dems has only worsened as their “leader” stated that she’d only proceed on an “impeachment inquiry” with bipartisan approval, and then ignored the bipartisan voting outcome to NOT have one.

The Democrats first star witness spent his bowtie time name dropping the military history of his family.

I’m sure grand-pappy and his great-uncles would be very proud of his eavesdropping skills . . . or not.

Liberals are an interesting collection of dung as they like to cast blame to the present from the past, and at the same time, take credit from the past, to attempt to benefit their present.

Speaking of taking credit and casting blame Hillary told the world that she was getting a lot of pressure from a lot of people who told her that she should run for President.

One can only wonder at the size of the rock that had to be moved for a Clinton to crawl out from under.

Of course if asked I have no doubt Hillary would refer to her “rising” as a resurrection.

A second Clinton coming.

The rest of us would witness a pale horse.

Referencing pale, a mural of the teenage Swedish sycophant was painted in San Francisco.

I guess the urinators and defecators in full squat needed something to lean on.

Never fear San Franciscans.

Your other hero under thirty says you have less than twelve years to live with the guilt of stealing Greta’s childhood.

Ah Liberals, always wrong, never in doubt.

Arrests on our Southern Border continue, including the capture of criminal foreign nationals dressed in fatigues.

I’m sure they were just looking for a better life gang banging, trafficking in humans and fentanyl.

DACA bounced around again, this time in front of the unwise men and women sitting on the Supreme Court.

I know Liberals do read my columns so I will try and explain this is as simply as possible.

An executive order of any kind can be rescinded by, wait for it, the next executive.

If a sitting President could make any order they wanted, and We the People had to live with it FOREVER, we would stop calling the position President and start referring to it as King or Queen.

We would then practice our 1st and 2nd Amendment Rights and execute all involved for Treason.

Sorry Progressives.

That was probably too straight forward to follow.

Let me arrange it in a way that you wretched souls can consume.

Someone said that someone said that someone said that you don’t care about the truth and because someone said that about someone who knows you someone else thought that Freedom is too difficult for you to handle.

Someone is right and that someone isn’t you.

No Quid Pro Quo – What’s the Latest Allegation?

by Daveda Gruber:

It’s interesting that I thought that the Democrats were allegedly trying to impeach the president of the United States because of a quid pro quo.

That really isn’t all truth. Democrats were allegedly trying to build a case on an inquiry into possible impeachment in regard to a quid pro quo.

Unfortunately, that is no longer true. The Democrats have changed the language on us.

Now it appears that the Democrats are inquiring about alleged bribery.

Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee recently conducted focus groups to determine which description sounds more damning to voters.

In the focus groups that were conducted in key House battlegrounds were asked about word usage. It was discussed and it appears that “bribery” is in first place as seemingly the most damming word to the public.

After the open testimony was over today with witness Former U.S. ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch, Adam “Shifty Schiff” added a new word as he spoke to press outside the chamber and talked about “witness intimidation” and “abuse of power.”

I guess those words, in the mind of Schiff, sound damming to average voters.

President Trump will not be impeached. You can take that to the bank.

The best outcome that Democrats are hoping for is making Trump unelectable in 2020. If they can accomplish this, they have won.

Bernie Sanders: Gun Buybacks Unconstitutional?

by Daveda Gruber:

On Sunday Senator Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., who is fighting to be the 2020 presidential nominee, gave his views on gun control.

At a green jobs town hall in Charles City, Iowa, during a question and answer period, Sanders was given a question about mandatory gun buybacks, specifically AR15s and AK47s.

Sanders replied, “I don’t support ˗˗˗a mandatory buyback is essentially confiscation, which I think is unconstitutional. It means that I am going to walk into your house and take something whether you like it or not. I don’t think that stands up to constitutional scrutiny.”

Sander does have a plan of his own to control gun ownership. He plans to take a strong stance against the National Rifle Association. Sanders wants to increase background checks and he wants to see assault weapons.

Sanders went on to say, “We cannot allow the NRA to dictate policy because they’ve intimidated [President] Trump and they’ve intimidated the Republican party. I’m not going to be intimidated by them.”

Recently another 2020 Democratic candidate, Beto (Robert Francis) O’Rourke made mandatory gun buybacks or confiscation, whichever way you want to say it, a center point of his campaign.

Considering that O’Rourke dropped out of the race, that policy of buybacks, red flag laws, and a national registry, didn’t seem to be a winning policy.

Before O’Rourke withdrew from the race, he stated that police officers would have to enforce the buybacks and enter private homes to carry out the confiscation.

Really? I’m pretty much certain that our brave men in blue didn’t want to have to face this type of a law that O’Rourke would have implemented.

South Bend Mayor Pete Buttigieg took the same stance as Sanders in saying that buybacks are the same as confiscation.

Two other presidential candidates, Senator Cory Booker D-NJ., and Senator Kamala Harris D-Calif., support the buyback plan.

Folks, taking away our second amendment is never a good idea. Once citizens of any country lose a right, it’s not easy to get it back. As a matter of fact, a right is nearly impossible to get back once it is made unlawful.

Hi God, It’s Me Margaret

It took a while but the seas have finally parted, the clouds have strayed, and the truth was found on Social Media.

Was it “reusable cups being offered by Starbucks” to quell Climate Change?

No.

Was it “Chicago Police Chief steps down” to spend more time with family?

Puhlease.

Was it politicians “worried about the Rights” of a “whistleblower?”

Pardon me while I upchuck.

No, it was none of those hilarious non-sequiturs.

The truth the birds were singing about that traveled through Chief Wahoo News, FacePlant, TwitterDumb, and Communist Google was this.

“Elizabeth Warren thinks voters are stupid.”

Six words that cut directly to the chase, or seventy-two if you are using Common Core calculations.

I say this with incredulity, but I finally agree with the Cheekbones Cherokee in that anyone voting for the bottle gagging Native-American is a bonafide moron.

Sorry Liberals.

That was probably too many syllables for you to handle in a paragraph, let alone one sentence.

Of course it isn’t my fault you borrowed tens of thousands of dollars to listen to imbeciles compare and contrast Ebonics and the Bubonic Plague, how each letter of the alphabet can have its own gender, or why gay men have six pack abs while lesbians lead the charge at Krispy Kreme on buy a dozen get a dozen free days, so let me monosyllabically ease your pain and offer a helping hand.

Youse be dumb.

The Harvard stain on America also known as Open Border Foreign Warren is possibly psychotic, definitely neurotic, and causes those of us who care about America to become caustic with the possibility of her sitting in the Oval Office.

Get that woman a booster seat, an extreme lobotomized makeover, and a CAN of Coors Light so she doesn’t drown herself.

The “frontrunner” for the fictional Party known as Democrats (The U.S.A is NOT a Democracy) wants government run everything, because she believes she knows better than anyone, what you need.

Why is she better?

According to her it’s because she is a Woman.

How “sexist” of her.

The mannerisms of Fauxcahontas are so bizarre she is starting to make Rape Fantasy Sanders look calm.

Then again that may be the heart attack speaking for PillowTalk Bernie.

So many houses to live in Corn Kernel . . . so little time.

Warren is even making the ghastly look “plausible” to the Progressives, as all the wealthy donors are starting to whisper to Pelosi, and asking “How is Hillary feeling these days?”

Of course Aunt Nancy answered “What difference does it make?”

Margaret Sanger would be so proud.

Of course if ol Maggie had her way Slick Willie Clinton, Barry Soetoro, and according to her genetic claims Chieftain Warren, would have all been aborted.

Hmmm . . . maybe Maggie was on to something here.

Then again I’m not sure how that would play.

Could you imagine Ms. Sanger looking to the Big Fella Upstairs and saying, “Hi God, it’s me Margaret. How would you feel if I sterilized and murdered a whole bunch of people who are poor or don’t look like me?”

Why would you do that Margaret?

Because they are genetically inferior.

How do you know this Margaret?

Of course ol Maggie would smirk, waggle her finger, redefine the meaning of oral sex and is, draw a red line, drop 150 Billion on Iran, release Uranium to Putin, blame it all on a New York businessman and say, you’ll have to trust me and approve it before you’ll find out what’s in it, but just between you and me God;

I looked at their cheekbones.

Food Faux Pas?

by Daveda Gruber:

We know possible presidential candidates are under scrutiny when they are out in public, actually President Trump was closely watched as he ate steak in a New York restaurant.

It appears that Democratic presidential candidate South Bend, Indiana, mayor Pete Buttigieg eats cinnamon rolls. How he eats them seems to offend some people.

Trump likes his steak cooked well done and it has been noted that he puts ketchup on his meat. There are those who find this appalling.

Lindsey Graham has been cited for eating too many pancakes in a stack and John Kasich was mocked for eating pizza with a knife and fork.

The 37 year old Buttigieg cut his cinnamon roll into small pieces and then proceeded to eat it in small cut portions like a chicken wing. Yes, he used both hands to hold his tiny potion of the roll.

Recently, at a Ruby’s Restaurant in Decorah, Iowa, Buttigieg made a food faux pas when he bit into his cinnamon roll.

Buttigieg’s way of eating food has caused the picture of him eating to go viral.

A Twitter user tweeted this:

Some of the responses were downright hysterical. Take a peek:

Okay, I’ve had my fun for the day, at least for now.

Does it bother you that people don’t always eat the same way that you eat?

I’ll tell you a little secret. It bothers me when I see someone cutting up their spaghetti. It wasn’t meant to be eaten that way. Maybe I should tweet that?

Why Did Whistleblower Attorney Appear on CNN?

by Daveda Gruber:

Attorney, Mark Zaid, who represents the whistleblower who is smack right in the middle of the Democrats’ ongoing impeachment inquiry, said that CNN will play a key role in removing President Trump from office.

Zaid, who never liked Trump, is the attorney for the whistleblower who is allegedly Eric Ciaramella, who is another person who doesn’t like Trump.

Zaid appeared as somewhat of a regular guest on CNN, and in fact, appeared at least eleven times since 2017.

After one of Zaid’s appearances on the liberal leaning CNN, Zaid was tweeting that CNN will play a key role in Trump not finishing his term as president. He tweeted

CNN has a reputation for glorifying anti-Trump guests and the network itself as it puts out dirt on the president or distorts Trump’s comments on a regular basis.

CNN Worldwide President Jeff Zucker has a longstanding feud with President Trump.

Zaid defended his posts as common sentiments and that can been seen in the tweets that Zaid has put out. He contends that his tweet referring to a coup was referring to a lawful process.

Zaid tweeted this in 2017:

House GOP leader Kevin McCarthy said, “We should take [Zaid] at his word that this is a coordinated, premeditated plot to overturn the election.”

Trump tweeted about Zaid’s tweets with this:

It’s easy to determine that Zaid is not a fan of the president. It’s also quite clear in most people’s minds that CNN is definitely not pro-Trump. Putting the two ingredients together, we can see the reasoning behind what they were attempting to do. The aforementioned parties were attempting to get Trump out of office.

It is my opinion that both Zaid and CNN don’t really care how they get the president out. Will they lie and cheat to do it? You decide.

Do You Want to Dance?

by Daveda Gruber:

Former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer is enjoying his time on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars.

Spicer, who is merrily dancing with a new partner after his original dance partner, Lindsay Arnold suffered the loss of a family member, her mother-in-law, and is taking time off to attend the funeral.

The former press secretary is left with a new partner, Jenna Johnson, who he’s not used to dancing with but danced to a beautiful song made famous by Styx, “Come Sail Away” after almost a week of rehearsing with Arnold.

Johnson was teamed up with Karamo Brown and they were eliminated from the contest last week, which was week seven.

Here are Spicer and Johnson dancing last night, week eight:

After the performance last night, Spicer sent love to his partner after the dance. “My heart goes to out Lindsay, her husband Sam, and their family,” Sean said after the dance, which earned him a total score of 20 out of a possible 30.

But the score didn’t stay that way for long. After the judges posted their scores, the American viewers text to vote for their favorites. And Spicer has a lot of fans.

Before the show, President Trump urged his 66.5 million Twitter followers to vote for Spicer on Monday. Now, that’s incentive!

Trump tweeted:

It appears that liberals had a meltdown. They don’t think that Spicer is the best dancer but he keeps getting enough votes to keep himself out of elimination.

Trump seems to have a lot of influence, after all, he is our president.

Anyone can look at the threads of tweets that have not been pro-Spicer or pro-Trump.

Here a sample of what is typical of Democrats following this:

I watched the show last night and quite honestly, I like to watch “Dancing with the Stars” every season. This season has intrigued me more than other years because Spicer is on.
Here’s an example of a pro-Spicer or pro-Trump tweet:

If the American people are voting for a pro-Trump former staffer because he’s got the values of the people who vote, it’s a very good indication of how the majority of people in this country are leaning.

Spicer is getting the popular vote. There is no electoral college in DWTS.

Here’s Spicer and the other couples finding out who’s not getting eliminated and who’s was going to go home last night.

See for yourself:

I have never trusted polls but DWTS is not a poll. It’s reality TV and the voting is done by real people.

Snowflakes are melting and I’m cheering Spicer on and laughing as I watch him dance on my TV.

Keep it up Spicer, you’re somewhat like a test run for the 2020 elections, if in fact, you win on DWTS. Good luck, We’re behind you!

The Great Experiment is Under Attack

According to the “polls” the majority think, “Trump doesn’t respect Democratic norms.”

It’s a good thing the United States isn’t a Democracy.

I also saw a comment from another “intellectual” that stated a Republic is synonymous with Democracy.

Nope.

Not even close.

Simply stated Democracy is the Majority over the Minority or Two against One carries the day.

A Republic is the evolution from Democracy that stops the slide into Tyranny.

This is called Socratic Theory.

Socrates theorized about five different concepts.

Aristocracy, Timocracy, Oligarchy, Democracy, and Tyranny.

James Madison and Alexander Hamilton HATED Democracy and wanted the Great Experiment to be a Republic.

A Constitutional Republic to be exact.

They were so concerned with this they wrote the Federalists Papers which were then used to outline the United States Constitution, specifically the first Ten Amendments, also known as the Bill of Rights.

This concept was very simple.

The life of the American Human or Being was an INDIVIDUAL process and that singular process must be protected.

The Right to Speak Freely without fear of persecution or prosecution from any form of government.

The Right of the Individual to believe in a higher power than themselves.

The Right of the Individual to publish and circulate the truth for public consumption.

This is referred to as the 1st Amendment also known as the Pen.

The authors of the greatest written document to Freedom understood, that if ANY of these Rights were violated, no more “discussion” need take place.

This incredible realization that removed the human fallacies of rationalization and justification created the 2nd Amendment, also known as the Sword or the greatest insurance policy known to Man.

United States Citizens, including the President of the United States have been threatened, prosecuted, and “arguably” murdered for speaking truth to power.

The IRS, FBI, DHS, and CIA have all targeted too many Americans to count.

“Secret courts” that are oppressive and unconstitutional are being used by elected and unelected members of government to crush any and all who attempt to practice their 1st Amendment Rights.

Michael Flynn is but one example.

Donald Trump was pressured, stalked, and slandered before being elected.

Members of the government even contemplated recording their conversations with now President Trump to be used as blackmail (25th Amendment) and/or Impeachment, currently happening now.

Let us not forget the admittance, explanation, and apology of one Lois Lerner.

The same Lois Lerner who is drawing a taxpayer funded pension.

While all this takes place the Justice Department continues to do NOTHING while the current House Republicans whine about “their cell phones being taken away.”

Bonnie Tyler once asked “Where have all the good men gone?”

They certainly aren’t anywhere in Congress.

The concept known as the Law of the Land requires that all in the Land follow the Law.

Either laws are followed by all or are followed by none.

It’s very clear the days of following are over.

“The credit goes to the man in the arena.”

The arena appears to be forming in Washington DC.

Get ready to enter.
